First time in the area. Oil change place was out of the filter I need so they directed me here. Only saw two people and there was a line. Guy in front of me walked out but they seemed to get thru everyone quickly. Was in and out in 10 minutes.

Great store with kind workers. They let us have a car sash and donated the cleaning supplies and water. They were helpful when we went in and bought some items as well.

After giving my son the wrong part, they wouldn't refund the money. He walked out of the store to the truck. I sent him back in the store because it was wrong all together. They refused to do anything about it. ATTITUDE is how I'd describe the customer service I received from that employee. Never again will I spend a dime in this store.

Have visited here multiple times and always have prompt and helpful service. Have experienced a variety of services, including battery testing and installation. Also, I have limited experience on the professional side, specifically with Timothy, and he was very helpful in resolving my somewhat complicated issue.

I love it when a woman helps me and knows what she is talking about!!! I've always loved going to the advance on Roberts avenue they have the best service and prices around

Nice places very clean but the ones worker I talked to was not very helpful he didn't want to help me at all u would think he would of ask someone else that would it be was just there for a paycheck

I was driving from FL to PA when my car started making weird noises and I'm not a car person. I walked into this store around 4:30/4:45 and described what was going on and the man working there instantly insisted on checking out my car. He thought it might be a couple different things, and then calls up his mechanic to see if he would be able to take a look at it. The man/employee waited with me for his mechanic to come. Once the mechanic came and identified the problem, that store didn't have the part. The man/employee - who got done at 5:00 and it was already well after - drove to their warehouse which was about 40/45 minutes EACH way in order to get the part for me. While he did that, his mechanic stayed with me. I was beyond grateful for running into this kind man and couldn't believe the kindness he showed me. He knew I wasn't from the area so went above and beyond to make sure that I would be able to continue my trip. Thank you so much to that man/employee and his mechanic! I will always remember the kindness you showed.

Not as helpful as I remember them being in other locations. I asked for a recommendation for a mechanic. Yes I know that's not their job description. All I'm saying is it's better to just say I don't know. Instead I got a number for a guy who just kept lying to me about coming to do the work. Just say u don't know, all I'm saying here.

Came to this location to return a jump starter pack i got as a valentines gift. Brand new never opened. Guy refused to take return without receipt so i could get what i wanted. Customer service used to be good.

Great place to buy all your Auto Hearts because they're pretty well guaranteed. I bought my rotors my brake pads there and some brake cleaner and it was more reasonable than any other auto store in my area

They put phone customers ahead of you even if you are already being served. They will stop helping you to take a call and you will wait till whenever they are finished. I usually walk out when this happens. It's ridiculous.

Not very friendly or helpful. Needed help with trying to replace a driver's side front light bulb and the service person there did not provide any help. Needed to know what type of tool to use to figure out how to get to the bulb and all he did was check me out and later after asking just wheel out some tools and that was it.

Quickly becoming my favorite local parts store. Customer service is great here. Unlike autozone. Knowledgeable staff, unlike autozone. Seems to have the parts autozone and o'rileys doesnt, I do like o'rileys though. Everytime I buy parts online through Advance auto parts there's a code for 20% or more off. They stay busy here so there may be a wait, but that's because people know it's worth their time.

Outstanding service. Needed battery and was amazed at the professionalism the sales associate performed in replacing battery. Because of associates like this young man I will always go to Advance Auto first for my auto needs.

Three guys there one guy got thePlug, another guy got the rebate. When they got the stuff I neededthey left me not paying for the stuff I order I waited then I left. With my order still on the counter.
