David came and picked me up and did an excellent job with the whole process. I was traveling from Georgia to Baltimore when my vintage Mercedes transmission gave out. My car broke down on the highway, 1st choice towing got to me very quickly, within 20 minutes of calling! Got me, my kids, and old doggie off the side of the road safely!! David was great!!! I would never have 1st Choice Auto Repair work on my Diesel Excursion. The truck ran when I dropped it off. After 7.5 weeks of constantly being told it was a day or two away from being done, I had to have a police escort to tow my non working truck away from 1st Choice Auto Repair. Shawn the owneris a poor communicator and many of his excuses made no sense. He has a booming wrecker business, but appears not to have competent mechanics. I originally asked him if this was a repair they were capable of fixing. I just wish he had been honest and said no. He eventually had another mechanic who owned another shop working on it. $3100 repair bill and truck had to be towed to another mechanic to be fixed and has numerous issues it did not have when I dropped it off.

I was traveling through SC when my bucket truck broke down, and Shawn got my truck and trailer back to Va, no problems. Great service, Shawn knew what he was doing and did his best to help fix a bad situation. Big thanks to 1st choice and Shawn.

1st choice and/or their partners (J&B towing) were dispatched to a wreck involving my vehicle if I knew then what I knew now I would have NEVER allowed them to leave with my car! If you care about your belongings I would suggest you not doing so either! I was told I couldn t take my speakers out of my trunk when I went to clean my car after it was towed to their facility... strange but no biggie right? WRONG. Once insurance gives me the ok I go to get my speakers and they have been STOLEN out of my vehicle! To make matters worst they showed be a picture of them in my trunk before they towed my vehicle only for my 600$ speakers to mysteriously disappear while my vehicle was in their possession!

From Virginia,stranded for 3 hours this was the only tow truck company that answered the phone.Had to wait an hour but they got to me safely and got me to my destination.Good value.Will use them again in the future if stranded again

Ashley was amazing from the moment she answered the phone! I was in extreme panic and was so scared and having an emergency and she went above and beyond to help me. Then David came out and did the same. I truly was having an extreme anxiety and panic attack and was very scared being far away from home with a tire problem and not knowing what to do and he also went above and beyond to help me. These people are crooks.What they don't know is they messed with the wrong one.Do not use them,if you do you can to get over charged or stolen from or both.I will be at state troopers office in morning filing charges.

I don't know why these reviews are saying good pricing because he over charged me just to tow my car 7 minutes down the road. I know it for a fact because I asked the driver how much I owe him after reaching my destination he called out an amount that was lower than what I was told on the phone. He then called the office to make sure. The owner told him the same amount he told me. That driver knew the owner was overcharging me but there was nothing he could do because he was just the driver. God sees everything and that owner will not prosper getting over on people cause God don't bless a mess. I didn't know the first thing about prices for a tow and realized it after the fact. Forgot to add the only reason I gave 3 stars was because the driver was a very nice guy and did his job very well.

We broke down just outside the NC state line and needed to get home to Fayetteville. Everywhere else in the area told us flat out they'd be unable to help but 1st choice was honest and told us it would be a wait but they could get us. David was our driver and was able to pick us up sooner then expected. We had enough room to get a ride back and got home safe.

I am thrilled to find such a great mechanic and tow company. David was my driver and he came to tow my car quickly. He was kind enough to take me home along with my car. Car broke down on the interstate . They retrieved it and towed it to Wilmington for me. The price was the same as aaa and they were able to do it right away. Everything was clear and professional complete with invoice summary and delivery photos. I chose them for the 5 star reviews. This company was amazing from the first phone call to the service itself!! I had got my truck stuck in mud on our property we ended up having a few people come out they said we needed to wait a few days so after three days we called the company closest to us and I am so grateful it was them!! One of the worst experiences I have had. Tow was fine if you like being brought the wrong car and then being charged over 200 to do absolutely nothing with your car. The owner was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I m seeing it s a trend for how long they hold vehicles. Mine was there over a month. Not once did the owner call me to give me update, I had to call him each and everytime. The tow guys were friendly.I d go here for a tow but if you need work I d go somewhere else.

Enterprise used this towing company to tow our rental when it broke down. We re from NJ, so we were stuck in a tough spot in NC and it was impossible for us to get a taxi to the airport for a new rental car. Travis was so incredibly kind and gave us a ride to the airport with him. He made us feel so comfortable and safe and we couldn t have asked for a better experience. He checked on us a few days later to make sure we made it home safe too. This company really cares about the people they re helping and id recommend them to anyone.Service: Car towing
