Speed Street did an AMAZING job on my car repair. It looked like new when the repairs were completed, and they even cleaned it and groomed the tires. Unbelievable customer service and communication. I've already recommended them to other people.

There are no words that can measure my appreciation for Speed Street Collision Center, the owners and the staff who work there! I have had so many experiences with body shops who return my vehicle to me with damage/issues that weren t present when I dropped my vehicle off. I was terrified of the thought of leaving my car with yet another body shop who would potentially do the same. However, I read nothing but raving wonderful reviews about SSCC, so I thought I may have found a diamond in the rough. That is exactly what SSCC is...a Diamond In The Rough! My Honda Accord has not looked this immaculate since the day I purchased it brand new at the Honda Dealership. No missing part, hidden broken parts and NO RATTLES! If you find yourself in a position of needing a body shop, drive whatever distance you must to bring your vehicle to Speed Street Collision Center because they ARE THE BEST!!! They do not bow down to the insurance companies, they bend over backwards to satisfy the customer, YOU! 10 thumbs and 10 toes up!!!

I was very impressed with the quality of care they provided. It felt very much like a white glove experience. They had open, honest, and prompt communication. You can tell this is a family run business with the way they put the customer first. I received 3 quotes before going with Speed Street and they had the best feel to them and happened to also be the cheapest. It's hard to find businesses like this nowadays. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do then they will be my first call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

In a word, amazing. My 22 Santa Cruz was rear ended by a CRV. It wasn t pretty. Speed Street did s perfect job with repairs and dealing with the insurance companies. What started as a $1509 job ended with a $6500 repair. Yes, it took a long time to make the repairs, but they are under the constraints of parts suppliers. WOW! I would never hesitate to use this business again. They are thorough and competent to do a very thorough and professional repair. As my parting words I hope to not see you again, I for sure will use Speed Street again if it comes to that. Thanks again for the wonderful repair and your service will flourish if you continue to perform as well as you have been with my job.Service: Body & Trim

Our friends recommended Speed Street to us after we hit a mailbox. We were not expecting to be treated like family!. A nice surprise when everyone had seen you as another customer. They are very knowledgeable, did excellent work in fixing our car, and we appreciate the little details(like their son giving us a ride home when we didn t have a rental). We highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I got hit by another vehicle in December and had to find a body shop to complete repairs. I got several different quotes and wasn t really confident on the places I went to. I found this place on google and saw all of the good reviews, so I went for a quote. I immediately noticed that they are certified in many different vehicles by the manufacturer which was important to me. I have a Hyundai and they re not the easiest cars to take apart, so I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. I can tell you that this place from start to finish did what they said they would do. That s a rare thing in todays time, but they truly take customer service seriously. I can truly say they went above and beyond for me. I was set to pick up my car and they called and said they noticed a scratch that was missed and needed to keep it for an extra day. Some places would have just not paid attention or cared to do that. And for the delay, they even buffed out some additional scratches I had asked about getting a quote on. When I was able to pick up my car, it looked beautiful on the outside and inside. (They even detailed my interior) Augusto also cleaned our windows after a bird had made a mess. I was given warranty information and a free future detail! After I left, my battery died on me when I was returning the rental car, and I told them of them problem the next day. Augusto assured me that he would do everything in his power to help me since experiences in the past haven t always been great and he assured me they stand by their work. I spoke to him and Alma and they ordered me a new battery and put it in for me. That type of service doesn t exist anywhere else. If ever we need body work in the future, I know where I ll be going. Do yourself a favor and support this family owned business and you ll be able to sit back and relax knowing you re in the best possible hands. This is the best body shop in North Carolina as far as I m concerned. I am so beyond grateful to Augusto, Alma, Sal, and all of the other wonderful employees that got my car taken care of and treated us with the utmost respect and answered every question we had. Thank you all again, I appreciate you more than you know. I will continue to recommend this wonderful place to all of my friends and family as well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

Unfortunately both of my cars were in need of a collision center this year but thankfully we were told to go to speed street! The staff there are absolutely wonderful! Both of our cars came back looking better than ever! I had never taken a car In for collision service due to accidents before and Every staff member was so helpful and was more than happy to break down and explain the process to me and my husband. 10/10 I m absolutely referring everyone to speed street!

They repaired my Tesla after a minor collision. After a long run around with the other party s insurance company (Not Speed Streets Fault) they got the repairs done and this car looks brand new! The worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Buyer BewareIn Jan. I took my car for service and Speed Street collision name was given to me from Gastonia Buick as somebody they would recommend to repair my vehicle from a wreck. I rearend a Kia Soul in a Buick Enclave. It was a clean hit in center of my Enclave to the back of the Kia. All damage was to the grill and to the hood that could be seen, and Buick Gastonia check out my engine compartment when they serviced the vehicle and didn't see any mechanical damage.I called Speed Street and made an appointment to drop my vehicle off. I gave the owner of Speed Street a copy of the estimate from the insurance company. The owner told me that it would be a approximately 4 weeks and they would keep me informed during the whole process. I agreed and left my vehicle at their shop.Speed Street sent a supplement cost to my insurance company on or before 02/28/23.Speed Street didn't call me but texted me this information. I asked for a copy to be sent to me, A copy was never sent to me. I didn't hear anything else until my insurance company called and said that my vehicle was being deemed a total loss.Based off of past experience, I expected it was probably a little difference I was shocked when I seen the difference in the appraiser and the supplement. The appraisal from the insurance was $9200.00. The supplemental from this repair shop ran the cost to over $18,000. When I read the supplemental it claimed damage to the driver's door and such. I have images of the whole car and had it was serviced the days before dropping it off. and nothing extra was found under the hood.I received another text two weeks later to say the insurance company hadn't called.I was never called or contacted and now I m out a car and the money I paid down 18 months ago and a car I loved. Let me add that they did try and talk WHEN I came to pick up my belongs. I suggest nobody do business with this company.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough about how satisfied I was with their customer service and work. My car wasn t schedule to be finished until April 29, but it was completed by the 21st. My car looks brand new again. They are very thorough and found all hidden damage as well and they handled all issues with my insurance directly, removing that burden from myself.Very easy to work with, so friendly, and I was always kept updated on the progress. The office is much more welcoming and organized more than any dealership body shop I have ever used. This place is truly a hidden gem, we will never take our cars anywhere else but here now.

Very professional, polite, and friendly. They got the job done and handled things with the insurance company so I didn t have to. They updated me periodically about my van and let me know ahead of time when to pick it up. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaned very well inside and out! The work was done very well it s looks like no accident happened. I picked up my vehicle looking way better than when I dropped it off and that speaks volumes for speed street! Thank you, I will definitely be recommending speed street collision center to my friends and family!

It s been a long time since I ve gotten to leave a 5 star review on a company s website. Let me tell you, this company is amazing and one of the few that is reliable, honest, and does exceptional work. They took the stress of a car wreck, and somehow turned it into a pleasurable experience. I d drive 100 miles to have my car fixed here again. If you re a busy individual and need a reliable car shop for body work, TRUST me, and come here. Even if it s out of your way. You will be SO glad you did!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would not recommend Speed Street Collision Center because Augusto is extremely dishonest, and Augusto provided me with horrible service. Here are some of the issues that took place:(1) I took my car to Speed Street on June 13, 2021, and I did not have a completed repair until January 2022.(2) I requested my Nissan Titan have all OEM replacements parts in my emails dated July 09, 2021, and July 14, 2021. Augusto failed to order all OEM replacement parts for my Nissan Titan and Augusto lied to my insurance company and said I wanted after-market parts.(3) I had to go to Monroe Nissan, Maas Nissan, and Jenkins Nissan to have these Titan repairs completed. The timeframe of these repairs was from October 06, 2021, to January 2022. Augusto kept delaying the process because he told my insurance company Speedstreet would complete the repairs. However, I had to drive (8) hours from Florida to North Carolina for Augusto to complete these repairs.(4) I refused to have Augusto do any more work on my Titan because of Augusto's dishonesty. Augusto ordered the wrong Texas emblem for my 2018 Titan. Augusto was extremely dishonest because Augusto kept saying my Titan repair was delayed because the Nissan Dealership ordered the wrong Texas emblem. Augusto dishonesty ordered and sent me a 2009 Texas Titan Rear Tailgate emblem that cost $9.77. Instead of ordering the 2018 Texas Titan Badge kit that cost $190.00.(5) Furthermore, I had to ask my insurance company to withhold all payments to Speedstreet from October 06, 2021, to December 2021 and January 2022, until Speedstreet completed my entire Titan Repair by supplying parts. I finally got my Titan repair completed in January 2022. I have included a couple of attachments for reference because I have too many attachments to include. However, my Titan was not repaired to my satisfaction with all Nissan OEM parts and per Augusto's agreement with me. I had many more issues that are not mentioned in this review. Adding to my last review due to the phone call I received from the owner***********Let me add, I wrote this review 2 days ago and just received a call from the owner trying to manplain to me how they re not responsible for my car being totaled.Reading comprehension is needed by this person! The first sentence says in all! This is the VERY FIRST PHONE CALL I EVER received FROM THIS COMPANY! Ever!! If this is the way you want to be treated with your high dollar vehicle then so be it!As for the total! He eluded that I should have known! Some story of a lot of vehicles are brought to us by a tow truck company and the owner new at the time Well, LET ME POINT OUT SOMETHING THATS IN MY REVIEWThese people DOUBLED the estimate given to me by a qualified 30 year veteran estimator! They claimed door damage that wasn t reported nor there. I can produce 100 people that will tell you the only damage was to the front center. I hit a KIA SOUL FLAT. Speed Street did an amazing job repairing my 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport after an accident I had. All body panels and lines are straight, paint has no runs, and it drives exactly like it did the day I drove off the dealership lot! To top it all off, they finished the job with an incredibly well done detailing on the interior and exterior. I will absolutely recommend them to anybody needing any type of bodywork or paint issues. They are very professional and did a wonderful job explaining the entire process to me. They also have a lifetime guarantee on the paint, so if there were any issues with the paint I could bring it back and they will fix any peeling paint or other issues free of charge! One of the better experiences that I have had with automobile repair. I dropped my vehicle off first thing on Monday morning and the team at Speed were able to repair my vehicle and have it back to me on Wednesday evening. Pricing of the repair was exceptional and they communicated effectively with me throughout the process. I will definitley be a life-long customer of Speed Street Collision Center! Highly recommend Speed Street Collision!! Incredibly friendly service, honest and reliable, delivering excellent work every time! My family has used them four different times now and would never use anyone else! I appreciated the updates while waiting on repairs to be completed, and they worked in my interest instead of the insurance companies. A winning family owned service often not found anywhere anymore!

During Hurricane Mathew my 2006 Honda Accord received some damage from flying debris. My driver's side mirror got forcibly removed from the vehicle with enough energy that it dented the front right quarter panel. There were other damages and scratches from the debris. Speed Street restored the car to better than what it looked like before the hurricane. They were quick and friendly. They truly are one of the best auto body shops I have been to. The questions that everyone should ask after any experience with a shop is, " Would I recommend this shop to friends and family?" Yes I would. I will definitely consider going back to this shop for any and all body work that I need.

Great people at Speed Street! They did a wonderful job on my wheels. I did not like the charcoal color, so they painted them a shiny silver. They look great! If you need any body work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

Speed Street Collision is the only place to take a vehicle for any kind of body,paint,custom work,or collision repair work you could ever want. I have hadwork on my truck and daughter's Honda and would not take my business anywhere else for price,quality,and customer service you could ever want.There are other people out there that are good but, as far as I am concerned,none better than this place. You will be treated better than any other business of any kindat Speed Street Collision. You will be very impressed with the courtesy and service you receive here with Augusto and his wife at the front desk to handle all paperworkwith professional service is just the best. Only place to take your auto for any of this type work anywhere for quality,service,and a fair price.

Bought a new Dodge Charger Hellcat, took it on a trip and ended up driving through a bad thunderstorm! A 18 wheeler recap was kicked up from traffic in front of me and it hit the front nose clip of my charger gouging into the paint and plastic of the bumper with the belts in the tire! Also had some scraps on the drives side bottom of the bumper from a speed bump. There just not enough descriptive words to express my joy and gratitude for the work they did in my car! My bumper was fixed, painted and clear coated as well as the factory racing strips replaced back to OEM specks! The owner and his staff did a PHENOMENAL JOB and in a VERY TIMELY manner! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys for any auto body work or painting you might need! They are certified in many different auto manufacturers standards and now I know why!! They guarantee ALL THEIR WORK for life of your car as long as you own it, which makes it even better to use them! Plainly saying, they stand behind their work 110% you will not be disappointed by using them for you auto body work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot express how pleased I am with the work they did on my car. They are very professional with detailed explanations of work needed at the time of the estimate and upon completion of the work, including photos of all the steps in the process. They are very honest and extremely thorough. My work actually cost less than the estimate because they did not have to perform certain anticipated procedures. I would highly recommend them to everyone and I will use them in the future.
