Usually a great experience, especially when they first opened. Vacuums are always strong amd free! I had to go down 1 star bc the towels are kind of dirty nowadays regularly and they don't offer the glass and all purpose cleaner as readily any more. You have to ask for it. Other than that, very convenient way to stop while I'm in town and keep my vehicle nice and clean.

I went to inquire about car wash prices and membership prices also. The attendant was very nice and gave me a brochure on everything. I plan to get a membership because it will allow me to wash unlimited and the vacuuming is free, with the service. Excellent choice for cleaning your vehicle and highly recommended.

This was my first visit and it was a bummer. It started out fine. We paid and got in queue. We got the $20 wash which is similar to other major car washes. The wash came out good. It all fell apart at the vacuums. We tried 3 slots and decided to accept the fact that at least 1 vacuum hose at each slot was going to be broken. We had one hose that didn't suck at all, 3 hoses with tips that didn't stay on or were missing and 2 hoses that were in good condition. The hoses in good condition still didn't clean all that well. One good thing was that you could use the floor mat cleaner at no charge. Others charge you to use theirs. Didnt clean all that well though. Also, unlike the other.big names, there was no interior cleaner so you could not do your windows inside the car or clean plastic and metal such as your dash, gear lever and such. While its a shorter trip than going to Wake, I'd rather have good vacuums and interior cleaning stuff.

Young man was very helpful. Asked if I was a member and gifted me with a reward. He also got the bird poop off the side of my car before going through the wash. Sweetest & cutest little young man ever!Thank you buddy for your help and my air freshener. GOD BLESS.

My first time to try. It was great. The machines did a good job. Loved having towels to not wash. Didn't get in every nook and cranny like I do but I didn't expect to system to do that. The vacuums are great also

Very friendly and very helpful the best place. The manager Dustin is very nice and the sweet girl Audrie is very pleasant. The young man Chris supper nice. Also the young lady Emily is very nice too. Yall best customer service ever. I'm a customer for life now.

Not worth the money because it leaves your car partially clean,then you catch hell trying to cancel your subscription. Once you email them to cancel your subscription they stop sending your text but continue to withdraw your money monthly.

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to! They have one employee that has the best demeanor and cares about the business. I wish I knew her name but she always has a coat on so I can't see her name. She has blond hair though. She works very hard and always asks us if we are OK with our wash or need anything. I have never been there and seen any other employee do anything but try to sell membership. They must work for commission and they will do nothing but try to lock you in to a membership you don't need and forget to tell you you have to cancel. My mother in-law was tricked into a membership! Beware of these predators!! Need more caring employee's!!!.

So we decided to give the new car wash in Louisburg a try. I am glad we did. The staff is very friendly. The auto wash was great and the free access to the vacuum was something we didn t expect. While vacuuming an attendant came over and took our floor mats and washed them. Highly recommend. Will be returning.

I love having access to a real car wash in Louisburg!! I used to have to go to Wake Forest for one. I do wish there was a vacuum with a wide brush on both sides of the area where you can finish the wash. That s the reason for the four.

I didnt catch the lady s name who was doing the vaccum but she was so informative and attentive. The vaccums were phenomenal. This was my first time but wont be my last.

Very friendly staff very down to earth I can truly say they go above and beyond to help in anyway they can they offered to wash my all weather floor mats and every time I show up there s clean towels and the vacuum cleaners do indeed work.

Great service for the Price! ... Vacuum are extremely strong, and they have a car mat cleaner. I got the $20/mo unlimited plan, which is well worth it.

Car does not always get as clean as it could, they can sometimes leaving you have to bring to use one of the cloths to remove some stuff that didn't come off in the wash, there is often only one person at the car wash entrance and they only use the brush on the side of the car that they're on so sometimes the opposite side the passenger side has stuff that doesn't come off in the wash, but all in all satisfied this particular car wash

Keymara was very pleasant and helpful. Always have a great time coming to this car wash in Louisburg. I would definitely recommend coming and getting the membership. All the workers are helpful and smiling.
