Took my car up there to get it fixed they called me to come get it I paid them 700 I get my car back and it's still doing the same thing I have it towed back now it's a timing belt and they are refusing to fix it now they want me to pay them again to fix the problem I already paid them to fix so now i don't have the money to get it fixed his answer to that was i don't know what to talk you i can't fix everything they will scam you be careful take a min and read some comments below there's 2 or 3 other people that said they did the same to them don't make the same mistake I did

Good shop to get your car fixed I have to replace a flat tire again but when it's not busy here there pretty fast with oil changes and car inspection

Very kind, knowledgeable, friendly, polite employees. I have been doing business with Wester s for many years. I have never left their feeling like I got mistreated. They are respectful to each person that comes in for help. They will quote a price for services needed & that s a very good service to offer. I m thankful we have them in Louisburg, NC. We always have Westers work on our vehicles. They are the most honest shop we've found and will let you know if you don't need the service you are asking for.

The absolute best in customer service, exceptional caring and skill of extremely high Caliber, their skilled staff found a couple of missing locknuts we were informed of; we asked if they could place them, and they immediately did this over the phone. with a very pleasant agreement and the time to collect the car.

I came from another tire shop that had told me one price on the phone and then increased the price once I arrived. Wester s completed my mount in balance in record time and the price charged was what the first shop had told me on the phone. Went for an alignment. The wheel wasn t straight so needed adjustment.After alignment the wheel still wasn t straight and as a bonus it started pulling right. I went back and asked them if they test drove it, the older guy said no but he is sure the alignment was done correctly and it might be something else that s not right. He had an attitude so I just left. Wasted $68.I went to Firestone and did the alignment right this time.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went there for an alignment cause my front tie rod end just got replaced. The guy who put it on managed to put it back on in the same position so I had a slight pull to the right and now it's worse. Price wasn't bad guess I got what I paid for

Been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Staff is fantastic. The techs diagnosis the problem, give you a fair quote. A family- owned HONEST business with years of experience. Wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

This place is the exact reason people work on their cars at home. Changed parts I didn t need. Had to take car back and paid for another part I didn t need. Jessie was a total A-hole. Had to take the vehicle elsewhere. 642 dollars for what ultimately was a collapsed brake line. I will not be back. I would take your vehicle elsewhere. When someone works on your brakes and you take it back because there s no brakes and the service manager tells you maybe something came lose, sorry, as a mechanic, there is no maybe with someone s brakes. I gave them 1 star because I couldn t give them none.Service: Auto brake repair

Everyone is always friendly.I went to another shop in town for years until they changed up management and the employees. The other place quoted me $425 and Wester s did the job for $200.They are not in the business of ripping you off. Good solid work. There s a reason they stay so busy!

These folks were very good to me, I went for my yearly inspection an was turned away from another place, so I was frustrated...needless to say, I was in an on my way, no one tried to sell me things I didn't need, it was a very pleased experience, thank you!

I didn t like the way Ronnie made me feel. He was very passive aggressive. I wanted info about the work needed on my car and because I thought the work was expensive didn t mean I couldn t afford it. I asked to get a oil change and my tires rotated. But, instead they brought my car out and parked it without asking me about anything. I sat there for almost 2 hrs for NOTHING!!!! I had the money to pay for $1500 worth of work, but his unprofessional, unfriendly, dry personality work ethics made me run. Thanks Pete Smith for your help. I wouldn t take my dog to Westers..

Visits to this establishment are always a pleasant experience. Rodney has the most professional attitude toward the customers and coworkers from the moment you walk in until leaving and on the phone as well. The technicians treat customers well also. Five stars for this business!

I like this garage very much. Had AC, front wheel work and inspections done here. More reasonable pricing than most I have been to and they do not upsell you on other repairs at all. Trust them enough to have my daughters brakes done there too. Polite and responsive to enquiries.

I've been coming here for the last 3yrs when I brought my truck from the dealership the windows was tinted. This year I go to get my truck inspected and they tell me it failed because of the tint. Like I told them I've been coming here for years if it was a problem with my tint then it should have failed inspection the first year. They charged me $23 and if I bring it back after I take the tint off I have to pay another $16...

Very humble place, while i was there for an inspection i witnessed them check and minor repair and check over another persons car just out of kindness, customer service is how its supposed to be here, great job.

I called asked how much to rotate and balance my tires but because I have 35s on 22s they told me 120 dollars went to firestone had them done for 60 dollars plus tax and firestone is a bigger franchise then little ole westers you would think they would be more but then westers said 40 dollars for regular tires lol

1They do great work and the wait is not bad . The bathroom is always clean. The guys are always friendly. They take care of you like you are family. I always take all my cars here.

I been trading with Westers for years! They are my in and out shop for tires,tire rotation and oil changes...need brakes or other issues,give these guys a holler..Jesse and Rodney are super cool and professional,Two thumbs up

Had them mount wheels, tires and perform an alignment. Scratched my brand new wheels and acted like it was no big deal. My steering wheel was straight when I took it in and when I pulled out after the alignment it was turned sideways... they didn t put all the hub rings on which are very important. Didn t balance the wheels right. Just stay away if you care about your car. These guys don t know what they are doing.
