I had a positive experience with Whitley Automotive. I came for new tires and was met with kind and helpful staff. The mechanic also saved me from future troubles with my vehicle when he identified a noise that I hadn't noticed. They recommended I take my vehicle to the dealership since it was still under the powertrain warranty. Will definitely be coming back for any future car troubles

I've always appreciated the customer service and professionalism here. My SUV is fairly new and still under the manufacturers warranty. I had to wait about a month to get my oil change and was completely comfortable allowing Whitley to do the job.They always took great care of my previous automobile that had approximately 330K miles when I replaced it.

Super fast service! After my pitman arm snapped and had me on the side of the road, Whitleys Had my jeep wrangler repaired in less than 2 days! They Replaced not only the pitman arm but my ball joints ended up being bad and needed replaced as well. Still impressed with how fast I got my car back! Thanks yall!

Whitley's has been my go-to auto mechanic for over 15 years. I trust their assessment, service and repairs on my vehicle. While I no longer live in the area, I travel here frequently and if my vehicle needs work, I have no problems having them take care of it.

Very good service and nice employees. Very honest!! Realized they had overcharged me and called me back 2 weeks later to tell me and refunded me. That goes a long way with me!! Love honest people!

I needed to change 2 car nipples, when I came to them they told me that they couldn t do it and I needed to change the tire, my tires are in working order, how are these two things related? They charged me $80 just like that, don't go to them

I used Whitley Automotive for wheel alignment and was really impressed with the service I received. The front desk/waiting area is nice and clean. I was greeted with a smile and assured that I would be taken care of. After alignment was completed they found an issue when test driving - this did not occur at a previous establishment which caused issues so I am thankful Whitley Automotive took the time to double check our vehicle. Our car has driven the best since we bought it just from our first visit. Still a little bit of work to do but I have all the confidence that our vehicle is at the right place to be fixed so we are safe on the road.Service: Wheel alignment

Car Maintenance may be a little expensive since they use authentic products/ materials as explained by one of the staffs. The Customer service remains top notch!

I absolutely hate to leave a negative review but I need to warn people. I took my company car last week for an oil change . Well for one, the oil change with tire rotation cost $173. That was ridiculous! Then they came back with several things that needed to be done. I calculated all the recommended repairs and it came to about $3400. Well the company that my company uses declined those recommendations. So they sent me for a second opinion. Well first, the other company , laughed when they saw $600 to remove and replace spark plugs. Then they commented on a power steering flush. The gentlemen tried to explain that this car had a reservoir that you can t flush. Well then their estimate came back and their total was $1500. Now that is a huge difference. I don t know a thing about cars but people do your research. Sad that this happened so I m just making people aware.Service: Oil change

Whitley Automotive is Great!! I used them to get an inspection done and my tires were worn down (showing the wire I know, no judging ). These guys took the time to go back and forth with me 4 times to narrow down to something that actually met my budget. Great service and handled the repaired fast and correct . Little on the pricey side but good work is not cheap if you want it done right the first time . Highly recommend

Very good service, roadside or in house! I've used them for years, mainly replacing tires roadside on my 18 wheeler. It is long overdue to say thank you to the entire Whitley Automotive staff for ensuring my satisfaction. Nobody likes "investing" in auto care, but the reality is definite, maintenance is detrimental to safety, performance and longevity of all vehicles. Their staff are top notch in providing brand choice, prompt scheduling and ability to assess additional required attention upon inspection, while turning out the vehicle very fast. This was our first visit to Whitley Automotive. We were very impressed with the Manager and the staff that we met. They were kind and explained everything in detail. We couldn t ask for better service and fairer prices. They do not honor there own quotes.... I was quoted for $240 to get a part changed for my car and I got the money and went back a few weeks later and now they quoted me $450.... Then when I told them no they re quoted me $425 lmao....They are shady people.....

I have an older Toyota Prius.Sometimes it is hard to find someone to work on a Prius, since a hybrid vehicle is different than a regular vehicle.I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to not only work on my Prius, but able to fix it.They are also friendly and we're good at communication.Jeff S

This place is a complete rip off. I went in for an inspection, but left with a quote of almost $1500 for lower ball joints and a failed inspection. I went to an actual mechanic shop that does inspections to get somebody that is qualified to look at the ball joints, and was told there is nothing wrong with these ball joints and that for lower ball joints it shouldn t be much more than $400. I could have upper and lower ball joints done for $1000. Why is there a $500 difference in price and they were only going to do the lower ball joints???? do not recommend going here

I had a sudden issue with my car, & I called to see if they could check it. They took it right in, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, then fixed it. I was very relieved that it was repaired so quickly, as I was headed out of town with it! Great guys, great work!

Great! They were great. Was my first time there. They actually brought me home while they worked on the car and then picked me up when they were done. Mom took her car in to have it inspected. Good thing she did! Her battery was so weak, it could have left her in the lurch. She also had several issues but was told they could wait. Not for long, but she didn t have to have them done right away. Mom decided to go ahead and have all issues corrected. She totally trusted what Whitley Auto suggested and had all the work done. When she got her car back she was so happy with all the work that was done. She said it felt like a brand new car! She was happy with the advise and service. Do not hesitate to use Whitley Automotive! They simply are the best!
