The experience and the prices are the best reason to come here. The employees know their business and can answer just about any question that you have. I went to advanced down the road and there was a teenager that did not know anything about the parts I was looking for.

Said he couldn t find my obd port that I needed to go to a shop. Took it to advanced auto parts down the street and they helped me figure out why my check engine light was on.

I had a rear caliper on my Yukon seize up and eat through a new rotor I just installed 3 months ago. I walked in certain I would be buying new rotors, a new caliper and new set of pads. Fortunately, Brendan took time to understand my situation. He was able to resurface one rotor and the other one, he warrantied! I didn't even know the rotors had a warranty when I bought them. The rotors would've cost me nearly $100 ea and just by taking a few extra seconds to check, he saved me nearly $200. I was very grateful for this and needless to say, I'll be visiting this location more often.

Not sure who was working when other people went...But this place gets 5 Stars from me. I would give 10 if I could. I stopped by this store with a question and mainly some help. As soon as I pulled up a young lady (That works there obviously from the uniform she had on), waved said may I help you as soon as I walked in the door. Assuming she would not be able to help me I talked to a male employee that was quick to say that he could not assist me, when low and behold the young lady that waved and said may I help you I should have asked her the question to begin with. Not only did she answer my question but in under 10 minutes flat she assisted me with my issue and me and my TRAIL BOSS were pulling out smiling our tails off...... THANK YOU MA'AM and you STAY FROSTY!!!!!

Went into to find a simple oil filter. Not one employee ever spoke, came to me to assist or acknowledge my presents. After searching without success I left the building. Drove to Walmart and bought my filter and oil, in and out in 10 minutes!

They didn't have my starter in stock but got it to their store within a couple of hours of calling and ordering it. Good deal even compared to Amazon. For 20 dollars more I had it in 3 hrs, and they offered to deliver it. Good ppl definitely recommend

7/12/22I would drive to another TOWN before I shop there again, the guys that were working were very nice. The woman was to say the least was abrasive, and needed a major over haul on what customer service is. I will not return.

Never have any issues. Good service and knowledgeable staff. I would give 5 stars but they won't be mixing paint at the New Location, which means we'll have to hope that the people from the other stores know what they are doing.

I went in the store to locate a Doorman master cylinder brass fitting which the store sells and stocks, asked at the counter for help to locate it and the employee says "Just go to go to Ace Hardware and get that." I said it's for brakes, doorman makes them. He said "They'll help you there, they carry brass fittings." Of course I'm not going to Ace Hardware for my automotive brake parts. So I left after that, no help at all from this store.

We bought brake pads a week ago and the receipt even say limited lifetime warranty, we called them back because they started grinding not even a week after we put them on. We told the lady when we went to get them that we weren't sure which ones we should get because one type makes them grind but the other ones don't. The lady told us to get the semi metallic that those were the ones that she said they looked like. So we got the ones she said to get. And now they are grinding a week later. We called the store and they said that the lifetime limited warranty doesn't cover that. We will never get another product from there we will go back to advance.

I love the staff here! The 4-5 employees I usually encounter actually have an understanding of auto mechanics! It's wonderful for me because I am not a full time mechanic, but I do a reasonable amount of work to different types on vehicles.The employees at other auto parts stores I've gone to in the past are cashiers not at all interested in the automotive industry.I drive a little farther to go here, but it's worth it for the service! If they don't have what I need in stock, they transfer it. Their inventory is accurate and they can usually price match a local competitor (although even if they didn't, it's worth the $1-5 difference on most items for the better service! )

I went to the store yesterday. There were signs on the front door stating that face coverings are required to enter the store. Inside the store there was additional signage regarding face coverings and social distancing. Neither employee was wearing a mask, and 2 of the 4 customers in the store had no mask. This shows a disregard for the safety and health of others. If you are concerned about containing the spread of Covid-19 I recommend you shop at another store.

Called the store and spoke to an employee. I identified the part I needed and he said he had 2 on the shelf. I asked him to put his hands on the product to ensure there were 2 and they were the correct part. He put me on hold for approximately a minute. When he returned he said they were there and he had put hands on them. I told him I would be there directly to pick them up. I arrived at the store and the employee that I spoke to on the phone had gone home. Another employee helped me and I was told that the store had 0 on hand. I informed him about the previous conversation to the employee and told the current employee the name of the individual. He called him and had a discussion. Needless to say there was no parts at the store. So I walked out frustrated about the encounter and the waste of gas.This is the 3rd time I have had a problem with this store. The last time I was told that a part I had ordered was in. But, when I got there......it hadn't arrived.I would rather buy parts from local shops and support the community, but these type of mistakes drives an individual to shop an online store for parts.

I called on Monday to order a belt. Spoke to a guy. He ordered it. Just called today talk to Kelly the store manager well she say she is. Rude lady. I was on hold for 5 minutes waiting for her to come back to the phone. So they don't have. She tells me no one has looked it up the past week. Well, someone did. I spoke to a guy on North Tryon street. They have the belt there I called Locust to have them order it. Well, Kelly is RUDE doesn't understand customer service!!

Stopped in to get a headlight for my Hummer H2. I don t know the difference between the bulbs. It was raining and I knew I had a light out so I stopped in to save my husband who worked all day in the nasty weather a trip. The employees were helpful and let me know if I had the wrong one I could just bring it back. Thankful for the help.

Locust is awesome I do not recommend Concord on Hwy 29 at all. Sydnee at Locust is awesome!!!!

Needed windshield wipers and I'm disabled. They found the right ones and installed them. All that in under 15 minutes.
