I ve been having Steve do the work on my Ultra Classic for a year and a half. He always gets the work done in a timely manner and his rates are far better than the dealership. His shop has been busy every time I ve been there...if he wasn t good at what he does, he wouldn t get nearly the work he gets.

Steve does a great job in the shop. Very knowledgeable about bikes prices are good he will go above and beyond to help you.

Upfront with customers about Service work performed and reasonable prices. Doesn't push products or services on you, just suggest what he thinks is best.Does good work in a timely manner. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a Harley Mechanic.

Very friendly when answering the phone. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the gentlemen that was assisting me but I've spoke with him twice and he sounds very genuine and engaged in our conversation and he is happy to answer all of my questions. Some of the big bike stores could use a lesson in customer service by giving Hartsell a call.

I have been buying tires from Steve for my metric for a few years. I recently purchased a HD because I trust Steve to be fare on price for service . Great guy.

Multiple trips here and have always been treated well and gotten a great value for my money. Even stopped what they were doing to provide me with great customer service without charging me for the help.
