Store manager is no where to found. Came here three times over the last week to talk to store manager about getting a commercial account and to create a relationship with the store. Was told twice the store manager had either left early or did not come in that day. I had come in at random times between 8:30am and 4:30pm, the hours I was told he worked, and he was not there.When I was told the store manager was there, I waited over an hour to talk to him. I was told he was in the bathroom, yet did not see him for an hour. Employees up front were helpful and kind, but were overwhelmed with customers with phones ringing off the hook.The environment was chaotic and the employees are obviously understaffed. Not their fault. Surprised that the manager refused to help. Disappointed. Took my business to O Reilly s down the street.

I got my battery tested the gentleman didn't seem like he really knew what he was doing told me my battery was good double checked it and the battery was bad.

Went there Saturday and older guy talking to the lady at the check out and 2 workers walking around the store and I waited for about 3 min. and left cause they where about something I did but it wasn't about parts so I went up the street and they helped me as so as I walked in O'RILEY is the best.

Very helpful guy in there! He helped us make sure our wipers were just right. Even had to try a second size.

They had the part, but unlike oreileys, they didn't know which rear end the truck had by truck options. We had to match up parts to figure out which one we needed, and it was a $16 part vs oreillys $2.50

Should ve went to oreillys auto-parts, Terrible service today, I was hoping to purchase something but when I asked for help checking out no one came but instead chose to have both cashiers looking at a computer instead of helping people check out waited for 10 mins no luck do not recommend

Worst customer service. The older skinny guy needs to learn how to talk to people. He was rude to the people in front of me and made a smart remark to me. NAPA will get my business from now on.

So you get 2 guys that if you don t have a part number cannot help you. Got the bearing, ID/ OD and depth. No help.Went to O riellys they broke out the calipers and found 3 options.Want carwash soap. Come here. Want to work on something, don t waste your time.

My battery died. It was my fault, I killed it. Called AAA and they jumped me off recommending that I get a new battery. Recommendations came in for Advance and I took it. Price was good and the salesman installed my new battery and disposed of the old one. Nice employees

Worst customer service EVER! I traveled from Albemarle to Locust to get a part because Locust had it in stock..i arrived in the store at 8:45pm , and the guy said he wasn't going to look for the part tonight to come back tomorrow. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this store. Id rather order my part online then deal with ignorant, rude employess.

trash service, told me part would come next day and still didnt have it 3 days prior, so I had to pay the shop I was taking my car to, to order me the part instead, let alone the part that ended up needing replacing, came from this advanced in the first place and results came back as the part was defective, if I wanted to waste my time this much I wouldve went to a junkyard for scraps

This place has the absolute worst customer service I ve ever experienced. My 18 year old sons friend was broke down on the side of the road. They called about getting parts and told the lady on the phone that they were on the way They pulled in the parking lot at 9:00 pm and the employees would not let them in!!!!

This place is phenomenal. Sam has replaced both mine and my Wife s car batteries and the hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond is amazing. This store just got a lifetime customer

Fast in and out with the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Hard to see from the road, though. The building isnsirrounded by trees and only has one entrance a bit offset.

Wife and I came in for a battery. These people are golden. Pater, Hailey and Tonya went above and beyond to take care of us. Ended up getting a set of wipers, too.

Employees were standing in the doorway smoking as customers came in and out. No masks, no interest in customers at all. Two employees stood on the sidewalk making inappropriate conversation while the woman literally held the door open with her body while smoking a cigarette. When customers arrived she made no move whatsoever to get out of their way or even move her cigarette away from where they were walking.
