Love Buddy Isles Tire & Automotive! We git our SUV inspected for registration renewal by appointment today. On time, quick, friendly service, comfortable and clean waiting room at Office entrance. Go through waiting room and immediately on the left is the Service window. All great folks!

If you are looking for a trustworthy shop with amazing customer service look no further! I highly recommend Buddy Isles Auto! Totally worth the drive from Raleigh to know that the work that is done will be right!!!! They corrected work done by another shop in Raleigh and at a much lower cost!

An Air Force salute from a grateful veteran to Buddy Isles Collision for their collective act of kindness and dedication to a stranger in need. The lower air deflector shield on my Ford Explorer had been ripped off, screws stripped and bumper clips rendered unusable. Being an out-of-towner with no tools, hours from home, with serious concerns the car would overheat, this fortuitous stop has made a lasting impression. Co-owner Morgan and staff members, Bill, Jim, Stacy, and Ben stopped operations for several hours to troubleshoot, research, and reinstall this unique part. During my wait, I got to learn about their business operation, meet other members of the team, and was treated to an impromptu tour of their exceptional facility. Remarkably, this genuine act of kindness had nothing to do with making money but only to ensure this grateful old man had a safe journey home. Now that s a hell of a business model.

Who do you call when you have a catastrophic failure and your boat trailer wheel is sheared off? Buddy Isles Tire and Automotive. Buddy Isles Sr. arrived and the brainstorming began. Due to the style of trailer, it had to be jacked up and the rollback backed up underneath it. 4 hours later (and a lot of stress), she was on the rollback. I said, Buddy, you reckon we can put the boat in the water off the rollback? He said, we can find out . Well, I m pretty sure we re the only ones that has ever done that . He said in his 50 years of towing, that was the hardest one he d ever had. Welcome to the family Buddy . Thank you sir for everything!! Called trying to get a price of an oil change, said it started at 65 but that doesn t include oil or filter. Asked for a general ballpark price on how much it would cost to fill up 4.5l of 0w-20 and I got an attitude from the lady. Typically, I change my own oil but I have a broken hand. Sorry for trying to give y all business. Lesson learned

Just visiting for the weekend and my car was shimmering when I hit 75mph. Took it in and they were able to advise me that all four tires were almost bald. I had just took my car into the dealership a week before. They said nothing about my tires and they had run over a nail and had to patch one of the tires. Clean shop, super nice and knowledgeable staff. If I didn't live in Ohio, I would bring my car here all the time!!

Let first off say, my family and I are so grateful for the team at Buddy Isles! They went above and beyond for me and my family! Its a long story, but let's just say I've had my van there twice, and both times they Buddy Isles was there for the rescue!!! Well Gwen maybe the dealership didn't see bald tires. I put my Dodge in the shop. I received an estimate to replace the CCV filter.$397.00. I declined. My records indicate the CCV filter was replaced and still has 35,000 miles to go before it is due to be replaced. Cost at a dealership $190.00. Unethical? You decide. Illegal--- no.What is the owner going to do? Trip me from behind?

Huge shout out to buddy isles. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like I was the only customer they had. And I assure you I wasn t because they were very busy! I was there for minor service which was preformed immediately. I also needed a hydrolic hose made for my tractor and found out they could do that too. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Every person I dealt with was helpful, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. They re very professional overall and the waiting area is very nice and cozy. They re repair shop is spotless and well organized and you could eat off the floor. I just cannot say enough good things about my experience there. One cold morning, we discovered a dead battery which wouldn t take charge in one of our vehicles. The battery was located in a place which prohibited me from replacing it myself. Within an hour of calling, Buddy Jr towed the car backed to his shop. Within 2 hours we were back on the road! Customer service at its finest! I highly recommend Buddy, Morgan, Angie and their team for all of your automotive needs.Service: Auto battery replacement

We are new to the area and have used Buddy Isles Tire and Auto for both our vehicles within the last month and are extremely please!! The staff was very friendly and helpful getting everything set up and finding the right parts. The mechanics also did a great job servicing and working through a lost tire key issue. Had a alignment done on my truck and after less than 2k miles I almost got into a wreck after losing steering for a sec in a turn going 60mph. Later to find out the uppercontrol arm bolt was lose enough to unscrew which was causing the whole front end to be lose. So had to pay another $90 to have the dealership fix it after paying buddy isles $100.Service: Wheel alignment

I had my car towed to Buddy's and I have to say from start to finish I was informed about everything that was wrong with my car from how long it would take to get the part needed til how long it would take to finish. I am mostly impressed by the customer service even after my car has been fixed.For these folks to take time out of their day to call and text me asking how is my vehicle doing goes a long way. Now I live in Durham but was visiting family at the time when my vehicle broke down, but I will like to say I will be bring my vehicles back to Mr. Buddy Isles to have his team take care of me. Professional, courteous, and accommodating. The Buddy Isles team fixed a very difficult electrical problem quickly, on short notice, at a very reasonable price. The front desk staff and technician were outstanding! I highly recommend them for any car care issue you may have. My son was visiting from out of town and his rear window was down and would not go back up. I called late on a Saturday afternoon and the team got me in and addressed this issue allowing my son to drive back to his home over 200 miles away in bad weather. Thank you!Service: Electrical

I took my Ford motorhome over for an annual inspection. While it passed the inspection they did show me on the front end where the tires were cupped. At that point I asked them to order me two new tires and have the front end aligned. We made an appointment for after Thanksgiving I took it over there they did exactly what they said they were going to do didn't try to upsell me on anything. As usual, I called and was able to be scheduled same day for a tire rotate and balance and an oil change on my 2019 Suburban. Justin was friendly when I entered and was able to take my truck back right away. I waited and spoke with Buddy Jr for a few minutes while I awaited the completion of my vehicle. The price was fair (way better than the dealership in Raleigh) and the service was great.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

My elderly mother has an older model car that we keep to use for her appointments and errands because she cannot get in my SUV. BIA has been very good about keeping it running for her. They have a computer program that sends me an email after the technicians access the car. The email tells what was found, the costs and the ability to accept or deny the work. No surprise costs. We have always been very satisfied with their work. The employees are very friendly. Buddy, his family and crew are very community minded and are always giving back. The reception was top notch from the first call! While on vacation I needed new tires, communicating our needs was easily accomplished. Tires were ordered, staff coordinated our efforts from a distance and got us back on the road safely. They even checked back later to be sure all our needs were met. It's easy to see why they are the landmark business in Littleton. So appreciate their excellent customer care!

I had a blowout about 5 miles past Buddy Isles, I put the spare on, called them ahead of time, and made my way there. The ladies in the office were so friendly and accommodating. The waiting area was great, and the tire change didn't take hours like at other tire places. Overall excellent and quick experience.Service: TiresService: Tires

Took my 2015 Subaru in for it's 6 month maintenance. Just moved to the area, so my first time there. Large, spacious waiting room, felt comfortable being 6' away from others. My wife and I were traveling back to northern Virginia on Saturday March 14, 2020 when we picked up a nail in a tire. We found Buddy Isles open and were very pleased with the service provided and the friendliness of the staff and clients. They were unable to repair the tire due to the nail location but found a very good used one with similar tread to replace it with. We were on our way in about forty minutes. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thank you for such a great experience!

Buddy's new facility in Littleton is a god send. If I had a dollar for every wasted frustrating hour I had for 13 years taking my car to the dealership in Roanoke Rapids, I'd be rich. A simple oil change there could take three hours. I've had my car into Buddy's enough times now to know that efficiency can be counted on. The new place has a comfortable lounge with coffee and games for the kids, TV and magazines. The rest rooms are spotless. The gals in reception are welcoming. They know their stuff and seem to enjoy working there. Prices are competitive if not actually lower If you count time saved on waiting. It's a family operation and you feel that the minute you walk in the door. To be honest I've never required anything major for my car-- some oil changes, an inspection and a door handle replacement -- but efficiency seems to be built into their work ethic for this all purpose shop and I have no doubt whatever is done at Buddy's will reflect that.
