You deserve less than 1 star, shame on you for hurting a grieving mother!!! Just saw a video of 4 employees taking flowers and memorial decor from a fatal accident site near the business that was in no way hurting them or the business

We were driving to visit family in Greenville, SC for Thanksgiving and while heading down 85 in our packed minivan with kids, a dog and suitcases, we hit some metal object that sliced one of our tires open. Of course just our luck this minivan doesn't come with a spare so we limped to Hanes Tire off the highway. Mind you, this is about an hour before they close on the day before Thanksgiving. I'm sure nobody wants to work but the guys were super nice & helpful and dug through a pile of used tires to find one that would fit. They got the used tire swapped out and we were back on the road. They saved Thanksgiving for our family and we definitely appreciate it!

I just witnesses a video of 4 men from this facility taking things off of a grieving mothers memorial site right outside of the establishment. Disgusting humans and would not do business here.

We Always go here for everything we can, the guys are super nice and helpful. If they can't get you done in a timely manner, they will let you know and tell you when to come back. Never had anything but exceptional service.

Fast service with an entertaining staff. Got an oil change, all four tires replaced, and an inspection in about an hour. Location is great as it's right off highway 85... Shame it's cash only, but it's his shop!I'd recommend calling before coming as they only have 2 bays, and early morning seems best.I hate to be the one to mention it, but in this day and age it's better to prevent a row. If you take issue with Rebel flags or conservatives, this might not be the spot for you.

I've had all my cars inspected here for several years. Always fast and friendly service. Bring cash, they don't accept any other type payments. I don't mind, hasn't ever been an issue.

Serious lifesavers this shop, they helped me with a flat tire situation at 11 o clock at night while I was traveling back to Greensboro alone. Plugged the tire in less than 5 minutes and had me back on the road safely- I am so grateful for their amazing help! You can tell they care a lot about people and the work they do, incredible service hands down great shop.

The best small town shop there is. Granted I generally only get inspections there anymore, but there's always something going on. It's a great sense of small community when were all standing together waiting for an inspection, or a little air in the tire, or hey can you listen to this real quick. We all share that moment together.

Mr Hanes has always helped me and done me and a few family members vehicles with the upmost respect and a few good words about how to take care of our cars. I wish you had gas back at your pumps, im sure you would have good sales.

Michael Hanes' Tire and Auto Shop has been where I have been taking my entire family's cars to get their inspections at almost 20 years now. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

I pulled up and told the guy I need an inspection I heard that he passed inspector cars before and based off of just their computer going their computer passing I get there and he notices that my headlight assembly is busted but my headlights are still working perfectly fine he's in tells me he won't pass me because of that but then goes on to say I'll pass I'll inspect you anyways but you're going to fail why would I be okay with charging you charging me $35 for an inspection when you're going to charge like like I'm going to fail no that's stupid very disrespectful and very rude. And yes I know that I headlight assembly being busted does mean that I don't pass my inspection but when you hear that he doesn't based off of computers only you hope for the best

I always take my vehicles to Hanes Service. Michael is the most honest mechanic I've ever known. I would highly recommend this business for anything automotive repair related.

Hanes Tire & Auto is a great friendly place to get your car s serviced & to buy cars! Mike is a great guy and always goes out of his way to get your serviced! I don't go to anyone else but Mike!

Amazing lil service station. Owner is great guy, very approachable. Saturday hours may not be correct. Suggest calling before you drive out.
