I had heard so much trash talk about this business in Lincolnton. I came in and trusted them. They did not let me down. Had my truck ready in 8 days. Which was 7 days before promise. Truck came out looking immaculate. I have nothing but respect for these people. I had a problem with my ground effects. Wade & Joshua jumped right on it. They fixed it on the spot! No having to leave it there! Excellent work as always. They have 2 shops that are equally exceptional! Don't bother with the dealers. These guys are the BEST!!!!!

I have a 2016 z51 corvette corvette racing yellow that had a little fiberglass damage on the deck lid. They done an excellent job. Color matched perfectly and no tape lines at all. I will definitely use them again if something else happens. Thanks a lot Wade Service: PaintingService: Painting

Sorry if this comment isn't the most comprehensive as i am shaking with rage while typing this.The WORST service I've had to deal with and it went on for TWO MONTHS. We submitted our car in January with body damage from a recent storm and tried our best to keep them and our insurance on the same page. They practically made this impossible by not answering their phones or simply telling our insurance (that's supposed to PAY them) that they're too busy to take calls. They misinformed our insurance which lost us our rental after TWO WEEKS (leaving us with NO VEHICLE for another SIX WEEKS). They took their time to "diagnose" what was wrong with the car and then took another week before even ORDERING the parts they needed. Once again our insurance was baffled because these people wouldn't communicate properly so our insurance could know how much the check they needed to write would be. After week 4 they FINALLY got everything straight only to turn around and tell us that our car had been moved to the back of their rotation list of customers. Every time we called (which was ONCE every OTHER week or so) they would have attitude and zero positive customer service. The last straw was them offering a free inspection for all our hassle and then turning around and pretending like they had no clue what we were talking about. I HEARD the man on the phone with my husband blatantly say he'd do the inspection with no charge. Terrible service, terrible lying people. I never review ANYONE because it's usually not worth my time but i am hoping this comment can prevent others from going MONTHS WITH NO VEHICLE and help avoid this awful service. The only nice person was ONE lady who worked the front desk of the maintenance center and she deserves a fkn raise.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience at Trick One Collision this week. I took it in on Tuesday for a front fender replacement on my Toyota Rav 4 and picked it up on Friday. The car looks good as new. They were efficient and professional and kept all their promises. Finally a body shop that you can depend on. Highly recommend this auto body repair shop.Service: Body & Trim

Quick and great service. Had a dent In the door and on the bumper. Both were replaced with new factory parts and work as they should. I was kept in the loop by Brandy who was extremely helpful. Sent me home with a bottle of touch up paint in case I get any chips from road debris. Will be the only place I take a vehicle for visual damage.Service: Body & Trim

Went in last week with a screw in my tire. Got the tire plugged, ordered 4 new tires (it was time). Today, Trick 1 Automotive picked my car up from my job, replaced my new tires, got an alignment, and my car was brought back to me. What a convenience this is with a hectic work and life schedule.Thank you Mark and Heather for excellent customer service and going above and beyond!

Trick 1 customs is a great place to have your car repaired. This is the second time I have used them for my automobile repair, and I'm pleased with them. Outstanding customer service and a friendly environment . They'll always be my go-to automobile service repair.

There were chips and scratches on my front bumper after it had supposedly been replaced also very many scratches on the plastic pieces in my engine bay. Gave one star because I couldn't give zero star... We there today to get estimate and they said they do estimates on Friday... I explained that was the only time I can come to get one... She told me again that they don't do estimates on Friday... She was pre occupied with flirting with men in the lobby... Would not recommend... They need a new front desk person...

Andrew got the little spot touched up on my door and sent me home with a small bottle of paint in case I ever need anymore. Color is perfect. The receptionist and Andrew were both so nice. If I ever need anything else I will be back for sure!!Service: PaintingService: Painting

I recently had body work done on my MAZDA RX8 at Trick 1. The car looked awesome just like it came off the showroom. An issue came up unrelated to the body work and Wade the owner stepped up and resolved the situation quickly. Wade is a man of his word, honest, and awesome owner of his business.I would highly recommend Trick 1, they are a top of the line business. Thanks again Wade for all you did.

Honest and fair are not typical words used to describe body shop repairs. My experience at Trick 1 was this and so much more! A nearly $2000 quote from another shop turned into a $100 repair here. No doubt as to where I ll go for any future needs. Many thanks from one grateful mama

Had a 1965 Dodge P/U painted after some body work and they done a fantastic job! Recently I crashed a late model pickup and it was repaired back to good as new. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them for any kind of repairs and painting.

Absolutely love everyone that works there. They all put their hearts and souls into the work they do and it shows! Absolutely amazing work comes out of Trick 1! I've never heard anyone say a harsh or negative thing about this place. Definitely worth 5 stars in my book!

Have had several cars fixed at Trick One. Hit a deer.. best service from these people.. couldn't even tell my car had been damaged. Friendly and didn't take but a day or two. Then had hail damage on the same car. He popped those bings out you can't tell where any damage was. Prices were reasonable and they work with your deductable.

Have a deep respect and confidence in wade Roberts and trick one. I've had several jobs did in their care. Had a motorcycle painted and was well pleased with the work, the cost and time it took to do it. They did repair work on dodge dakota truck and couldnt have asked for a better job. Great people..nice environment and reasonable prices. Got 5vstar in my book.

Lady unfront was nice. Went 3 weeks in advance to order my part, never heard back from them so I called them. Schedule the work to be done on my truck another week in advance, when I took it in they fixed the one problem bt didn't do the other that I ask for was told basically they didn't have the time or staff that I need to reschedule it. Disappointed with this place an the owners bad attitude he isn't very friendly at all. When you run a business understand you are not doing a customer a favor they are doing your business a favor by coming in. Will not be back.

Being involved in a wreck is more than an inconvience but days after the wreck is when reality sets in and you have to figure out what steps to take next. Unfortunately I was involved in a wreck and after checking to make sure we were ok, the 2nd thing on my mind was getting my vehicle to Trick 1 Collision to start the claims process. I know from previous experience (years ago) that Trick 1 Collision are not only the best when it comes to repairs but they are honest good hearted people. Anyone can go and take the right classes and get licensed to do what they do but here's what makes them different. They don't just treat you like a customer, they treat you like a customer they genuinely care about. They want to make sure your car is repaired safely, correctly and in a realistic timely manner. (Which is very important when you only have one car) They take pride in their work, and they take pride in how they treat you as a person.When you are in a wreck and reality sets in, you start thinking about claims and how your gonna pay deductibles and getting a rental, etc etc. Give yourself a peace of mind and know your vehicle is in good hands here.***For the women out there who may not have someone to go with them for things like this, I can say from my own experience, you will be fine going to Trick 1 Collision on your own. They will treat you professionally & they will answer any questions or concerns you have.UPDATE: I'm still upset with myself that I wrecked our car but I saw today after repairs and as expected, Trick 1 did an amazing job with the repairs. They have made this whole mess a lot easier to process. Thank you so much.

Trick 1 Customs painted my motorcycle, repaired my fairing, painted my hubby's Kawasaki and painted a Chevy van for us. I was very pleased with all of their work. They even made some Vinyl print T-shirts. So in my opinion, they can do anything from Motorcycle repair, custom work, auto body repair, custom paint and even t-shirts for your group!!! They are a great group of fair people!

Dropped my daughters vehicle off at Trick 1 for repair on September 8th from accident 4 weeks ago and still waiting on repair to be complete. Trick 1 provides dates that repair will be complete but date continues to get pushed out.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
