if you value the money in your pocket, your sanity and The vehicle you drive, you should not take it to these idiots !????I was charged an additional $24.99 Per tire to have new tires put on my car. I had already paid the installation fee at the price of $29.99 for each tire through the tire company where I purchased the tires. Mr. tire is a preferred or Approved installer So I had the tire sent to their shop for installation. When I showed them the paperwork that I had already paid for the installation I thought all was fine. It was only after they told me I needed new tie rods etc. etc. and I told them not to do the front alignment because I could install those parts myself and I would have the alignment done afterwards. All of a sudden I started getting charged these fees that I had already paid for. I had to pay it so I can get my car out of there I'm telling you do not take your car there they'll find a way to cheat you !!!!I don't intend to investigate this and have it looked into all intentions I'm getting these overcharges reimbursed!. I've never dealt with such a shady place in my life and shady people. they suck!!When you see a 4.7 out of five stars on their site don't believe it it's when you see a 4.7 out of five stars on their site don't believe it. it's completely fabricated!!!!

I took my sister s Nissan truck in to get her tires looked at since her tire pressure kept dropping no matter how much air we put in. One of the lovely gentleman helped me and found a nail in her tire! The customer service was amazing and I was out within 15 minutes!

I had a very smooth experience. Walked in, got a great price on some Goodyear tires for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. They rolled it in the back and installed them right then and there, no problems! Whole thing took less than an hour. I will definitely come back next time I need tires.

Service mechanics know what they are doing, the cashier was attentive and nice. Had a great experience overall. Guess I ll have to see how long the service lasts since it s only been a week but everything is so far so good.

Meant to do this a while back but I needed new brake pads and I was on a schedule and needed to get somewhere quickly. So thinking it was going to take a while like all the other mechanic shops I ve been to, Mr. Tire didn t disappoint with the great customer service and how quick they got things done in a quick and proficient way. I was in and out quicker than I thought it would be! Amazing mechanic shop!

Don't waste your time or money!! Go across the road to Mavis.Staff did not provide an estimate of the work to be performed or details about "courtesy" inspection that i couldn't opt out of. $30.00 for a tire rotation is absurd. Hate to know what it would have been with a balance. Luckly I asked before they got started and had them stop. I left, went across the street to Mavis Tire which charged $19.99. I submitted a good review for their professionalism and they ended up not charging me anything. I will be shocked if Mr Tire in Lincolnton remains in business very long. This was my first and last visit.

Worst service I have ever had the misfortune to receive. Had $750 worth of tires put on my wife's truck the day before I had an alignment done by these hacks. Less than one month later I happened to see the front tires of her truck and the inside of both front tires was worn down to the wire threads!!! Totally shocked I took it back to them and was given told they had it within specs and showed me the screen as proof and blamed it on a bad batch of tires! I felt that were no being truthful and the same day took it to a local reputable company and was told that Mr. Tire had not inspected any part of the suspension or done any correct alignment and that there was no way that their machine said it was within specs unless it was not calibrated correctly AND that there were nuts left completely loose and that they tightened them and that we were very fortunate to not have had an accident driving the vehicle to them! They found had to replace all ball joints and many other components that should have been inspected and found to be bad by Mr. Tire. It is my opinion they have no concern or concept of safety or service for their customers and the public in general for allowing a vehicle to be driven in the poor and unsafe condition that they allowed our vehicle to be driven out of their shop. They will never get my business or my recommendation to anyone, EVER!!

Came in to Mr tire needing 4 tires an hour before closing and they didn't disappoint. The ladies upfront were very sweet and extremely helpful and Caleb the manager kept me updated through the whole process which not many people do anymore! Thank you guys for fixing my tires and getting me back on the road!!

Went in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Was quoted 26$ a tire. Expensive for what others charge but I was there so ok. Guy took 3 hours to mount 4 tires and started right away. I was the only customer. When he was done I asked for old tires back. Also asked to have him tread depth the old ones and mark it down. He didn't. He also lost 2 of my 4 aluminum gold colored valve caps and stripped 2 black plastic ones on. He put them on the passenger side and my 2 gold ones that I guess he didn't lose on the driver side so I wouldnt notice. The next day when I went out and started the jeep to let it warm up I wanted to check the oil life, to see if I needed to return to Mr tire for a oil change before my trip and saw my info center said the tires were inflated to 57#-60#. The sticker in the door says 37 cold. The tire manufacturer said this could have caused a catastrophic failure in the tire if I went on the highway and heated then up. This is by far the worst place I have ever taken my jeep to and feel the 130$ I paid to have this horrible work done refunded. I would now never trust them with a oil change. My engine is not worth the chance. Google review is coming today for this shop.

I took my 2005 Pontiac sunfire to mavis because I had a leak in my tire I was having to constantly add air and they told me they couldn t find it so I brought it across the street to mr. Tire and they were absolutely amazing!!!!!! They found the leak within minutes and patched very quickly they even did what they called a 32 point courtesy inspection for absolutely FREE!!!! I will definitely be back and will recommend to all my family and friends

The Mr. Tire in Lincolnton couldn't be better. The manager, Caleb, I'm not sure if it's spelled with a K. is awesome to work with. He knows what he's talking about, and my husband and I will definitely always go to them. Thanks guys, you all are awesome and great conversationalist at that. I would work with you anytime.

Stopped here with my mother when we had issues during a trip and I have to say the manager Caleb made us feel comfortable and relaxed during a very stressful time for us on our trip, would recommend this location to anyone who needs that extra peace of mind, you're in good hands here.

Customer service was great. They were quick when dealing with my tire and I was back on the road way before I expected. Will be coming back here whenever I have problem from now on 10/10 experience.

My fiance took her car to have brakes and rotors changed and it took 4 hours on a 2 hour job. Also took my vehicle there to get a wheel bearing changed in the rear. Kept truck all day then when I walk in to check on it the guy at the desk jumps up saying " I was fixing to call you" we need a gasket do you want to get it? I'm thinking so you've had it all day and now you want me to get a part. So I get the part. Mind you this is a 2 to 3 hour job and they have already had it for 6 hours at this time. So I set for another 2 hours in the lobby. Finally they come and say they can't get it done. So I left it there of course they had it took apart and was stuck on a Parr they couldn't get apart. So the next day I was told they put it back together and they can't fix my vehicle. Waste of time for 2 days on a 3 hour job and still didn't fix it. I do not recommend this place for even putting air in your tire. They would probably forget to put cap back on the stem.

The manager who and mechanic who worked on my car, they were great. They even continued after closing time to work on it and I am VERY greatful for that. They worked on changing the alternator, it was a struggle at first but they managed to remove it while not causing any damage. I highly recommend going to Mr.tire in Lincolnton. I know I'll go there when I need more work done.

After a bad experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes.. I drove to MR.Tire and I asked a gentleman if they could fix my RV tire.. he said definitely I fixed it for you!! Super fast service.. I will come back anytime..

This place was great. They gave me a fair price and were able to get started right away. The customer service was amazing. I felt well informed from start to finish and actually felt cared about as a customer. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Great place with great prices! Had my truck towed here to find out what was going on. They took the entire motor apart and found out the motor had thrown a rod, and are going to replace the entire thing once I get a new one.

Had greatly appreciated my time here. Mr. Caleb helped me with my car troubles by not only telling me that my vehicle had issues but took the time to inform me what those parts do to the car and why it s important to get it fixed. My girlfriend came another time and had the same experience.

Hate to leave a bad review, lady behind the counter was awesome, guys in the shop, not so much, brought my truck in to get four used but almost 70% life left tires to be mounted, showed up at 8 was told they wouldn t be able to get it in until 11:30, so I said okay and stuck around, they finally got the truck in and started taking my wheels off they told me one lug nut was stripped and if they pulled it off it won t go back in, I gave them the green light to do so as I knew that one lug nut was messed up, they get 3/4 wheels off and claim they can t get the front left tire off due to two stuck lugs, so they changed 3 tires and then stated 2/3 tires they mounted can t be balanced, Iv been in tire shops most of my life and haven t had an issue with a used tire not balancing, it has happened tho, but it s unlikely to happen, they then throw the tires back in the truck but for some reason threw the only balanced tire in the back instead of the front, finally left around 1 or 1:30 after being there at 8:30 I then had to drive my truck back to cherryville only Able to do about 45 due to the shaking in my steering wheel was so bad, and once I got home I grabbed my battery impact and pulled the two lug nuts right off that they couldn t get off, so I now have to take the truck to a shop and have the new tire mounted and all of them balanced, I understand things happen but it was issue after issue, girl behind the counter was awesome tho, but doubt I ll return

Took my son s mustang in last week for an oil change, they took the car back. Guy came back up and said he thinks my oil plug is stripped. They were the last people to change it, never offered to fix or repair it.

Rodney the service manager is Mr No Service. Had a tire leak. He told me it would be 30 minutes. An hour and half later I m still waiting. Another customer comes in with the same issue. Takes them ahead of me. While I m getting my keys to leave he tells me he must have got the orders mixed up. Other customer was from a local car lot. Give me a break. Beware of this place.
