I bought a car and was very pleased the first 2 weeks I've since put 1500 in repairs has been in the shop more then I've driven it.Leaks water through sunroof from day one and they never had it fixed.The battery is sitting I n 8 inches if water.They sell you junk saying they will help you its all a lie.BEWARE OF THERE JUNK CARS

I must say, I have brought several cars from here for myself & others and to say it's the most easiest & hassle-free environment is an understatement!! Bless everyone who works here because I'm very indecisive & take my time & not one time have I ever been rushed or pushed into a vehicle that I didn't want! Corey is so sweet & Very attentive & gets the job done hassle-free, he has showed up for me when he most definitely had more important obligations going on & I will forever be grateful for that!! I have never meet such a great guy, Cory is the best if you want to buy a vehicle go to cars truck credit, I got to say i went to every car lot around and just about gave up hope , then went to cars trucks and credit, felt at home the minute I walked in and Cory was the man with the plain he definitely made me feel much better and put me right in a car not just any car he put me in the one I ask for and it took a Max of 30 minutes to do paperwork and out the door. I was driving my new car that I drive now, and is a great running vehicle. Cory I want to thank you for everything and god bless you as well .. thanks Patty and Ben

Corey was great from start to finish. He asked what I was looking for and didn t waste anytime finding exactly what I was asking for. He had me funnies and ready to drive off the lot in an hour. I definitely recommend going here for you buy here pay options and low down payments.

So, my experience was this. My husband and I were just looking at different places. The sales Mgr came right out. He was very pleasant. Then, the sales associate came back from getting his lunch and spoke with us. The cars were ok. My problem is I when asked if they had a car fax on any of the vehicles, I got a no for answer. They couldn't give me any paperwork. All of the cars are around the same price range. Which confused me. If the vehicles have different milage and different things wrong with them, interior or exterior, then the prices should be different. My other issue was that the sales associate was more interested in eating his sandwich than selling a car. But lastly, the sales associate asked me if I am looking to buy a car in 3 weeks. At first, I didn't understand, but my husband explained to me he was assuming I could afford to buy my car at tax time. That was a complete insult. So I went to another dealership and bought a car the next day. I can't do business with someone who puts all black people in the same category, like they do their cars. I'm a medical administrator, and I need paperwork and proof. Good luck to anyone who goes to them.

Bring a mechanic with you if you're checking out their cars, once they buy them from the auction they'll put a battery and new tires on the cars and that's it if you're lucky. a lot of cars had oils leaks, seen a couple with airbag deployed indicators on, this place takes advantage of the less fortune and sticks people with insane interest rates they cannot afford.a very shady practice of business, and lets no talk about the double markups on used vehicles that are over 20 years old with 160k+ miles. do yourself a favor and find another car lot or better yet find something you can afford to buy out instead.Note: this shade tree will be merging with EZ WAY AUTO SALES-beware

Couldn't have had a better experience. My daughter just bought her first car there. Our salesman, Corey, stayed late last night and came in on his day off today to accommodate our work schedules. The owner, Chan White, made certain every detail was handled to perfection. And Rodney filled in all the gaps. I highly recommended this dealership if you're looking for someone who will do you right!

Me and my family just got an awesome Honda from here! The service was great. The people are awesome. Especially Corey!! They really do everything they can to get the vehicle you want with In your budget!! 10/10 recommend going here if your looking for a vehicle. Ask for Corey!! What a great place to work with! They put us in our first car a Pontiac G6 convertible... After a few weeks it developed some issues. Everything was covered under warranty. The car never got 100%fixed. These guys are the best they traded her in on a Honda Civic no questions no more headaches just 1 happy camper. Thank you Corey from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done to help us out. 100% recommend this dealership!!!

I highly recommend Cars Trucks & Credit. See Corey there he was so helpful we were able to trade in our car for the down payment and they helped us every step of the way to find a great safe car for my husband, myself and our kids. We love the car we got it's perfect. They made sure everything was ready for us and checked back over the car and delivered it to us when it was done. Thank you Corey for a wonderful experience.

Cory was so nice and helpful but the car was a lemon I only had the car 3 months and the headgaskets blew I had it fixed because they wouldn't help fix the car worked a few more months and then it started pouring the oil as soon as you pore it in so yes big lemon tore up more than drove

I shopped around quite awhile before landing on this lot. I reached out and got paired with Corey. He was patient with me looking for the right car. He updated me weekly on new inventory that matched what I was looking for. He was transparent about mileage, potential issues, and gave his honest opinion. After about a month I made it over to the lot and Corey popped right out and encouraged me to take my time and test drive whatever I was interested in. I ended up purchasing a Lincoln and thus far I've been very happy with it. I have run into a few minor issues (blown head lamp, fuses, small things) and when I reached out to Corey he immediately responded and gave me the information to a recommended garage to be taken care of per the warranty. Note that the lot and the garage are a ways out (Lincolnton) so it can be a little inconvenient to get out there. Overall, this was a good car experience and a great experience with Corey - please ask for him when you go and you will not be disappointed.

Probably the worst place to get a car they don t take care of them. They don t answer the phone when you have a problem with it all they are worried about is making it past the 30 days if you make it past the 30 days it s not their problem and they won t help you not one bit Had a car for eight months needs a new engine basically called them every month with a problem never answered the phone into the very end. Make sure you pay the bill right? I will never shop here again not even if I m desperate.

COREY REID IS BY FAR THE BESTEST SALESMAN I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE!!!! IVE LITERALLY BEEN ON THIS MANS NERVES FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS literally I have text this man day by day week by week updating him on my WHOLE life personal and work life NOT once did he stop communicating or stop helping me stay sane during the whole process LOL TODAY I finally was able to go see Corey and even though the one car I wanted was sold he didn t stop helping make up my mind with my second and third choices I WOULD DEFINITELY REFER ANYBODY TO MY MANS BECAUSE HE THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST!!! && what you call THE BEST SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY!!!!

Corey was amazing. The process was very simple and didn t take a lot of time. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to get into a vehicle.Fast Forward 4 months later the vehicle has given me nothing but issues. It needs new motor mounts, camshaft sensors, the sunroof leaks. The radio stopped working. I could keep going.

I fell ill and am now needing an organ transplant. I undergo dialysis 3 times a week and am no longer able to work. The staff and owner did not harass me, they didnt make demands instead they helped me in a way that I am truly grateful for with the much loved truck I purchased from them. I was desperately in need of a win and they came through for me. They worked with me over the years on repairs and were always open and honest with me. Ive been doing business with them since 2012 and will continue to do so for my future purchases. This staff and owner show that there are still good people in this world.
