I recently purchased a car from Adam, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I reached out on a Wednesday and drove the hour to the dealership that night, Adam stayed late with us to ensure we had all the details and information needed. Since it had been over 8 years since buying a car, we wanted to sleep on it. Adam wasn t pushy at all, and as soon as we decided to move forward, the process was short and sweet. The Escalade was in great shape inside and out, I was so thankful to drive off the lot in my dream car. Adam's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Definitely worth checking them out!

Had to buy a vehicle of my own for the 1st time in 13 years and was dreading the experience and honestly the outcome of the prices I continually saw. Then decided to look into Carolina Auto Direct. I wish I could say to you that it went perfect on the price for me but that wouldn t tell the whole story. I may not have gotten the price to where I wanted it but I can say that it was a good deal for me .(you could say I wanted too much off the price to be fair to them but who s counting). What stood out the most though about Carolina Auto Direct was the customer service I received from Mario F. He talked my wife and I through various questions and concerns we had since it had been so long since we bought a vehicle. He was super knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicles we looked at. He never was once pushy or trying to get rid of us quickly to move on to the next customer. Mario also had the best stories so we definitely were not bored at all. I highly recommend checking this dealership out and meeting Mario. Noah (the manager) and Rachel (finance) were awesome as well. We will 100% buy from them again in the future (next day actually lol)

I recently purchased a stellar Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Carolina Auto Direct. Wesley made the process seamless. I am from out of state and I drove out to test drive the vehicle and purchase. They were able to make the buying process enjoyable and I will definitely think of them first when buying future vehicles.Their inventory is high quality and the showroom is spotless. Well worth the trip out there.

Went and purchased my 2019 F350 and had an amazing experience. From day one I called Wesley Howell and he made the process smooth. We showed up and truck was pulled out ready for us to look at. He was super helpful and answered any questions we had at the time. Process took only a couple hours and I was pulling away ready to go camping. I also dealt with Rachel Gause and she was easy to talk too and make the final paperwork quick and easy. Will definitely purchase again from Carolina Auto Direct.

Chris was phenomenal! We live 3 hours away from the dealership. Chris provided videos and pictures of the vehicle. When I asked for more extensive pictures of the vehicle including the underneath of the vehicle Chris did so without any hesitation. Due to the distance involved, we were not able to travel to the dealership until the following weekend . Chris kept in constant communication during the week before we traveled to see the vehicle. We could not believe how immaculate this vehicle was both inside and out. We were very pleased with our entire experience with Carolina Auto Direct and especially Chris!

I've always driven by the dealership and enjoyed looking at all the cool vehicles that they always have. This time an all black 2018 Ram 2500 caught my eye. I came up to the dealership on Tuesday and met Chris who ended up being my salesman. We hit it off and his laid back no pressure approach paid off and I purchaed the truck. Chris was able to get me out in about 2 hours even after cleaning out my old truck. Great folks to work with, they have agreed to take care of a few things and I feel confident that they will. Give them a shot if you are in the market. Thanks Chris and crew!

If your thinking about buying a car from here just do it. Fantastic car buying experience from start to finish. Car was even nicer than I expected when I got there, very friendly staff all around, Adam got back in touch with me fast and answered all questions I had for two days before going to look at the vehicle in person. Great customer service, and loads of vehicles below market value

Bought the most beautiful F450 all the way from Michigan. We was very comfortable in trusting the dealer. They sent video and answered every little question quickly and professionally. Delivered as promised Our farm now owns a truck to be admired and proud of.

I just purchased a Ram 1500 Rocky Ridge edition. My salesman Chris was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had. He ensured we had everything we needed before the long trip there and back home. I feel the members at this dealership are very open and honest. Definitely my best car buying experience!

I found the van I purchased on Autotrader. I clicked on the message dealer button. Minutes later Chris called me and sent me the links to get things going. A few days later I flew in from Philly. Steve picked me up at the airport and drove me to Carolina Auto Direct. No more than a half hour later I was on my way back to Pennsylvania with my new van. I will definitely do business with them again.

Great place to buy a car or truck. Wesley took great care of me throughout the transaction. I drove up from Atlanta to make this purchase. Wesley contacted me immediately after I completed a financing inquiry online. We spoke over the phone, set an appointment, and Wesley said he would have it ready for me when I got there. Got there early and he was parking it at the showroom. Test drive and in/out in less than 2hrs. The entire team was professional, friendly and efficient. Truck was priced right without needing to haggle back and forth on pricing. I'll buy from them again.

We recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Carolina Auto Direct. From the minute we called and spoke with the Salesman Adam regarding the Jeep we were interested in to the minute we drove up and spoke to Both Adam the Salesman and the Sales Manager Noah we were highly satisfied we were in "great hands". Both were completely professional and really helpful with our questions making our decision an easy one. We then met the Finance Manager Sarah. She was extremely helpful in obtaining information regarding our Title and recent license plates we had just paid for on our other Jeep. Adam was a wonderful surprise. We've all been to "that dealership" with high pressure sales tactics. Carolina Auto Direct has a different approach and I appreciated it immensely. Very high dollar vehicles more than buying it new or used would not even think.about buying anything from them found very low mileage vehicles and practically new vehicles for a great price read the reviews and not very promising.would not recommend you to anybody I would tell them go elsewhere you are money hungry. I would give you a - 5 or negative 5 review you shouldn't get 5 stars at all

Chris was awesome to deal with. I called him on the road from Florida to NC, he had my paperwork completed and car cleaned, filled up with fuel and ready to rock. I only deal with people who take my time seriously, Chris and his team have earned a continued customer.
