Wow is all I can say. Brandy is the ultimate car Queen. She walked me through the complete car buying process and went out her way to make things happen for me. She was in constant contact with me and updating me on every step. She even went as far as helping me with my travel arrangements to pick up the car because I live in a different state. She will always be my go to person if I am ever in need of another vehicle. I will refer her to anyone that is in need. I felt very comfortable with her and her family. She has a beautiful soul and I thank God knows that she has her customers best interest at heart. Please if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle do not hesitate to contact her. She moves mountains for her customers.

I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a great vehicle, at a great price! Such a friendly, humble person who seems to genuinely have a love and passion for selling quality vehicles. Do not let any negative reviews detour you from this company. Brandy is more than happy to accommodate you in any fashion needed to meet your needs for buying your next ride! I couldn t be happier with my personal buying experience. She went above and beyond to work with our schedule. Paperwork was provided in a more than timely manner as well. Highly recommend! Oh, and PS, the vehicle I purchased is of excellent and exactly as described, if not better.

My girlfriend recently bought a car from this dealership in North Carolina. She was beyond excited as she was about to purchase her first car; her dream car an Audi Q5 (2015). All was going well till it wasn't. Not even 2 weeks after getting the car white smoke starts blowing out the exhaust. We got it looked at and found out a major repair was needed. How is such a repair costing almost as much as we bought it for, even allowed to be sold in the first place. Let alone pass through any kind of inspections. The saleswoman mentioned she even drove it around as her daily till the sale was made . You can't tell me something like this went unnoticed. I would steer clear from this dealership unless you're into gambling.

Bought a vehicle for way more than it was worth but I needed something to provide for my family. We ve had nothing but issues from the beginning and there was nothing we could do. There s no way they didn t know this vehicle was so messed up. I ve put more than $4000 total in this vehicle to keep it running because we don t have the money to just go out and get another one up front. I mean, time I got it home there was coolant everywhere. Including in the oil itself. Had to replace the radiator 2 weeks after that. I ve only had it since July of last year after someone hit and totaled my good vehicle I had for over 7 years. Over all a terrible experience that I m still living. We have no choice but to put even more money into it again. By the time this is done will have replaced everything in the front end because of all the problems. I would never buy from here again and I would never recommend this place. They knew how bad and cleaned up all the coolant before we got there and no one can convince me other wise unless it was God himself.
