Not a long wait, did a great job on my work truck. I really, really, hate cleaning and vacuuming the interior, and for the price it is well worth it to me. Also there is a funny spot on my tailgate most car washes miss, and the hand cleaning always gets that spot. It can be hard to make a left back onto highway 27 though.

Took my truck to AutoBell in Lincolnton, it hasn't really been cleaned good all winter. The attendance manager ask how he could help?, well wrong question to ask!! I asked him how much dose it cost to get the TRUCK CLEAN, he ask what service I wanted.. I saId CLEAN!! He asked if I wanted rain repellent, Armor All, Tire Gloss... my reply was will it be clean enough to eat off the floor...he said YES. I said that's what I want then. Service Cost was $48... no problem it was dirty.. Now I don't expect AutoBell to do the super deep cleaning, but I do expect with a $48 service and a $10 tip for it to be cleaned, I ask the attendants if they use the Armor All he said Yes, and I did help with the wipe down! Needless to say the 3rd time I made them clean the inside of the Truck the manager came out to supervise, there was still dirt in the floor, dash, door, and foot panels still dirty, still mud in the fender wells..I looked it over and said there ain't no dam way this truck was Armor All'd. So I refuse to accept the truck till it was completed. So about 45 mins later the Truck cleaned

3rd trip to this location. First two visit was great. Just left 11/3 from there, my husband and I took the towels and cleaned the outside ourselves. I vacuumed some areas that they didn't get. I paid $42.00 and tipped the guy well even though I shouldn't have. Ex: tires wasn't cleaned, tail gate not touched, alot of spot over the entire truck. Over the years Autobell gets worse and worse. They only halfway clean the outside and their priced go higher and higher. I took my car there eay this morning only because they do clean the inside windshield good. My husband and I have been very busy so we decided to go. After i left, the sun hit the window and I could not believe it, the one thing they normally do good was awful. It looked like they used a dirty rag to clean it. Years ago I went a lot but now it is so bad I only go a few times a year so they can clean my window. I guess I will have to rethink going ever again because they can't even do that right.

Just recently back after some previous wishy washy wash lol but I have to say I was SUPER impressed this time. The car was thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned and they did a darn good job! ILeft aDecent tip to each too which I don t ever mind whatsoever if the work isPut into it! I m super satisfied andLookForward to returning for service like this in the future!!!!!!!! My car is smiling- I meant shining too! Then again she may be smiling too lol!

I've been here before they've done pretty good job but today.. awful. My car still had bird poop all over it.. on top on the trunk.. everywhere. And they waxed right over it..The carpets inside windows and dashboard was cleaned pretty well.. but that's the only reason they are getting 3 stars..I have to say I'm disappointed in their work today. Truly I am.Edit: Decided to give them another try today.. after several months.. they were quite busy today around 11am when I pulled in, but my car was filthy and so I stopped on in. They did a much better job this time, not close to perfect but I'm more satisfied this time than last time. Good improvement.. in my opinion.

Good service but a bit pricey for what you get. The outside was clean but inside was bit lacking. Would use again for outside wash.

It's been years since I have gone to an Autobell. The staff was so nice and helped me when I explained it was basically my first time. The wash was thorough and my truck looked better than it has in years. And the folks at the end who hand dried rhe truck blew me away with how hard they worked in the NC July heat. They got all the spots off and made my truck shine like it was ready for a car show. I was supremely impressed and u will be going back again with my car so I can receive the same great treatment! Head over now to get the like new shine on your car!

I paid for the interior and exterior clean with protectant. Had I not been on a time crunch I would have asked for a manager. The only thing that was done to the inside was a poor excuse for vacuuming. The interior windows were not touched nor was any seat or dash. There was still leaves in my seat proving they didn t even vacuum them. As for the outside other than drying it off and smearing black break dust all over the wheels nothing was done:This was the second time in a row I have paid 50 or more for them to clean my car and received extremely poor results. I will not take my car back here again. I ended up having to pay a different place to do what they didn t. Very disappointed.

We have used autobell for several years now and typically been satisfied. However this is the second time within the past two weeks that we have taken our Silverado and the inside is left dirty. Last Monday we took it to get cleaned before we left for vacation and they didn't even vacuum out the back seats. The back seats were folded up since we had cleaned out items underneath but honestly I figured the employees would realize to push the seat down so they could clean the entire back area. I wanted to bring it back since they didn't even touch the back seats but we didn't have time. Today my husband took it since we returned from vacation and they didn't wipe or vacuum the middle console where the cup holders are, and left dirt in the floor. Definitely will not be back. I will be happy to pay the extra somewhere else and have a job completely done.

I want them to do better but it just seems they can't. This is probably the 3rd time I've been there that they have just been completely terrible. Paying and pre-wash is fine, it's the detailing part that is bad. The workers stand around, they chat, they are indifferent with their effort. There is no organization and nobody cares. I was told my vehicle was done, drove to LCC to play a golf match, opened the rear hatch on my Escalade and they had not even touched the rear compartment. This is the vehicle that I use for hauling all my dogs so the rear compartment is the one that needs it the most. I will stick to using the AutoBell in Hickory as they are much better.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

1st time to Autobell on over a year. Redesign of their process, vacuuming after the wash, has created a bottle neck. Employees seem lost in the process and do not work with any sense of urgency. Employee Jayden was pleasant, professional, and detailed the car well. I was not at all satisfied with the service I received today. It s like all they cared about was getting the vehicle finished as fast as possible. There are still bugs on my grill and mirrors. Mirrors did not get wiped, they still have water spots. Big greasy smudges on the windshield. And let s not even get started on the inside. The dash is streaked with clean and dusty spots and I don t think they even wiped out the seats or vacuumed the floors. Definitely will not be back. Sure wasn t worth $40.

They have a good price on their car wash and when I went in all I wanted was an outside wash and after suggestion from the employee any kindly processed a drive-thru only I appreciate the service I just location.

I've got hand prints all over my car. The windows are streaky, they didn't clean the backseat. I still have mud on the outside of my car. They said the package included Fragrance which wasn't used. Highly disappointed. I paid for the Super Polyprocess Wash and it wasn't at all what I expected. Many parts inside the car didn't get cleaned and the vacuum service is SO BAD, it looks like they did nothing. Wife took brand new 23 tahoe there when she arrived home I see where auto bell employee had dried her car with significant dirt still on it scratched the whole $80k car up. My fault for not washing it myself horrible wash job!

Always enjoyed coming here to get our cars cleaned. However last time (last week may 17) the guys that cleaned and vaccumed were alittle messy. They left towels in my car, was joking around more with each other then wipe down and vaccum, and left spots inside and out. All for having fun at work but they need to be alittle more professional and make sure they are doing it correctly for the price I had paid. (Which was the higher price for cleaning). Overall good place and great price for an auto wash.

I went to get my car cleaned a couple weeks ago, and I purchased the most expensive car cleaning that included every service they offered. I always tip them when I go, but I m starting to feel like I m wasting my money because everytime I have to go home and vacuum after. They don t vacuum the mats barely at all, and in between the front seats was still dirty and dusty.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I had a car wash, they cleaned the windows , vacuumed it out, they did a good job on the windows, as far as the vacuuming, they didn t do too great, left the dirt in by side my seat and beside my gas pedal, I thought they could have done a better job. I had the Super PolyProcess done for my very first visit, mind you I had dirty tires with a dirty under body where the tires are, and was expecting to get the whole 9 yards for paying $38 for a car clean and an exterior wash. I was hoping to be wowed but I was not, it took about 20 minutes for them to clean and still was dirty. I could ve done a better job at washing my own car but I m 8 months pregnant and this was super disappointing.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

It was quick, which makes sense because they only cleaned about half my truck. Paid for full service. None of the seats got vacuumed and only the driver's side floor mat and carpet were cleaned. The rear and passenger floors/mats were neglected. I wouldn't really consider my truck washed at this point, just rinsed.

I always bring my car to autobell. And always had great service. But today I was very disappointed. My floor mats were still dirty, didnt look like the vacuumed the back seats well. The front seats looked like they rush vacuumed. They normally wipe down the whole car, but the truck wasn't even touched it still had black specs all over it. The wheels looked awful, like they never got touched. I pay for the good service. I dont cheap out on my car washes at autobell... ill be taking my money else where. Also found a scuff on one of my wheels.Edit to add: i watched one guy clean a white Ford and near the license plate was a ton of dirt that was never wiped clean so I felt bad for the little old ladies that got into that car.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

$7.00 for a ride-through carwash is steep. And it doesn't even do a great job of getting my car clean. I remember when it was $5.00 just a few years ago. I guess the price of soap and water has substantially increased. Sure.

Terrible terrible service . I ve been here once and this was the worst car wash ever . Very rude staff like they have a pedestal that they stand on , Went to the management and they did nothing about it. Pretty much gas lighting me and telling me that they did nothing wrong when I wasn t helped for almost 15 minutes. I took my mothers car in to get washed and vacuumed. As soon as I got back in I realized the surprise money that I had put away for her was missing. Absolute thieves. I even felt profiled because my English is not that good I heard them call me a wetback . If you like getting robbed and point blank feeling disrespected this is the place for you I am out over $200+ the expensive wash. I can not support this buisness and if you do you support the actions they do to innocent peopleServices: Auto detailing, Vacuuming
