Where do I even begin? I have a 2007 Jaguar XKR, and it's nearly impossible to have anyone service in the area because everyone's "afraid" of the car apparently. Or if they see the name "Jaguar" they want to jack up their prices three times normal amount.Not at Sunshine!!!When I came into sunshine, I was greeted extremely friendly and a positive, get it done attitude. I had my oil changed, spark plug changed, and electrical gremlins fixed. They cleaned my MAF sensors, installed my K&N air filters and LED bulb. They didn't even try to sell me a bunch of new parts unnecessarily. They made my car like new again. Even though they don't usually work on Jaguars and from my understanding it was the first XKR they've had in there, Sunshine made it a point to learn, and they did an amazing job. My car has never run better or been faster. I can't thank the manager and his team enough for the amazing work they have done. They will have my business as long as I'm in North Carolina.

I do not recommend taking your vehicle here to be inspected if you have any kind of lift. Tried to go get an inspection done on my vehicle and was told it wouldn't pass because of the lift on it. The guy was trying to say that since the lift was over 4 inches that he wouldn't pass it for inspection. He blankly told me up front that he would not pass it for inspection before he had even inspected it. The guy was giving out false information because the law on the 4 inch lift was put in place for squatted trucks, which mine is not since it is same height all the way around. Overall the worker was rude and not knowledgeable to know that he was giving out false information. He even went on to bash cops saying they aren't doing there job to crack down on "trucks who have illegal lifts" but it seems he doesn't even know the difference between legal and illegal.

Really nice people working there (as of post the date of post). Did good job in a reasonable amount of time for a decent price. Just wish the wouldn't smoke around the vehicles though.

Quick service. Dealt with a straightforward and professional guy at the desk. Overall nothing at all negative so don't know what all the whiney reviews are about. Almost didn't come here due to the low star rating but glad I did.

Oil change service was fast. As an after thought, I asked if someone could reattach my battery hold down piece that I had not been able to connect. Derek stepped up right away to fix it. Really appreciated his help today!Updating my review 1/5/24CHANGED previous 5 star review to ZEROI have been a customer here for 12 years. Have been bringing all my vehicles here for service.Was treated very rudely by manager VINCE when I brought my vehicle for inspection. Completely unprovoked and unprofessional behavior.Voice raised and hostile attitude.Totally unacceptable.Will not return for service ever again.I always try to support local businesses, but this place has just lost a previously loyal customer.Service: Oil change

Was my go too but after today will find another place to go. Went in for a simple state inspection was told 30-40 min ok no problem. 1 hour later they are still diagnosing the vehicle in front of me not doing state inspection. There are 3 bays here but only one for inspection yet they are willing to hold up inspections while the other two bays are free. They lost two other customers during this time besides myself.

Gotta an oil change, an inspection, and a interior/exterior detail. YES, THEY DO EXCELLENT DETAILING! It took a bit longer than I had anticipated because they were so busy, but my car looks great and everything was fairly priced. Big shout out to Derek for his help and knowledge! If you re looking for an honest business to patronize, look no further. Highly recommended!! Thanks, guys.

I'd been putting off my oil change forever and finally went to get it done. I was dreading having to sit in a lobby for an hour. The whole process from dropoff to getting my vehicle back was 15 minutes tops. Price felt very fair as well. Obviously I got lucky with nobody being in line but these guys were great and quick, definitely recommend.Service: Oil change

I went for inspection and tire rotation. They asked me $30 for rotation. While I was waiting, I saw their billboard shows $20 and their waiting room's prices listing is $25. Furthermore, to my surprises, my wiper blades have to be replaced or the inspection will not be passed. My blades has been worked perfectly in the past three raining days. And then, when my car was done. I was told only two tires were rotated...... How can you trust a business like this?Service: Tires

Worst place to get your car/ truck inspection I went in today to get my truck inspected and had nothing but pure hatred towards me and threats to have police called on me for the simple fact of windows tint. There were three people before me that were complaining to them and also getting threat toward. I will never recommend this place ever again. My self and my daughter (17) were both threatened To be locked up. When I first came in I explained to them that I know my widows were slightly darker and asked if they would be able to still inspect my truck. They said yes but only if I gave them a bribe for them to do it and they still failed me and over charged for the failed inspection. If I could I would give 0 stars but this needs to be seen that they have hatred towards Hispanics

I recently took my car in maintenance oil change and remembered I needed to have it inspected as well. They took very good care of me. They always take great care of our family. While there 2 other ladies came in and they were taken care of as well.

Took over 2 hour for a simple oil change. Left oil in the cab of my truck and after tire pressure check they kept the covers and said I was a liar about having them on. I have a brand new truck that has never been serviced until now. Then the manager said he will call cops if I come back because I complain the wheel time. Then said he would clock out and fight me. I will never return and don't recomend anyone else to go there.

This place is a joke! I took my vehicle in for an inspection last month and they passed my vehicle with black tinted windows for an additional fee. I then this past week took my husband's truck in for an inspection with brown tinted windows and the man said there will be an additional fee and I said okay. Then not ten minutes later the man came and pulled me outside to tell me he failed the truck for tinted windows. I then was told I needed to pay a failed inspection fee and an additional tinted window fee. I was floored, I asked to speak with the manager and I did. I asked why didn't they tell me before failing me that the tint would not pass? He said they cannot do that. This company is out to take the public's money and not care one once about it. My husband is a firefighter and this is how we got treated. No kindness, no professionalism from this company. If your looking to give your money away then go here....this company is nothing but MONEY HUNGRY!!!!!!! We will never go back here and we will also be reporting this company further to the appropriate authorities.

I took my truck here a couple of months ago for an oil change and ever since then I have had engine problems (rough idle and stalling). Took it to the dealership and they couldn t find anything wrong because the rough idling and stalling would randomly happen. My truck only has 80,000 miles. Just incase, I paid for a $300 tuneup and thought it would fix the problem but it did not. Today, I had rough idle and it died with low oil pressure. Checked the oil dipstick and it was way overfilled by 200% ! This condition causes foam to build in the oil and causes poor performance and damage to the engine. I blame Sunshine Quick Lube for my troubles. Do they ever check the dipstick after oil service? I will never trust Sunshine Quick Lube and will never go back there again!

I got my car washed at Sunshine Tire and lube car wash. The car was as dirty as it was before going through. When I went to the office a day later (because the office is closed on Sunday), I was told I could have another car wash for free. To which I responded, so it can be as dirty as it is now? No thank you, I'd like my $14.00 back. They told me they would send a request to the company that owns the car wash and that I might receive a refund.It's only $14.00, but it was my wasted $14.00 and I will not return to Sunshine Tire and Lube for anything else, as this is the second time I've had a grievance with no positive resolution.

The worst customer service I have ever had. I went to get just a simple oil change, and they were all so rude. Without even greeting me, the man asked what year my car was. I told him it was a 2013 and he rolled his eyes, and said it would be $45. While he was telling me this, one of the workers behind him muttered that this type of job would cost more than that. That being said, I told them to forget it and drove off. What kind of service based business can stay afloat treating their customers like that? I'll just go to jiffy lube and get a better price anyway. Don't waste your time on this place.

At the end of March my father passed away. His car came up for inspection and since it was a stick my husband had to drive it to get it inspected. He went to another facility in Lillington to get the car inspected and their internet was down. He was unable to get it inspected there and that company referred him to Sunshine Quick Lube. The person that helped my husband was extremely rude and talked harshly to my husband. He failed my dad's car because of the window tint which we knew nothing about. Now the car is flagged and not only do we have to pay to get it taken care of we had to deal with someone who was very unprofessional. My husband is a polite man and works in the community. He didn't deserve to be spoken to this way. He was even accused of trying to hide the windows which we knew nothing about. The vehicle is not ours and was done for a favor for my mom. I will never use this company or recommend it to others. How can a company treat people this way?

This place should be shut down. Failed my car for "tinting problem". My vehicle was purchased in the state from a dealer, was not altered in any way and has passed five previous inspections ( 5 years). So suddenly, it is illegal. These people are criminals trying to make money on state inspections. Somebody should report them and maybe it will be me.

took my 09 cobalt here for inspection August 8th they failed because they say my emergency brake had to be pulled more than 75% to hold correctly i went home drove to work the next day stopped in for re inspection thay passed my car this time and i did absolutely nothing to it ....i guess it fixed itself overnight ??? never going here again i can wait to see them explain their way out of this im sure they will but they lie. save yourself the time and money don't go here .

Normally they have been great. The last two times I called them they said they were too busy. So I went down on my lunch hour ( 30 min lunch) to see what they had in the afternoon. They had one car in the stall and told me they were just too busy. I left my number and name for them to call me back when they had time - Never heard back. Maybe new manager? Not sure - but may re think going back.

I have went to this place a few times to get an inspection done on my vehicles. Every time I go or my wife goes there is always and issue with the car. This place always tries to find a way to shake you down to get you to buy their bulbs, blades, etc etc. My wife had factory tint on her car and they tried to charge her $10 more for the inspection. REALLY! It is obvious this place does little to no money at all so they can use it as a tax right off or something every year. The staff is not the friendliest of people to do business with. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place. This is my last time.

Wife took truck to get inspected past except for window tint. Guy said it wouldnt pass.Took it to wombles ,the guy their checked it 4 times passed everytime.... guy failed it because it said 27 percent on tint master sticker probably never checked it. This place charged her 22 dollars ..Wombles 13 dollars Really

Over-torqued the oil filter and I spent hours and busted knuckles to get it off. You need to talk to the person that is actually doing the work to make sure that it wont be over tightened. Photos to prove. Otherwise nice folks.

I have been getting service here for about 8 years and it has been great but today the service was great but the price was too high for a oil change and a cabin air filter 11/2019 the oil change 44.69 but today it cost me 82.00 so just go for inspection only

I took two different cars in for state safety inspections. They were courteous and efficient with me. I will be back!
