We are 100% satisfied with the help Darrin gave us last week. Buying our certified preowned Jeep was quick and easy. Our concerns were heard, addressed and made right. Darrin went above and beyond and even located an owner s manual for me. Darrin explained and demonstrated all the features on the Jeep. We will definitely call him if we are in need of another vehicle.

Booked an appointment to see a truck I was interested in. Unfortunately my first pick was sold and I looked at my second option. Wasn't too thrilled with it and I asked about another, which ended up being sold as well. Trucks are hot to sell right now. Kahlil picked out one that was available and I browsed through and picked out a second one for him to pull him. I did not go in there fully expecting to go home with a new vehicle but sure enough did. Kahlil was patient and super helpful and I am extremely happy to get a truck I've been wanting that fits my needs and wishes.

Easily the superior dealership of choice to service your vehicle in and our of warranty. I made the hour drive to John Hiester of Lillingon after being frustrated with the lack of quality, attention to detail, and overall business practices of the three Dodge dealerships closer to my home when it comes to servicing my Durango. I came in and spoke with Taylor and realized that I had actually made my service appointment at their sister dealership. However, after speaking to her and Julian about my vehicle service needs and my displeasure with previous dealerships they worked me into their schedule within minutes. I waited on my vehicle in a very clean and well laid out waiting area. While waiting Julian kept me advised of the status of my vehicle, which put me more at ease that my vehicle was being taken care of. On a quick trip to the restroom and I was able to see my vehicle up on the lift having the requested services performed. At the end of servicing my vehicle Julian gave me a final update and provided recommendations for my other concerns and future service needs. During checkout the service advisor David gave me a thorough explanation of charges for the services performed which for having my transfer case and differential serviced along with an oil change were very reasonable. Without question I will return to John Heister of Lillington for all of my future service needs. Based on the quality of service I received from the service department, John Heister of Lillington will be my first stop to conduct business when I trade in my RAM 2500 in a few weeks. If you are in need of quality service done right the first time for your vehicle without question John Hiester of Lillington is where you need to be.

The folks at John Hiester were great to deal with. I purchased a 2023 Rubicon that wasn't readily available at their dealership. They obtained the unit and had it ready for a test drive within a day of me calling. Their vehicle price was great and they were fair on the trade in allowance. Did a great job prepping the Jeep for delivery and their finance folks are outstanding to deal with. Would highly recommend giving them a shot if your in the market for a vehicle.

This was my first service experience at John Hiester CJD, so this review is based on that. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Initially, I wanted someone to explain any available service options(packages, and/or deals), because many service providers offer different levels of service for different prices. I was told by the gentleman at the service desk that many options were no longer available, but I still wanted any available information so that I could make an informed decision prior to any service being done. On the positive side, there was an inspection of my vehicle and they informed me of what issues needed to be addressed. I was unsatisfied with the level of communication for the following reason-After waiting about a hour and a half with no response, I went to check on the status of my vehicle, at which point I noticed it was parked in an area which indicated that the services had been completed. After asking for a status update I was then made aware of the issues with my vehicle and presented with solutions(as well as the service options I requested upon arrival). I would have liked the information earlier in the process, instead of on the back end. As I stated before, I would have preferred there to be a better level of communication. Even though the total time spent there was a hour longer than expected, I believe they did a thorough job, so it was not an experience that would prevent me from choosing them as my preferred service provider. I hope this review is taken as positive feedback rather than a complaint. I plan to continue doing business with them and I look forward to many positive experiences with them in the future.

Brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in for service for a front-end shimmy at speeds above 50 mph. There were so many possibilities for what the problem could be. ( I honestly thought that I was possibly facing a major expense.) I dropped my vehicle off around noon on Tuesday. I received a call a few hours later advising me that the technician believed the problem to be a need for a tire rotation and balancing. The service advisor quoted me a very reasonable price and told me it would be ready the next day. The next day, I received a call that my vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up and it runs like a top! No more shimmy and I did not have to mortage my home for the repairs! Great job and great service!

WOW, what a great experience. I picked a vehicle from the impressive inventory and when I went to inspect it. The vehicle was as described and pictured on-line. The Grand Cherokee was priced right and had all the options I was looking to have to keep my wife safe and secure. The purchase process was efficient and painless from paperwork to warranties to payment process to actual delivery. I highly recommend John Hiester for your automotive needs and I will definitely return for service.

After buying 3 Tundras in 2 years from Rick Hendrix in Fayetteville NC and having a bad experience on a warranty repair they way they handle it and treated my wife we will NEVER buy from them again.At John Hiester Dodge in Lillington has been the best buying experience in many years. They are up front like we were. They don t push warranties like others and help out as much as they could with the upside down that we were on our 2023 Tundra. The 2024 Ram is a much better ride. We recommend this dealer. We will do future vehicle purchases from them.

Great customer service here. I contacted John about a truck and he was quick to give information and even brought the truck out to me which was almost a 2 hour drive. Signed a few paper as they had most of it he paperwork done before hand and the truck was mine. Good people

I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee 1 year ago. I have had issues with my radio since I bought it. We have taken it back 4 times now to have it replaced. We were told it was ordered several times and each time we go in we are told it wasn t and they need to order a new one but the STAR system they have to use is always down. We live over an hour away and all this time wasted and still no radio has even been ordered. We have to take off of work to do this as well as it can only be done during the week.Also during these trips the service department has been the only place to even touch my Jeep. The last time I took it in I was told my lug nut key was missing. This means when they rotated my tires they never put it back. They said they would order a new set but here I am waiting and praying I don t get a flat tire.I had a great experience with the sales department when I bought the Jeep however I ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend the service department.

Tom Barker met me at the door and greeted me and my family with a smile and was very professional. Even though it was a very busy day he took the time necessary to make sure I felt like I was the only one he was dealing with and even though he was busy he took the time to show me how features worked on my vehicle before I left. He even set up my navigation system to get me home as I live 2 hours away. I appreciate people who know the product they are selling and you could tell he had plenty of experience and knowledge about my Jeep. Anyone who works with Tom will appreciate how he expedited the process to minimize the time at the dealership. I would rate my experience an 11 from a scale of 1-10.

Did not have an appointment, but they were able to work me in. All of the staff I worked with were friendly and helpful. I only wish they had been a little more proactive with giving me updates, even if it was just to let me know when they thought they could get to my vehicle or status of even diagnosis. I had to initiate contact most of the time. I would have given 5 stars if the communication had been a little better.

Unknowingly went in about 40 minutes before closing to inquire about a new Jeep Wagoner listed on their website. My wife and I were greeted promptly and our questions answered immediately. The vehicle was moved in order for us to better inspect it and after making the decision to purchase, the staff worked diligently even though it was well after closing time to make the deal happen. First time doing business here but will definitely won t be the last. Thank you!

I made contact with them on a Tuesday around noon, I was able to get a same day appointment due to someone else cancellation, I was already prepared to drop off my vehicle for the night. The next morning around 10 am I received a call saying that my vehicle was ready. Before any work was complete I did receive a courtesy call, letting me know if it was out of pocket money or under warranty. Over the phone and when I came to pick up the vehicle I was talked to and told what the issue was.The Team Here was overall helpful and exceed far beyond customer service

Our experience was wonderful from the moment we got there! Robert was so sweet and answered all of our questions about multiple vehicles. After we made our choice, Robert continued to communicate with us the next day all through the rest of our purchasing process. He was great with our kids and they loved him too. Finance department answered all of our questions and was overall an easy process. Will was also wonderful in helping us learn the new features in the vehicle and set things up. 5-star experience!
