We got our super awesome, insanely fast, best car ever wildtrak 2022 Bronco from here.Charles has always gone above and beyond to help me with situations that have come up. Once he helped me with my window being stuck. Another day he helped me put my soft top back together again. Always with a smile.

My husband and I just purchased the 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend from this dealer. Our salesperson, Marcus Bell, worked patiently and diligently to assist us with finding the Bronco with our specifics. He answered all our questions and responded quickly after doing some research. After about three days, Marcus called to let us know he found our Bronco in Virginia. We were impress that he did that much searching to find what we wanted and a few extras. If we have friends looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, we will definitely refer them to Lillington and Marcus Bell.

My experience with Reid Carswell was awesome! He was able to give me the details about my car. He also answered all my questions. He never high pressured me to purchase and he was friendly to do business with. He took the stress out of car shopping which I really appreciated. My overall experience at Lillington was great. I had the pleasure of working with Josh & Steve at Ford of Lillington, It was truly the best car buying experience I have had. I traded in my 2021 Bronco & they got me in a beautiful blue 2023 Bronco & worked everything out to fit my needs. They were patient & understanding. Not pushy or guilt tripping like the previous experience I had at another dealership or having crazy expectations with way over priced vehicles. Everything was fair & transparent. I will def recommend this dealership to family & friends in the market for a vehicle. Thank you everyone at Lillington Ford!

Great buying experience! The sales person (Parker) was very helpful, informative and friendly. We didn't feel pressured into making a purchase at all. They were able to get us financed into the perfect vehicle for our family, the 2019 Ford Edge Titanium.This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Capital Ford in Lillington, but I don't think it will be our last.Happy Customer

My experience with Lillington Ford was outstanding! Jennifer Fair was amiable and professional and she put me at ease with the process of purchasing a Vehicle. Cameron the finance manager was so helpful in the process of ensuring my personal goals for finance were met and that I was educated and informed about the process. Also, Charles in the service department was so helpful and went out of his way to help me with questions and concerns about another vehicle I own and I appreciated this a lot. My entire experience was above and beyond and I am grateful to you all at Lillington Ford! Thank you!

First and more than likely last time buying from them. I was lied to from finance guy. And from the sales side. Always check your paperwork before signing. And make sure you get agreements in writing. Cause they don t honor word of mouth. This stealership is exactly why I ve never been able to buy my vehicles local. I ve always had to go to Raleigh or Cary.

Personally I would like to thank everyone over at Capital Ford for assisting me, especially John and Cameron. John was an awesome salesman! He was patient with me, eager to help, and had a great personality. Cameron was able to help me find the best rates. I appreciate you guys for making this so easy for me. I was in and out in no time. This is the WORST dealership for customer service. The only reason for 2 stars is the service manager. After they sell you a car, they avoid all calls, messages unless you go there in person. I gave them a pass the first car because the girl was new. Well she is gone and this time they are worse. Its like the building is on fire because nobody answers the phone. Disgusting. Buy anywhere but there.---Update; there was remedy on the issues that prompted this post. However, because of this review, I believe they now recognize there are shortcomings. My hope is that, all that come after us, (my 92 year old mom and me), will get great customer service that most rural businesses have the reputation of providing. In this day and age, that would be a gem to find. We hope its here. As we learn better we do better.We will return for services on this vehicle.

Recently purchased a vehicle from here for the first time. Don't go here. They lied to me about my trade vehicles accident history and don't offer you anywhere near KBB or Edmund appraised values. They don't even match a cash trade offer from carfax. Avoid this dealership. John Heister next to them offers fair trade in values and doesn't lie to you.

Fantastic service! They were able to get me a truck from another dealership and for a great price. They even gave me more than I expected for a trade-in too. Their salesman, Matthew, found the perfect vehicle for me and made sure I was well taken care of.

Shout out to the awesome crew at Capital Ford in Lillington who made this mama's car purchase so enjoyable! I inquired online about a specific vehicle and within minutes someone on the floor at the dealership reached out to me. I was able to receive photos, schedule a test drive and even get an offer on my car via text while I was at work. When I arrived for my test drive, the car was pulled up front waiting for me! My kids and I were greeted by Philip who instantly made us feel at home. He even let my kids take over his desk to work on their homework while we discussed details of the car. He was super knowledgeable and did not let any of my questions go unanswered! Philip went over and beyond throughout the entire process making sure we were comfortable and encouraging me to take my time. Riz started my trade in process and began working on my package until he had to leave to attend an event for his son (congrats on Beta Club). Chris took over putting my package together and did not cease until we both reached an agreement. He is first-class and as professional as they come! I met John and Brennon as we were finishing up my paperwork. These guys did not mind staying after closing to finish my paper work, get my car detailed, transfer all my items from my old car to new car and even put my new keys/keychain on my keyring! We arrived at 5pm and were pulling out to head home in our new car a little before 8pm.Pretty good for a mama flying solo with her two kids after a long day of work. Go see these guys at Capital Ford to make your car buying experience as pleasurable as mine!

I had a wonderful experience at Capital Ford of Lillington! I called in regarding a Ford Flex, I came in and the vehicle was parked in the front and ready to view. Bought a new Escape here yesterday from John. The staff was really friendly and they were helpful in getting the deal done and getting us out the door. Also worked with Chris in finances to get to where we wanted to be in terms of price. It's a small dealership but they have lots of cars (mostly trucks) on the lot and take you on a good test drive that puts you on both back roads and highways. John's knowledgeable about the cars, down to all the details and was great to work with.

We were interested in a used vehicle that was listed online. We arrived to test drive the vehicle and when it was time to discuss price, the price they gave us was $12,000 more. When confronted with the discrepancy, the manager attempted to explain the TYPO . By the time we left the dealership, they had removed and changed the price online! We have screenshots of this poorly executed advertisement ploy that was advertised on all the car consumer sites as well as their own! It is already difficult to trust and this does not make it easier. Makes absolute sense why this vehicle physically did not have a price on it either. Be weary.

Came not thinking we d come out with a truck but with Brennon helping us out it literally took us only 3-4 hours and we came out with the truck we wanted and the price! If you need anything please find this man and let him use his magic! Forever grateful for this experience

Sold me an over-priced Used Vehicle with ongoing leak issues and worn Brakes. Sales rep was good and willing to work with with me. Finance added a detailing kit for several hundred and said it was manditory, would not recommend.

If you re looking for your dream car! This is the best to go! I drove 2 hours from Wilmington. Just to purchase this vehicle. The staff could not be anymore helpful! It s hard to find a good dealership . That will work with your actual budget and not put you in something you can t afford.Whether you re looking for new or used Lillington Ford is the place to go!Ask for Desiree!

My 2018 car broke down due to a recalled part that caused my engine to fail. I had it towed to Capital Ford in Lillington. My nephew was driving it at the time. They were pressuring him to trade it in on a new one. The next day I went in to see what we could do about the situation. Again I felt pressured to get a new car. I could either wait for a "fix" for the recalled part which could take up to a year, or buy a car. The "fix" may not have been covered by the recall and I needed a car asap. My 2018 car was paid for the day my husband and I bought it I had no payment on it at all. Now I have a huge payment and am not happy with the way I was treated by both Capital Ford of Lillington and the Ford company in general. I'm faith in the company and this dealership is at rock bottom.

It was a disappointing experience overall. Our paperwork was overlooked and thus our plates expired. In this same time frame, no calls or customer service. When calls were made, they were ignored or dodged. Eventually the matter was taken care of, again with no follow up and no means of truly making the car buying experience with them satisfactory. Not pleased with certain personnel involved. PS make sure your car is fueled BEFORE you buy.
