They may do good work, I don't know. I'm not a mechanic. However, I can tell you this is a poorly ran company. From the top down. I recommend just about anyone else.I was told the tires I ordered qualified for a $150 rebate. Heck yes! When I get home I enter them into their online system and they only qualify for $50. Well that stinks. Next I am told I need to email them my invoice. Now I qualify for nothing. Crazy. Turns out they did not have all the tires I needed. So they installed a different brand that did not qualify. How is that allowed?I listened to customer complain and complain the whole time I was there. Then I listened to the staff mock them as they left. I even laughed a little. Now I'm the one getting laughed at. The irony.Don't let this business service your vehicle.

Not a good rating for this place. Precision is under new management and not wanting to honor past lifetime free oil changes promised with your purchase of a vehicle from precision. If you don't want to honor past commitments, then maybe you should change the name from precision. You have lost 3 consistent loyal customers of at least 3 years due to this change in policy, congratulations!

Went in for a car inspection. Car did not pass due to a dead headlight (Oddly, it worked the night before). Figured I would leave and do it myself. Before pulling out, I realized I did not receive my registration back from the lady at the counter nor the service man who serviced my car. Went back in and the lady says the service man put in on my seat. My wife and I did not see it and we checked everywhere! The service man then comes out to look and has no clue either. I ask him "did you put it in my car?" he says "No I didn't ever get it if I remember correctly." It comes down to the lady having to call a manager to come look for it; she did not bother to look around her area once while all this was happening. The manager then comes and has a look throughout the shop and even my vehicle again. No clue. The manager finally goes over to the ladies side of the desk and searches. He finds my registration on the ground under the desk. The lady never looked for it nor apologized. It was her fault and I have no clue as to why she said the service man said he put on my seat in the car. Stay far, far, far, far, far away from this place! I was lucky as my registration turned up. The lady there is rude and I have no idea as to why they have someone like that working there. The worst customer service ever! She made it out as we were lying and we had our registration. It is because of her that they have lost this customer!!! I lost time from work doing this to no avail.

Terrible experience.The front desk was rude.Went in for an oil change and was told they need to give me full service and a filter.I said no but they did the extra work anyway.Charged $80 when I get it done at Honda for $40.The wait was 1 and a half hours.When I told the service lady the cost of a normal oil change she said to use someone else.So I will ... never going there again.

Always provide speedy service with a smile and have never had any issues after any maintenance they have done to my vehicle. The works is by far the best deal around. Synthetic blend oil will keep your vehicle running strong. Just hit 300 k on my vehicle and she is still running strong. You won't regret a visit to this facility.

Had a great visit at Quick Lane and it started with Tabitha the service advisor who greeted me with a welcoming smile and knows how important good customer service is. It's walk in only and she was able to get my truck back in the bay within minutes of my arrival and kept me updated on the status. She was very knowledgeable and I will be back!!

Quick Lane is my go-to for car repair stuff! Being far from home and a 25 year old female, I get weary that I'll be scammed into paying for things I don't need, however, the people here are always SO helpful, kind and patient. I've had nothing but incredible experiences here- they go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. I truly have been so pleasantly surprised by each and every encounter I've had here & I recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely nothing quick about this place. Should not take 1 hour 30 min to balance tires. My truck was up on the lift for over 1 hour to do a simple balance and rotation. With only 1 other customer here their service should not be this slow. I do not recommend going here. Go to Jiffy lube or Wambles if you want better service.

Usually pretty good. Payed for inspection did didn t receive it causing late fees on my end. Have sent for oil change and tire wasn t at proper psi( which is part of 15 point inspection)Always take a realllly long time even when I drop car off In The morning. Toom car in for a full detail job and I took it home and did a better job myself

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my VW Rabbit when I told the lady I wanted synthetic blend they put full synthetic oil in it, and when I got the total I said no that s not right. I said synthetic blend and she told me it what they recommend I told her I have literally got synthetic blend in this car every single time I have been here. Then they come up and say that my oil pan and transmission pan is leaking so I get price quotes, another gut says something different. So to be quite honest they do not know what they are talking about and they lost a 4 year customer, simply because they did not listen to me. I might be a female but I am not stupid. So you all picked the wrong person to pull one over on.

I purchased a car from Precision Ford about 4 years ago and was promised free oil changes and tire rotation for as long as I had the car. Apparently they are under new ownership and no longer offer that, so what I thought was going to be a free service ended up being a $52 trip out of the way. The new owner needs to send out some kind of information to customers to let them know things like that. I will not be returning. Also I was not told any of this until AFTER my car had been worked on and pulled around front.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! I have never been talked to the way I was today. I went in at 4:50 and ask for an oil change. I was snapped at and told "Not today, my guys go home in less than an hour and i have 2 in front of you. Not today!" There was no one in the waiting room and only 2 cars in the bay. There was still 1 hour and 10 mins. Before closing time. I went to Dunn, oil was changed and i was out in 45 mins. We were also sold vehicles from Precision Ford with lifetime oil changes, and now Precision Ford refuses to honor it. We have purchased 5 vehicles from Precision and never will again.

My husband suggested I come here and the service was awesome. Staff is great and they really gave me more than just an oil change as far as making sure my car is safe to drive. I officially have a new place to take care of all my car needs.

Been to this location twice now and have been pleased both times. Best price for an oil change for my f150 i have found and had to buy a battery just today. Called around and they were the cheapest battery i could find and only charged ten bucks to replace it. Another dealer in fayetteville was going to chare 170 bucks to install one on top of the cost of the battery. Both times service has been good and quick.

I ve been there multiple times. The last few times I have had to wait over 2 hours and watch many people walk out. They walk up to the desk and are not helped because they are doing other things or no one is at the desk for long periods of time. This last time one of the ladies was rude and the other sat on her phone most of the time instead of working. The mechanic handed her my keys 10 minutes before she got off her phone to cash me out.I m switching 2 stars to 1 star. After calling me to get me checked out the ladies at the front desk were making fun of and mocking Potential customers that were calling in. I was hoping the other reviews were wrong about this .But, unfortunately I witnessed it for myself. I d rather pay more and go somewhere else from now on.

Precision Ford Quick Lane is legit! Their customer service is excellent and they do NOT try to screw their customers over! Talked to the service manager before I left to tell him thanks and to give his team kudos! They had me in and out in an hour and they were busy. I have had horrible experience with another local Ford place and Precision is 100x s better. Yosi was very friendly and took care of my truck! Thanks for all that you do and I ll be sure to recommend my friends/co-workers to this place of business.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! The old front desk man is very rude!! I went up there twice, at least 2 hours before they closed and each time he said honey we can t help you right now he said that their were two people ahead of me and a few already getting worked on and that he can t help me. The first time he wouldn t even tell me how many people were in front of me. I feel if I choose to wait then that is my choice not his!!! And hes probably only saying it because he wants to go home. I called another place to ask what time do they stop giving oil changes and they said they close at 6 so we take people all the way up until 5:59pm. EXACTLY!!! Im actually sitting outside writing this review as he checks people in for their oil change!!!!!!!!!!!! A waste of time. Bad experience. Very disrespectful. I will be calling coorperate!!!!

Went in today and asked for a synthetic oil change, which had already been quoted to us for just under $50. When it was time to pay they charged $70. After some discussion they said that this was a "full" synthetic and not a "blended" synthetic, hence the price difference. That the "full" synthetic would last 7500 miles vs the 5000 miles offered by the "blended" synthetic. Get in the car to drive away and the mechanic has a sticker marked for the next oil change due in 5000 miles. Place is a scam. Do not recommend.

DO NOT go here. My young Son went here for an oil change. He walked out $350 later and paying for issues that were fabricated. He was told his radiator was completely out of coolant. It was a 95 degree day in North Carolina. When he pulled in his car was a normal temperature and no lights on...you do the math. The hose they insisted he needed for the radiator was replaced with a fuel hose.He was also told his rim was cracked, and it was. However, he asked them to put it back on, because we live more than 50 miles away and the spare donut wasn't an option. We have a spare full size tire at home. Their torque settings on the impact wrench was too high resulting in them putting the lug nuts back on so tight that we broke a tire iron.We're on vacation and unfortunately our son was on his way down when he decided to stop here for an oil change on his way to meet us for our family vacation. He needed an oil change and thought he could trust them because of their ties with Ford. He is home now getting a one of our other cars, because of the useless upsale approach and shotty work and business practices. He just needed an oil change but he got so much more and a lesson in how crooked mechanic shops operate.We're having the car towed to our trusted mechanic at home to make sure we repair the damage they created.

I stopped in today because I had an issue with what I though was just my battery, but after buying and replacing my battery, I realized that my old battery had leaked and corroded the terminal on my battery cable to basically nothing. They didn t have the part to fix it, but located a dealership that did for me. I couldn t get to the dealership that had the part because I was working and traveling to see patients In the Lillington/Fayetteville area. I was in a very difficult situation and was about 45 minutes from home. John, that was working at the desk when I came in, gave me instructions of what I need to try to find at a local auto parts store and when I was able to find a universal terminal to change out the damaged terminal, they changed it out for me. John, Tyler, & the other service technician, that I didn t catch the name of, were truly my heroes today! They were able to change out the corroded piece so I was able to get back on the road and seeing my patients without losing too much time. Thanks a million!! These guys are proof that there is still good in the world!

i wouldn't give this place a star. i bought my vehicle at Precision Ford and was promised free oil change for as long as u own the vehicle. i also bought a package that i get free tire rotation and a free car wash. well apparently it is no longer valid beacause they have new owners. But to make matters worse every time i have went there they have not put enough oil in my vehicle. I even had one mechanic to try and tell me that the oil stick wasnt the right one for my vehicle. So i find someone with a vehicle like mine and compared well it was the right oil stick so everytime i went i TOLD them to please make sure the oil is full but everytime my vehicle was pulled to front and ready i check the oil myself well guess what it is always a quart low the response i always get is i put what the computer called for well ok do you not check the oil yourself so they have to pull it back in shop to add oil. i WILL NOT GO BACK!!! But maybe just maybe i need to call 5 on your side or the better business bureau involved because they are getting over on alot people that was promised free oil change but today i need brakes my car is leaking oil and as long as i let them do all my servuce and maintance i can get discounted services Yeah right!!!

Worst place I have ever been to, if I could rate zero i would. I brought my fianc� s car there to get an alternator replaced, they assured me it wasn t the alternator, there computer showed the alternator working perfectly so they replaced the battery.My fianc� drives 10min down the street only for her car to cut off so I bought it back and they said it was in fact the alternator and they made a mistake. so we paid for a battery we didn t need and then was charged over $600 to replace the alternator.RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES.

This place is a joke. More people standing around and texting on phones than working and when they don't know how to fix something they give u some stupid ass information on why . I waited two hours for my car and he comes to tell me it can't be done without major work and I went back there and showed him in 2 minutes how to do it. Then he wanted to take me on a test drive and drove 80mph. Then charged me 95.00 for something he said he couldn't do.

The customer service was very pleasant! I had to bring my 2 year old daughter in and luckily there is a toy area that she could play in. I had no problems, everything was professional and timely.

Rude!!!! I made an appointment and they still expected me to wait an hour and a half just to get the car back there. When I asked what was the point of making the appointment then, the guy literally rolled his eyes at me, looked at the man beside him and said "Go ahead and put her in front of everyone else".... But guess what, I STILL had to wait 40 minutes! So I LEFT!

How/why are some places in business? Arrived for a works oil change at 12:19. Told it was a 30 min. wait. Car moved at 1:49, when I took the keys back and drove away. Not going to happen again....ever.

Asked for quote of exactly how much it would cost for oil..oil filter and fuel filter change for my truck...the girl checked and said it would be around 133 dollars....but when I went to pay it was over 180....wouldn't have had it done there if she had quoted me the 180 +

I LOVE THE QUICK LANE OF LILLINGTON! MY WIFE & I GET ALL OF OUR NEEDED VEHICLE MAINTENANCE DONE THERE. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE IN A JIFFY. FROM TIRE ROTATIONS TO OIL CHANGES. THEY GET THE JOB DONE AND ARE EXPERTS AT WHAT THEY DO.! I RECOMMEND GETTING WORK DONE AT THIS QUICK LANE!!!!! THEY ARE SO GREAT IT MAKES ME SAY, "GEEEEE WIIIIIIIIZZZZZZZZZZ"
