I had the best experience with the people at this AutoZone store on Friday. Everyone made my day. I needed a battery, but they still wanted to check to be sure I really needed it. That was above and beyond, in my opinion. Then Dwight happily put in a new battery for me. Mine was a pain to get out, but he never complained. He was just happy and sweet and so helpful. I always feel overwhelmed in places like this, but I felt like family there. I was treated very well, and I highly recommend this store and especially the staff.

Bought windshield wipers and washer fluid . Came in and talked to Tory and he was right with me helping me with all I needed. Even held up my car hood as I serviced the washer fluid . Thanks Tory !

Bought a brand new power steering pump puller. Was sent a rental tool for new puller. Grease all over box inside and out. Charged full price for a new one. Would not do anything about it. Absolute crooks. Will not shop there again.

I get all my needed parts and fluids here. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Today - new battery for grandson's car. They would have installed it for me but the car was back in the garage.

Me and one of my buddies went in to get a new battery and alternator for his car and Kameron was freaking awesome!!! He answered all of our questions and when the old battery wouldn't come out he refused to give up. When he put the new battery in he was telling my buddy, who doesn't know a lot about cars, some great advice in case he ever needed to replace it himself. Really awesome guy that had the best customer service I've seen from any other auto parts store in the area 10/10

Visited the store on Sunday April 2 2023 to buy one qt of oil and 2 cans of brake clean. When I got to the register I was told they didn't have charge for a $20 bill. The managers name was Cameron that told me this. I'm almost 50 and never been told before I couldn't buy something in a store because they didn't have change for a 20.

Ted Wood went above and beyond to help my friend with her car today. He took the time to trouble shoot, clean, replace the battery as well as identified issues with the alternator. I would definitely recommend Ted and this autozone to anyone needing services!

Came in to have my alternator tested for the first time (as advertised).... the store was empty except for 2 people in front of me.. 4 employees behind counter each of them looked at the other, shrugged their shoulders and said " I don't know how to connect that thing"...only Jason knew how to check it, so I had to wait for him to finish. That's one out of 4 that were trained..... the other 3 employees disappeared....I was in 2 other times just 2 days prior and noticed Jason trying to pick up the other employees slack...seems nobody wants to put any effort in learning anything to better themselves.... store in Lillington NC.Nobody's fault just useless lazy people today.

Had to get a battery ours died while out Sunday cruising on the Corvette. Guy came out put it in very quickly. Had us on our way.
