The owners were great! The work was done professionally and accurately. The guys were courteous and explained everything in detail! The woman behind the counter, not so much!!! My fianc� and I have both had work done there and will continue to do so in the future! I will recommend them to everyone I know! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! Could not be any happier with the outcome!

It s 12:30 on a Friday afternoon on our way to the beach for our Anniversary. We are passing through Lillington NC, when my car started making the most God awful noise. Sounded like metal on metal coming from my front tire. We knew we couldn t make it back home and we certainly couldn t have made it to the beach. We start googling auto shops and this one was the closest to us. We call them, praying they would be able to at least look at it and tell us what was going on. We called them, told them the noise my car was making and they told us to bring it on over and they would look at it for us. Once we got there Josh told us he would finish up with the people in the waiting room and then get started on ours. Three hours later We were on the road to the beach. Car fixed and good as new! Excellent customer service from Josh, Natasha, and all of the guys there. Thank you SO much for saving our weekend! I feel like had we gone anywhere else, we wouldn t have gotten our car fixed. See these good folks down at 421. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

I recommend this location to anyone looking for an honest reliable mechanic. One that will be fair. Gives you a fair price. One that would not try to over-price their services.For example I was looking at a set of tires on my car. The owner quoted me for 50,000 mile warranty plus additional warranty. The quote that he gave me was around $300 less than other locations. He recommended tires that were good quality. Where I was not just paying for a name.Everyone at this location is very friendly. Extremely helpful. It was pleasant going to this location as a female. I just can't say enough good things about this location the owner is a wonderful person! I do recommend for anyone looking for services done to their vehicle to definitely try this location.

Local NC friends. If you are looking for an honest mechanic that won t rake you over the coals, please look up 421 in Lillington. They are a family owned business who are just genuine people looking to help others Yesterday, after bringing Steven to the airport driving on the dark roads of Lillington at 5:30am, my SUV was doing all kinds of funky things. I called them first thing when they opened, they took my car in, called me and told me what was wrong and worked on it, and was even less than what they estimated. Please look up Josh and Connor at 421, you won t be disappointed They are some awesome guys.

I take notice of little things when I go into a business for the first time & cleanliness along with customer relations is important.Before I walked in, I noticed how clean the bays were. How clean the outside was. How clean the office/front area was.After explaining my issue with the car, service was rendered quickly than stated & properly along with advice on a certain that may occur in the future along with answers for questions I had about issues that I would like done later.Thank You Parker for giving me Professional Help along with courteous advice and a little laughter with your staff while I was there.I will be bringing my lady s 2015 Challenger back again for your services.

Very cool guys!! They were able to get two of my vehicles in and out quickly. I had a issue with my 2019 Chevy. They diagnosed it and found the part and told me they would do everything they could to help keep the cost down. They did great work putting it back together and getting back to me. Quality Customer Service is hard to find but I have found it with this business. I highly recommend this business to anyone!! Thank you guys !!

They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have been there twice, and BOTH times they handled everything from start to finish, without a problem. They did a great job in a timely manner. Oh and Best affordability around! Strongly recommended!! 10/10

I stopped at Complete Auto Care to ask if he could help with a muffler issue. Parker came to take a look he was not able to fix it but noticed my wiring was hanging in the path of heat causing them to start melting! He was kind enough to tie them up out of the way and referred me to another place to help. Thank you Parker for being so kind and helpful! I definitely will come back!

These people do not deserve one star. I believe they wanted me to be injured. I see now why they gave me the road side assistance pamphlet. I clearly stated that my car was having acceleration issues especially when the AC is on. They said oh it's your breaks, rotors, and bearings. So, they were paid $1,000 cash. Since I paid in cash they so called discounted $100. Now, I'm trying to figure out why my vehicle has a burning smell from the breaks/tires. The breaks sound horrible. Even pedestrians look around like what is wrong. My check engine light was never an issue. Now, that is on as bright as day. These people just want to hustle you out of your money with a smile. Black American women stay far away from this place. They will have you sitting on the side of the highway in the middle of the night. They are pure garbage. You have been warned. If I can upload my receipt I will. They tried charging me for 2 tires. I told them I didn't want them.I had just had the tires rotated up the street. These people tried to say I had a nail in the tire. So, I guess that is how they repay me. I hope they burn in hell for what they do to people's vehicles and hard earned money. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! All they will do is sit back, read this review and laugh. They can now see the trash work they got paid for. High prices and no results. They polish things to make them look new to the unknowing eye. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They need to be shut down. These positive reviews are from their friends and family members. Again, Black American women do not trust these people with your vehicles. I am speaking from experience.

This is my second time having a service done by them I came in thinking I only needed my brake pads serviced but after further inspection they found I needed calipers and rotors they explained to me why I needed them replaced and the pricing very thoroughly and didn t do anything without my approval first. Best dead gum mechanics in a 1000 mile radius. These boys are straight shooters with no BS. Great work and best prices you'll find anywhere. Supporting this business supports hard working small businesses and America. If that ain't good enough for you then you must be a commie and that's no good. GOD, COUNTRY AND FAST CARS.

Thankful to have found a garage like 421 as they are always providing a great experience and the best customer service. Parker is always fantastic and goes above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of and takes the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Lillington area.

Parker and Josh are super professional and very welcoming. I came in with an absolute beater car needing motor mounts, brakes and a laundry list of items. They were not phased and fixed my car up just right. Very good prices too. Highly recommend!!

As a college student who doesn't know much about cars mechanically, I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of 421. They were able to get my car in the shop quickly, they diagnosed the problem and explained what was going on with my car. They were able to fix it on the spot for a reasonable price. This is my place of choice! Ladies if you want your car taken care of without feeling like you are being taken advantage of, this is the place to go. Always polite & courteous... and they explain the problem so a three year old can understand. Awesome customer service!

Excellent service. Took car in for pre purchase inspection. Found significant problems that saved me a lot of money and headache. Provided with clear report with photos of the problems which I then showed to the dealer. Thank y'all very much!

Someone ran into my motorcycle in front of this garage and these guys were extremely helpful as far as offering video for insurance purposes of the wreck. I would highly recommend them for anything based on how helpful they were to me.

On a return trip home to Wisconsin our Ford Explorer experienced a engine coolant leak. Fortunately for us it happened only 2 miles from 421 Complete Auto Care. Not only was everyone very friendly but they were able to start it right away! Diagnosed, repaired and back on the road in less than 2 hrs. What could have been disaster for us was only a minor inconvenience. Thank you 421!

They didn't put slotted rotors on, like I asked, but then they discounted their service considerably. Great, honest people at this garage and ways helpful with their advice and recommendations
