We hit a deer and they charged me 75$ to diagnose damages. They wanted to do over 2500$ worth of work and change out radiator, hybrid system, etc.We found out that was a lie and all that was wrong with it was a section of radiator and headlight assembly . It s a shame when people try to prey on othersmisfortune.. it s possible they do good work but they really messed up the diagnosis and charged me 75$ for it!I would love to use them too because I live walking distance from the shop.. oh well, guess I ll have to go to Ramseur .

I called kind of last minute, explained my situation needing something done and Melissa was just the sweetest to talk with and so helpful. They were so accommodating and friendly. They definitely know how to give small town hospitality and customer service. I can honestly say, I m blown away. From start to finish, the service that Taylor s Garage provided was exceptional right down to the last lug nut. I met with a shop hand this morning to go over the details of what I wanted done after purchasing a private party vehicle this past weekend. He told me that as soon as he put it up in the air he would evaluate what was essential and send me a quote for the repairs. Just as promised, I received a quote via text message 2 hours later. When I got off of work, the car was ready to be picked up. I went to five places in the past two days begging to give someone by business (all we re either tied up or seemed disinterested) and I m glad that these guys were willing and able to provide this type of superior service at a rate that was very attractive. If you are looking to find that mechanic for life, Taylor s Garage is it. I can say with zero hesitation that these great guys will be the only mechanics to touch my vehicles for the foreseeable future. If you don t have a similar experience, I would be utterly surprised.Thanks again Taylor s Garage. We will see you soon.

I had a great experience!! My car was making a funny noise and Mr. Taylor checked it an had it fixed within a few hours and he was cheaper than I expected! Also I had no appointment I just showed up and we went from there. Very friendly and professional!! I will definitely be going back for any work i way need on my vehicles!!

Best mechanic around in my opinion. Mr. Taylor has worked on all of our vehicles that have been in need of repair. Very honest, quick turnaround, and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Taylor's Garage for any, and all mechanical work.

Never got a return call from the owner after speaking to them about doing some work for me, even after leaving several messages. If you don't want to do the work, at least have the courtesy to call people and tell them.

I now have a mechanic I can trust! Skilled and knowledgeable about all the makes of our vehicles. Affordable, fast and friendly service. I ve definitely found my new car doctor for all of our maintenance and repairs. Definitely recommend!!

Hands down the best mechanic around. Treated everything i brought to him like it was his own vehicle and keeps you posted on how things are going. I make a 40 minute drive for all my automotive needs. You should too.

I took my Audi to Taylor's garage for brakes and 4 new tires. He gave me a great price on the tires. He did an excellent job on my brakes and didnt charge an arm and a leg for the labor. I recommend this garage, especially for owners of German cars and imports of all kinds. If he can work on a Audi, he can work on anything...lol. Forget going to the dealership and being robbed, I'm never doing that again!

My second visit to Taylor s, for an oil change and battery, and once again very pleased with the service and price. Always an honest answer for concerns you may have concerning your vehicle - I drive an hour to visit Taylor s Garage, but it s worth it- because I know I ll get the best service and price and feel assured that my car has been checked throughly and is road ready!!!

Great guys!!! I got stranded out of state when my truck broke down and they took care of me and got me on the road the next day on a weekend!!! They also gave me a military discount! Couldn't be happier with this company and I highly recommend working with them.

Service, smile and knowlable mechanics. All in one location. Has kept our 2004 Lexus and 2001 Ford running for a combined milage of almost 500,000. And not empties our bank account.

They repair my car a week ago did a really good job reasonable price for the work I had done actually beats and competitors by a couple hundred dollars and to put your car in the shop and get it back in 4 days is outstanding to me also wasn't able to come pick the car up couldn't get a ride so they came and pick me up good people
