Liberty Tire and Auto has consistently provided professional service and the staff members are always pleasant and courteous. They do not try to oversell and I feel they offer a better overall experience with fair pricing and their commitment to their patrons. I will never again go to the dealership. Their mechanics appear to be extremely knowledgeable and, as busy as they are, they are quick to get the job done. It s always a pleasure to do business with and support this local establishment.

As always, it was a great experience. I have been doing business with Liberty Tire and Auto for years. They are always friendly, considerate and attentive to your concerns. They don t try to push services on you, and if you ask for their advice they don t over sell . Wonderful, friendly, professional individuals. Why go anywhere else?

I had 4 new tires and complete back brakes done. This place did a fantastic job along with a very good price. The people are super nice and this place is fast. I definitely would recommend using Liberty.

EXCELLENT service. I went in with 3 issues and the honest folks at Liberty Tire said I only had 2. No UPsale, just good competent auto service. I will be bringing in my other car for service there too. I d heartily recommend Liberty Tire & Auto for your auto service needs. BONUS- They are within walking distance of a coffee shop, 3 restaurants, Fidelity Bank, Post Office and Food Lion.

Liberty Tire & Auto Tire Pros were such a pleasant business to work with. Let s put it this way. I priced a pair of tires for my Tacoma with another tire shop in Greensboro. Their quote was $1050, and Liberty Tire & Auto Tire Pros quote was $807. I never felt pushed or persuaded in any way. They genuinely wanted to know what I was was looking for, and worked with me in every way. They earned my business for sure for any future tire needs. Very impressed with them!

Kind friendly staff. The lady behind the counter was so pleasant to work with. I went in for an alignment and left with some much needed new tires and financing. My car rides like a dream now. They were pretty quick given that it was very busy when I showed up. Will more than likely return even if I have to travel to get there.

The worst ever !! After paying $140 for an oil change the inside of my new truck smells to high heaven of gasoline and grease!! So bad that 2 hours later my girl wouldn t get in my truck . NEVER go there !The lady told me we are cheeper that Jiffy lube when they gave me my bill I said WOW your way more expensive than Jiffy lube. The lady said we will be happy to TAKE more of your money !!!

I went for an oil change, and they were very nice to me while trying to eat their lunch they stopped to help me.. got it done, all around great place to go friendly trustworthy people that work there! if you go ask to see Carrine, Lynn or KeithSuper nice people! They do Great work!

Good, quick service. Polite through the whole process. Only negative is they dug through my glove box looking for lug nut key and left bulletin from my husband s memorial service on the seat, along with a few other things. This piece of paper was very important to me and shouldn t have been moved. Luckily, I did have others. Overall though, good experience.

Automobile repair is a fickle business. You never know what you may run into. My work was done exactly as predicted and the price was right on as predicted. Keith let me know what to expect going forward. Great experience.

Always have hard time with front desk guy named Keith. He usually talks to me disrespectful and looks like I disturb him while he s very busy. Other than that place is ok, mechanics do their job well.
