Had my truck in for airbag recall and service, great place. This is the only Ford dealer I like or trust in this area. Nice small town feel and personalized service, even sat down with the owner and enjoyed coffee and chat with him about cars!

I had to have a recall done on my Ford Escape. Sean Brady with the service department was very helpful and very professional with my vehicle. If I ever had to buy a new vehicle I would 100% buy one from here. The prices are good as well!

My wife's car broke down today about 2 mi north of Liberty. It is a 2019 Hyundai. I called the dealership to make sure they had a service department and they said yes. I told them our car was broken down and it would be there shortly on a tow truck. When we showed up with the truck and asked the service manager where to drop it he started laughing. He said what makes you think we work on Hyundais. I replied that I've seen at dealerships work on many other models before other than the ones they sell. I then asked did he have any suggestion where we could have it towed and he said look it up on Google. He couldn't have been less helpful or more sarcastic. He turned what was already a stressful situation worse.

I had my car towed there by Allstate Road Side Service, which was great. However, when we tried to have the car looked at by Freeman Ford (the nearest place close to the breakdown), the service Manager was very rude and chuckled about why we thought we could have a Hyundia looked at in their mechanical services. Very rude person, particularly since I was already stressed by spending the afternoon, in the middle of nowhere, hoping for mechanical skills. None to be had there.

Theses guys are great. No hassles getting an appointment. We travel throughout the year and never had an issue getting oil or fuel filter changes when visiting the area. We ll stop there again when needed when in Staley.

The Service Manager, Sean, is first class. They were slammed and I came in for something simple and he took care of me while answering two phone calls. Go see the Service Team at Freeman Ford and you will be treated fairly.

A true Gem of a local family operated business with genuine owner. I drove over an hour and was greeted with a sincere welcome. I was offered the keys of the new truck I am interested in to test drive with no pressure .I enjoyed the experience and conversation with David , professional, respectful, sincere and knowledgeable. I recommend highly and I look forward to doing business with a well deserving local family owned and operated New car dealership .Blessings

Freeman Ford does not treat you like another customer/number. They treat you like family even better as they are transparent with you the whole time. I would drive an hour to get my vehicle serviced there instead of another Ford dealership that focuses on profitability, and a customer is just a number to them.

Every time I've called with service questions, they haven't been very helpful. They don't seem to have the necessary knowledge despite having been there for a long time. I took my car in for a simple service because I was close, but I won't be back. I will give them that they are all pretty friendly in person.

Have been bringing vehicles here for years, and buying vehicles here for years and have always had excellent service that was prompt. Ever since the new shop management has taken over, scheduling has been a nightmare and I was just told it would be a month before they could get me in for a safety only vehicle inspection. I understand that they may be busy, but this is the 2nd incident in the last month that my girlfriend and I have had issues with getting regular maintenance or inspections scheduled.

Price of the service performance was almost double compared to other Ford dealerships in surrounding areas. Basic oil change (non synthetic) and tire rotation. $112.

Freeman Ford provides an excellent and personable service that I have not received anywhere else. I am incredibly thankful that I chose Freeman Ford to not only purchase my Ford from, but to also have my car worked on. I can not express enough how positive my experience has been!

Prefer their service department over Asheboro Ford. I'd rather travel a couple more miles for better service. I love Ford vehicles (not built with my tax dollars) but I despise going to their dealerships. Freedom Ford's service department is NOT like most Ford dealerships. Home town feel every time.

Decided to come here to have recall work done on my car because it was the closest to my mechanic's shop and I wanted to avoid additional towing...that was my first mistake. I was told repeatedly it was a four hour repair job so I had it dropped off at noon on Friday since it was my only day off. Mechanic said they had nothing else in the bay and the employees were just watching T.V. At 5pm I come to pick it up to find out it sat on the lot the whole day...untouched. The owner then lied saying it wasn't dropped off till 3pm. Flat out refused to give me a rental (according to Ford's recall requirements I was supposed to get one). Monday morning I get a call saying they're starting on it and it should be done in about 4 hours. Later that evening I get another call...it's still not done. My car wasn't finished until almost 1pm on Tuesday. So three and a half days to do a four hour job. Finally get my car back, take it to my mechanic to check behind them and find out the code was still in the system. Turns out they never cleared the code after the repair. This was a nightmare experience and beyond unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy.

The experience I had at Freeman Ford was the most enjoyable that I have ever had at a dealership. Amy was amazing to work with, she was always available for any questions I had and she was not pushy like most dealers tend to be. Amy was very understanding, at no point did she ever try and sell me something I was not interested in.

Wish I could give zero stars, because that s exactly what I got from them - ZERO! I dropped my vehicle off on July 16th at 8 am. Today, is August 17th, FF has yet to fix my vehicle. I was told over two weeks ago that they had the part but just needed to submit the warranty claim, it took almost 3 days for them to do that, and I had to call and ask about it to get them to do it. Then, because there is zero communication from them, I call to find out when my car will be ready only to find out that they don t have the part and had to order it, but instead of doing the right thing and having it overnighted, they chose to have it shipped the slowest possible way.I know someone who works in the parts division for Ford and he told me something is not right because if they truly ordered it when they say they did, the part should have been there by now. He looked up the part and said that it is a part that is currently in stock and is generally in stock and it should only take 3-4 days to be delivered it s been over a week now.I called this morning to let them know I was coming to get my car so I could take it to someone who could actually fix it, but did they seem to care NOPE!! Never again will I do any business with FF, and would suggest that whoever reads this, not patronize them either!! Oh, and not once did they offer a loaner.

I will NEVER EVER take another vehicle of mine to these people! My car had a recall on the airbags so they came and got the car from my work place and took it to fix it. A job that I was told by another Ford dealership that would take a hour and a half to fix, well there people dropped the car back off at my job 30 minutes later. When I got off work and went out to my car and drove it home a black folder that was in my passenger side seat was on my dash. When I got out my car at home I grabbed the folder to take in the house only to find that the reason they put my folder on my dash was because they busted my dash replacing the air bags. I called them and told them that my dash WAS NOT busted when they came and got my car. They told me that they did not bust the dash and they was not fixing or replacing my dash that they broke. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go to this place for any kind of work on their vehicles!

After driving one of the used vehicles I thought I may like, I learned I didn't like it lol. I left my phone number and David called me back the next day to talk about the vehicle I drove . I told him after driving it I decided it wasn't for me. I told him which vehicle I was most interested in finding. With in a few weeks David called me to let me know about a trade he just received that matched my criteria . It was exactly the vehicle I was looking for! Thank Freeman Ford for making my automobile search and purchase a pleasure .
