Randall and Jon were amazing! The picture perfect example of good customer service. They were patient and explained things clearly and well. As I sat waiting for my service to be completed I watched customer, after customer come in and be met with the same professionalism. Working on Fort Liberty often times it is spouses coming in and they were so nice and understanding with each one. It is nice to see such great customer service. And Jon, I know he was training, but whatever store gets him is going to be very lucky.

I am so thankful I got a flat tire .5 miles away from this Firestone. I was able to drive to the parking lot and walked in on a Friday at 4 pm. They were able to get me in, determine the tire wasn t reparable, get a new one on by 5pm. The inside waiting area and restroom were super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for future maintenance needs.

They are so helpful!!! I needed a last-minute oil change before a trip, and with their busy schedule, Timothy and Lawrence helped me out. I got my car checked in an hour. It's absolutely perfect. Great people and customer sservice.

The Custumer service was established very fast and work flow was fast as well. Diagnostic tests, oil change and wheel alignment and installation of new tires were all done in one day . The workers where very knowledgeable and professional.

I've taken my vehicle to the BMW dealership several times to have my tires balanced. I've had to return there for the same problem. However Firestone corrects the problem with one visit. They're experts in dealing with tires.

Nov 2023 - Took our Nissan in for four new tires and an oil change. Once again, all of the staff were friendly and called to update me when necessary. I booked an appointment online, but called later that day to confirm they would have the tires I wanted on the day of appointment. We were expecting them to try to get us to pay for an alignment, as some shops will do, and were pleased to find that they are honest and said it was perfect and not necessary. We have had zero issues at this location.June 2023 - All of the staff members I spoke with were friendly and helpful. They were able to find the tires needed to fix our Infiniti car and promptly called me with updates and necessary information. We knew approximately how much it would cost before taking it in, my husband is a former mechanic, and they quoted almost to the dollar what we were expecting. Most people would assume they were shady for telling us that we needed four new tires when only one was flat, but due to the type of car, it can cause more significant and costly repairs if only one was replaced. My husband said that we'd probably need all four before we even called, so we were pleased to know they knew what they were doing. Overall, they provided friendly, prompt, and quality service.

The care in time taken was well. The only issue I had was after my tire had been fixed I had to go fill up my tire to the same level as my other tires which was still showing that it was low but all in all service is good and points were made on the issue and how it will be corrected and communication was received well in person and from my phone

Was able to get my tire replaced and tires rotated, as I had a screw in the tire; no appointment needed staff was kind and patient. Walked over to the North PX for lunch and came back and it was done.

Cross Creek Firestone by the Mall.Firestone had done some good work before. However the last 2 visits I left dissatisfied. (Replaced brakes) Brakes needed to be replaced after a year. The half shaft was replaced during another visit, after less than six months the shaft is making noise I was told there is nothing wrong. My trust and confidence is low.

This location has horrible customer service. First they quote you one price then charge you way more when its time to pay. Go for a second opinion elsewhere, I definitely saved thousands of dollars from they quote they gave me and their diagnostic of my car was way off what they told me was wrong. 0/10 I dont recommend.

Great service with a smile. Completely transparent and respectful. Told me exactly what needed to be done and took care of it in a timely manner. Normally, I'm hesitant to go to mechanics on military bases but this one was a breath of fresh air compared to what I've experienced in the past.

I wish I could give a better review here, but I can't. I got a flat on my way to work. I was going to just park it and deal with it later but remembered this Firestone right up the road. I took my car there hopeful they could fix it maybe temp or replace the tire. I was told I should take my Tesla to Cadillac to ha e fixed and that they were not willing to work on my car. By then my tire was completely flat and I had to call a tow truck to take my car to another shop in Fayetteville to replace it. When they refused to even take a look at the tire to fix it I said then can you just replace it. The person told me no they couldn't help me out. I was told that I had "special" tires, but no they were plain old Michelins. They didn't even take a look. I was even asking them to replace my tire with a new one and they still said no. I wouldn't recommend them working on your car. Who knows what else they won't do.

definitely do not recommend this Firestone and will never be coming back.went for tire rotation they recommended my air filter to be changed with alignment and tire replacement but we had literally just got the air filter changed an hour before.last time I came had the same thing where they said I needed oil change when I had did an oil change 3 before and when I asked one of the female upfront Dayna I believe she told me that they went off mileage and did not even check if they were bad. How I look at it was they were just trying to scam me cause why would you recommend something that you haven t checked. now how am I suppose to believe that I actually need alignment or my tires replaced when they don t check and just go off mileage?Service: Tires

The absolute worst! What's the point of an appointment?! I expected a couple of hours but definitely not three and a half! An oil change, tire rotation, and a lifetime alignment that I now regret I purchased! O I did get informed three hours in that they didn't have the oil needed to do my oil change......go figure I made the appt like the day before so I'm pretty sure they knew what type of oil would be needed but by no way or means am I a mechanic! I definitely will not be using this location again!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

The engine light came on and I had this shop on post check it out. $127.00 dollars later, I was told to take my car to real auto shop cause they can't fix it. What a rip off!!

DUDE this place is TERRIBLE!I paid 580$ to have my rear breaks replaced went and picked up my car just for the break lights to come back on.And this is NOT the first time I ve had to go back after they fixed a problem on my car.This place is seriously ridiculous.A couple reviews said they re known to be rip offs and I could not agree more.

I'm about to go out of town and scheduled an oil change, confirmed the day before, get to the appointment a little early and wait 45 minutes for them to tell me they don't have the proper filters. Giant waste of time and wholly unprofessional. I ask the customer rep why they didn't let me know sooner and she says she was never told. Speak to the manager who says everyone HAS been trained on this issue, it's been a major problem. So someone lied to me in addition to wasting my time and not apparently knowing the limitations of their shop, they will lie to cover themselves. Be careful taking your vehicle here.

Will say this. They do price comparison with proof. If they can beat they will instead of me paying 1,300 for a tune up I only paid 930. Lovely customer service. I gave respect and was nice. They gave me the same energy back. 10 out of 10 will go back again.
