Friendly and efficient. I called several local shops to get my tire patched, but one said, Just bring it on by and we ll get you taken care of. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone I spoke with was kind and polite. Would absolutely recommend.

Im new to the area and this place was recommended to me by a friend. I've been looking for a shop that I can trust. I only needed an oil change but I ended spending almost double what I anticipated. They charge to rotate tires which isn't a big deal but hes the one that asked me if I wanted them rotated and didn't mention the price. Everyone I've had service my vehicle in the past rotated as a courtesy; I guess I was lucky. The part that really irritated me is they serviced other fluids without asking me and then charged me. Instead of complaining I paid and walked out knowing I need to keep looking for a trustworthy auto shop.

One night on my way to work I heard a pop! I didn't know what it was. Well when I got off from work the next morning I discovered I had a flat tire. I'd just bought that tire three months prior. I used Google and found Welcome Tire and Auto and I was thrilled with their work. Jason looked at the tire. Gave me several different options if he couldn't save the tire. Luckily he was able to repair it and I was on my way. Thank you Jason for being honest! I highly recommend Welcome Tire and Auto.

Had a great experience having my RV inspected at Welcome Tire and Automotive. They are the friendliest, most customer oriented place; and their prices are great too. Very positive experience!

Needed some tires.Went in Trey was very nice and helpful. I did not expect to be able to get the tires the same day. But they had the tires I needed. Quick friendly service. Also as a female did not feel pressure or like I was getting ripped off. That really makes a difference. Thank you Trey and the staff at Welcome tire. Will recommend to others.

Guy who runs it is a decent and friendly guy, I ve been going to him since we moved to this part of town for tires. Downside is his hours of operation, think he s only open 3 days a week. Prices are decent and the techs he has working are friendly.

Awesome group here!! My family has 2 generations that continue to go here and always have fantastic service with Dan and crew! Pricing is fair and I never feel the need to question their recommendations. If it isn't broke...they don't try to fix it!! Definitely recommend them!

The owner is always running around. I would recommend this place to anyone because even though the owner is always running around him and his employees know what they are doing and that have your vehicle done in less than 30 minutes unless they are busy. The longest time I have had to wait on my vehicle is 1 or 2 days but it is worth the wait because I know my vehicle is in good hands.

Always a pleasure to deal with these guys. They are constantly polite, professional and friendly. I would give them 100 stars if available! They are currently building a new waiting room and two new restrooms. This will make visiting them even better! And wait time is usually not that long.

These guys always do a fantastic job with my car my daughters car, They are reliable and very honest. They are there to help you and not to rob you blind. Been going there for over 12 years. I don't trust anyone else to work on my vehicle. Very Happy Customer

Sold us new tires for my wife's car. Ordered them for next day delivery and they got us in and out. They were friendly and easy to deal with so we'll be moving our oil changes and inspections to this location

I'm changing my 5 star review because I went there this morning for a screw in my tire. The guy says "These tires look new." I said "They are." He said "Where'd you get them." I said "Walmart." He said "What they can't fix it?" I said "I don't know I always come here when I need help." He said "Apparently not if you got them at Walmart." Honestly they're only open 3 days a week and it was a Sunday and I had metal hanging out so I had no choice but to go to Walmart. He said "He pays his guys $25 an hour and a $20 tire repair isn't worth his time." Very upset that he was so rude. I always felt comfortable going there but I will never go again and I will never recommend this place again. I left with tears in my eyes after being treated with such rudeness and disrespect.

Great place! Very honest and trustworthy and very fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone. Finding a honest mechanic can be difficult. Dan (owner) earned my trust when I had a problem with a vehicle years ago and now it's the only place I will take my vehicles!!!

Welcome Tire provided great service. They re-balanced my wheels to remove vibrations I was having after Parrish had balanced my tires twice which I purchased from Parrish. I will not be going back to Parrish.

Welcome Tire & Automotive stands behind the work that they do.I was from out of the area and had an alternator go bad in my Acura. Welcome Tire replaced the alternator. About 1 month later, the alternator was going bad again. It was determined that the first alternator had a problem. Welcome Tire worked with my local shop to ensure that the alternator was replaced under warranty and then covered the labor cost for my shop to replace it. You can't find better customer service than that. Thanks!

I drove in a few months ago with a flat tire. They immediately helped me get back on the road. We've done business here for years and are very pleased with pricing, service, and the friendly employees. As one person said, it is like the service stations I grew up with! Very friendly and they actually remember your name!! Very important!

Always take good care of me here, even with my limited schedule they still got me in and out at the end of the day all 4 new tires on in under 30 minutes

I had a flat tire and took my car in to get tire looked at. They could not fix it, due to hole in side wall, but sold me a used tire for a reasonable amount. They had me in and out in around a half hour. Fast service and very courtious. Will get new tires in a couple months hopefully.
