I first took my 2006 van to walts for my air conditioner they got it up and running in less than an hour. The mechanics were very professional and I did not hear any ugly language, or off color jokes. Their prices were very reasonable. Fast forward to today took same van to them for spark plugs. They were finished in less than 2 hrs also price was very reasonable, but what impressed me the most is I had dropped money on the floor of my vehicle I didn't know it had fallen out , when I picked up my van all the money was there they had put it in my cup holder. I appreciate this place of business!!!

I've had both exhaust and AC work done on my F150 here and have been very impressed both times! These guys are very knowledgeable and work hard. I'm impressed how fast my repairs were done. $508 for a new AC compressor installed same day is fair and fast!

I was traveling south on 285 from Winston Salem, NC, heading to FL, when my car broke down / overheated. Now I'm stranded. I managed to find the only shop open on a Saturday. It was Saturday 10 am, Jan, 2021. They were closing at noon, and very busy. They found a new water pump for my car, on the second try, at 11:45 am, stayed open past 12 until my car was finished. I was back on my way. This place is a godsend. Best running, well oiled, shop I've ever seen - fair prices, a competent crew, very productive. The amazing shop owner/manager should be running this country. In the two hours I was there I witnessed so many cars come in and leave repaired. They have my forever gratitude. I'll never forget their service to this stranded motorist.LP

My local mechanic recommended for replacing the heater core. Was greeted at my vehicle as soon as I parked (it was raining). Got me in same day. Professional! Economical! Highly recommend.

I needed a catalytic converter on my 2004 Honda Accord. I arrived at 7am and they open at 7:30. The guys took me in before they opened on a 14 degree morning. They were finished in less than 30 minutes and I was out of the door by 7:40 for $250 plus tax. These guys are the best and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I had been calling around to get a radiator fixed or replaced and of course I was getting high ridiculous prices so I called Walts and they told me to bring it in and upon arriving they jump right on my truck and had my truck back rolling in 1.5 hours. Great service

Price was reasonable. Work was finished super quickly. 3 hours from drop off till I could get a ride back to pick up my van. New heater core with dash pull. So happy.

Just had an air conditioning system repaired and had to return it because it would seem fine but after a day it wouldn t cool, this happened 2 or 3 times and each time we thought it was repaired just to have it not cool the next day, each time the guys at Walt s worked diligently to find the problem, they were very friendly and you could tell they were apologetic that I had to return the car to have it worked on, when they found the issue it was with a weld on one of the NEW OEM parts that they had replaced.If I could give 10 stars I would, the technicians went the extra mile to get the car fixed and were friendly during the entire process, if you need automotive work done I would recommend Walt s for whatever you need!

Absolutely incredible service, they squeezed me in and worked with me as I get off work close to the time they close and they got me in and got me out! Went in for a Flowmaster Super 10 and now my 5.4 V8 sounds ALOT beefier. Major thanks to the workers there! Will definitely come back in the future for the next vehicle I get.

Another trips to Walt's, unfortunate. Only because my truck broke.But luckily there is Walt's, yes once again service was great got the truck in and out quickly!Service tech was so helpful, he went above and beyond.SO GLAD I FOUND THEM!

Have had several cars fixed for various reasons. Exceptional service and reasonable prices. They stand behind the work, honor warranties, and reevaluate problems if you have concerns. I highly recommend this shop. Had my entire ac system overhauled in my truck and they had it all done in one day and for a reasonable price considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Had a little glitch with it on the way home but it was one of my relays causing the issue so no harm done.I appreciate you guysService: A/C installation & repair

Charged me $450 to fix A/C then 2 days later it goes out again. I go back up there and they charge me another $550. Next week goes out again. Paid $1000 in total and still didn t fix my air. Better off going somewhere else

Love Walt's fixed my heat and air. Their as expert as it gets I've pulled in told em the problem boom bam done in 30-45 and out I I needed heat in winter got it. Now it's getting warm my air was acting up and boom it's cold enough for penguins. Thanks guys .oh and very reasonable prices.
