The slowest oil change place ever! Seriously took an hour to tell us the "oil filter was too tight and couldn't do the oil change". Very bizarre. I took it to a quick oil change place down the street. 5 minutes in and out and they said Walmart was lying, the oil filter wasn't even tight.

I was so disrespected this morning I went there to get my tires rotated two cars were in front of me. I was told the wait would be 45 minutes and I was fine with that. Two other cars came after me and the person got their name but not mine. Then I was told to move my car and he never came over to say when they would work on my car. I left and got my car serviced somewhere else never will I come here again about my car.

Brought my car in for a oil change waited 2 hours (even though I was next in line) for them to say they didn't have the oil, ok so I asked to put the next grade up in it , Then proceeded to wait another hour. They stripped my oil pan bolt found out the next day when I had a big oil puddle under car in the drive way and they didn't even change the oil filter. They didn't check or do any of the fluids besides oil even thou I paid for it. Do not go here they mess your car up!

Had a flat tire that needed a plug. Got there around 5pm & they said they couldn't fit it in. Said they'd call me the next day right before they looked at it to give me the cost. I waited until 11am the next day then I called. Was told they didn't do anything b/c they couldn't start my car. My car is finicky about how you put the key in. I explained how to do it & they still couldn't figure it out. They said the battery was dead. I told them it was NOT the battery. They insisted on charging my battery. Fine. They did patch the tire. Then I get home & see that the VERY EXSPENSIVE military bag that I use to train dogs with all of my EXSPENSIVE training tools inside of it is GONE. It was hanging on the back passenger seat. I had a flat tire. It was nowhere that they would have any reason to move it. The doors were locked. It's gone.I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE AGAIN. IF YOU DO EMPTY YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE IT HERE.

They only had 1 tire my size. A shipment was coming in the next day. This was all fine. What I did not find fine was the older skinny man with glasses asking me questions to fill out his computer form very rude attitude during a non busy time. I wouldn't even get the answer out all the way when he'd start the next question. He was rude and appeared very unhappy at his job. I have always gone to Walmart to get tires done. Because this is where my husband would take our cars. I just think that customer service is lost. This is the second department at this store that employees lack customer service. It does no good to complain to managers and assistant managers at the store they just tell you to call corporate. Who also does nothing. I guess this is what our world is coming to. As they phase out, all of the hometown businesses it's just sad.

Checked in about 415 and was told my ooil change would be 1-1 1/2 hours. Ok.I was called about 515 to be advised there was no tech and it couldn t be done. Huh? They didn t know that when I got there?Employees didn t care.

Apparently they set their own hours were they close at a different time every day online it says they close at s7 call up there to ask about a oil change and apparently they re closing at 6 today how convenient went there yesterday at 3:30 PM for a oil change even if they close at six you re telling me in 2 1/2 hours you can t do a 20 minute oil change if that is the case then corporate should do some rethinking on their automotive department if they can t do it oil change in 2 1/2 hours. I will never go to the store again.

Not good at all . All bays were empty when i got there. But cars were waiting. Guy in front of me had oil change been there for 3 hrs not done yet. I wanted tires rotated went9 shopping for 2 hrs but kept a watch on them. Came back all bays still empty not a car had been moved. I left the other guy had to get a refund on frozen items that had thawed. This all happened at 10:00 am

Went here yesterday evening for an oil change. (mostly because for some reason the one in Salisbury was closed) Left with a stripped out oil plug, nice leak from my oil pan, and of course no oil change. 45 minutes later, I was called over the intercom to pick up my vehicle for them to tell my My oil pan was leaking and stripped out....I was told they'd review the cameras and call me back with details as a courtesy. I have yet to receive this Call. I have called up there this morning with no answer. I did not have this leak prior to my visit here! I am totally aware that I have a minor valve leak. There has never been a drop or puddle in my driveway at home or parking space at work. I religiously check my oil once per week in both of my vehicles. I have never had to refill or top it off. This is unacceptable! I will say the manager in that department was very pleasant and has a great attitude! However, the guy who was under my car did in fact damage my car! If I entrust someone to change my oil, I would like to expect they wouldn't damage it in the process. However, I now need my entire oil pan replaced plus the cost of labor! I would like to be simply reimbursed for the cost of parts and labor for damages caused by your employee. Will leave more reviews in other places as well as continuing to call corporate until this issue is resolved!

I called for an appointment to get new tires put on my car. First of all the way the women answered the phone the first time was rude and put me on hold for a long time. Then the second time I called she didn t even say anything and instantly put me on hold. Finally took me off hold after and wasn t even sure what to do when all I wanted was to make an appointment. I get here for my appointment and the cashier just wasn t very welcoming. I pulled my car over to the auto center and the man just had a very dry attitude like I really can t explain it. Then I get back inside the auto center to look for antifreeze waiting to talk to someone to ask where I can find it, but the cashier didn t even care I was standing there.

Was there over 3 hours for oil change and new tire. Poor management, if they even have one. Technician was nice, along with other garage employees. But everyone else seems to delight in stating policy that no other Walmart acknowledges. If mechanic wasn't constantly harassed, I would have been out of there in about an hour.

Got there before they opened. Melissa let me in. Tech was nearly a half hour late for work then did a bunch of stuff that could have waited before she did my car. Not real pleased except for Melissa who was nice and helpful.

Horrible service. I waited forever, before I was greeted. I came in for an oil change and to have 2 new tires put on. I left my name, number and keys. Went shopping while I waited.15 mins later over the entercom I hear my name, report to Auto department.I get there and they refuse to service my vehicle! My ex broke part of my key off in the ignition, and that was their reasoning. (If the car was stolen, why would the registration, title, be in my name and who changes the oil in a stolen vehicle!) This is the 3rd time I've tried Walmart Auto and if I could give negative star, I would every time!

Set up installation online called and confirmed appointment the day before. Came up and was not in their system at all then waited 3 hours for tires to be put on. Will never be back for auto work.

The lady that works in the tire center did not know what she was doing! Plus there was a 2 and half hour wait. I do not suggest anyone going to Wal-Mart in Lexington tire center to get tires! Unless you want to wait for hours! They need to retrain the employees they hire to make sure they understand what they are doing.

I'm sorry, I've tried getting my oil changed and batteries replaced, and they have good days, but all too often they have bad days. Had to see a manager about a battery, their own brand, that was a year old and they didn't want to honor the warranty. The lady behind the counter didn't know how to run the charge/test machine. 90 minutes later, I finally walked out with my replacement and the manager said that since I didn't have the original receipt with me, they wouldn't back this battery even if it goes bad tomorrow. That wasn't the policy when I bought it. Avoid.

Don t go if you re in any kind of hurry. I had a flat tire on my way to work in the morning. Called ahead and specifically asked if they could get a tire changed quickly so I could get to work. They said oh yeah, sure, go ahead and bring it. I ll let them know. We can get you out of here. When I showed up no one knew anything about me calling. It s been 2 hours since I checked in and I m still standing here waiting on a tire change. So far only 1 car has been sent out of the garage since I ve been here.

I got the best prices oil change, and they even put the wiper blades I bought in the auto department on for free. I will be returning. The synthetic oil change is only around $45. They even give you a paper with a barcode you can scan anywhere in the store to check the status of your service.

Shop is supposed to be oped @ 7 am. I arrive @ 7:10, had to push door open. They do not hv the auto on doors to open! I walk in they both roll tjeir eyes. I ask how long for an oil change. He tells me 15 before they r even ready!!! WTHIve never had good service here but for a young man to roll his eyes and not be ready for work when they r supposed to be. U just lost anotjer customer!!

Price was right. But the wait to i stall tires was a bit long. All but 100 minutes. Ace was my installer and she was very helpful and kind.

The people are not friendly and are extremely slow. It took forty seven minutes to get my car taken in and we were the first in line. Also late to open.

The staff there seems to lack the basic knowledge of customer service. Maybe because it's severely understaffed or maybe because the employees just don't want to work... Either way, it isn't worth the stress!

If you get there early be prepared to wait. Management didn't open doors on time, so therefore it puts everything else behind as you can imagine .
