This son & father run family business is the real deal. They answered our internet inquiry quickly. Ours was a complicated issue so we were happy to leave our van on a Friday afternoon for an estimate of proposed to be done. Jeremy & Kelley listened to our needs and truly wanted to help us if they could. Sunday morning I received an amazingly detailed 5-page free estimate. They were quick to respond to a few more remaining questions I had about warranty s and turn around time. Even though we decided our van up-fitting wasn t going to be possible due to an unusual situation on our part, TriadRV Repair was very understanding, respectful of our decision and more than generous in helping us. I highly recommend this company. Truly wish I could have worked with them had our situation had been different.

Cathy and I were incredibly pleased with their professional get her done approach and the outcome was better than we had hoped. Jeremy and his team are driven by customer satisfaction. We were on the side of road with a shredded tire in North Carolina. We aren't from here. Each person we called directed us to call someone else. No one would help. When we finally called Triad, Brett returned my call immediately. Though they were unable to come out and assist, they got me a new tire and rim while the hiway patrol helped get us underway. When we arrived, everyone tended to our needs and to the systems on the trailer quickly and made sure we were safe to continue on our journey. Very helpful, and very happy people. Highly recommend if you are fortunate enough to be in this area when you need them.Services: Tires, Brakes

We made an appointment with Brett and Jeremy after several camping trips in our new to us 2016 RV. (We had bought this from a couple and it was quickly apparent they had not taken care of it.). The team at TRIAD RV scattered all over the small motorhome assessing and discussing. We found out that we did need some maintenance on the roof and other areas, that it was affordable, and that it would be done competently. When the repairs and maintenance were done we went back to get the Prism and had much needed lessons on the ins and outs of the rv, with questions asked and answered. We also had a TOGO system installed, beautifully, through existing openings. We will return to TRIAD RV for future maintenance and in fact have purchased the CUB RV Blindspot system for Jeremy and Brett and the team to install for us.

I recently used Triad RV Repair to replace the roof on my 05 Damon Intruder Class A motorhome. For the most part it went fairly well. There does seem to be some lack of customer service, i.e slow return of calls or texts supposedly due to "customers calling and leaving repetitive long messages because they don't believe anything is being done to their campers". Repairs were made in a reasonable amount of time. There were a couple of mistakes made by the techs. Two exhaust fan vents were installed in the wrong locations. The shop optioned they would correct the problem or discount $200 to offset the mistake. The techs also failed to put my shore power cord back into my RV. This necessitated me to drive 58 miles back to the shop to retrieve the item which shouldn't have been left out. The incorrect installation of vent fans, failure to install trim items and failure to replace the power cord leave me with some mixed feelings. These are some reasons I only rated 4 I previously left a much more detailed review describing the issues and deleted it to rewrite my review. I had copied the original review, made some edits to details and tried to repost but Google wouldn't allow it to post. The most irritating issue was the power cord. I did request compensation for my added time, fuel and general inconvenience. The shop manager said he wasn't authorized to that. He called the owner and as per the shop manager "the owner said if I would have called he would have brought it to me". I DID CALL & left a text message. No response within the one hour drive time! I needed the cord to set up my RV at home. So, I drove 58 miles back to shop to get it. I also made a second request via text message to the shop manager to ask the owner for compensation equal to what his time, fuel and inconvenience would be . He indicated the owner responded, "he would send $20 for my gas". Considering the miles, time and inconvenience I felt this was unfairly low. I replied "if that's the best you can offer keep the $20. You must need it more than me. The repair brought over $9000 in revenue to the shop.

Honest. Ethical. Trustworthy. Polite. Customer-centric. AND they do good work. If I'm having trouble with my RV and I'm in the area I only take it to these guys. I once had a motorhome with major problems. The repairs were going to push $15k. They actually advised me not to do the repairs and spend the money on a new unit. Who does that? Who advises customers not to have expensive repairs? I was sold on them at that point.

Very impressed with the service I received at Triad RV Repair! Friendly and knowledgable folks and fair pricing. I had my rooftop A/C replaced along with new wheel bearings, brake check and a couple of minor adjustments like a sticky front door and broken range hood switch. They even setup my hitch on a new tow vehicle. Everything was completed within 2 weeks - way faster than I expected. I will definitely be using them again for several upgrades I have in mind.Service: Air conditioning

My husband I used Triad RV for repairs on our 2017 Thor Freedom Elite of which had been vandalized. The damage was extensive, SMH. The owner (Jeremy) worked directly with our insurance company to handle the financials in getting the repairs completed. During covid, the parts were limited/delayed and very hard to find but Triad kept constant communication with the various distributors to get the necessary parts as well as kept us informed with what/why the delays were taking place. There was a lot of patience on both ends during this process. We drove our RV off the premises with one remaining part to be delivered & repaired - that part was received and the repair was done in the driveway of our home-they actually came to us to make the final repair.Triad RV was very responsive to our needs. They were professional, knowledgeable and assertive in the repairs of our RV and the customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend using this company for all your RV needs. We are happy campers now. :-DService: Body & Trim

I want to thank all of the guys for the wonderful job they did on repairing the back of our camper. They had to replace many parts inside and outside of the back wall, including the whole outside fiberglass. They worked with our insurance company when they found out there was more damage inside the wall. Very professional and super nice people to work with.Service: Body & Trim

Triad RV Repair is the very best place to bring your RV!!We discovered that the air conditioner in our Grey Wolf was not cooling as it should. We have several trips planned for the summer, so we needed to find a service department to have diagnostics run and the repair done as soon as possible. My husband began calling RV service departments, only to get responses of 2 to 4 month waiting times. He tried one more time and found Triad RV Repair, a company that does not sale RVs but services RVs. They told us that they could help us in two weeks. We took our RV in on a Friday and we expected to leave it for a couple of days. When we arrived, we were greeted by the shop manager, Brett, and a serviceman, John. They helped us maneuver the RV into the shop and began diagnosing the problem. As they diagnosed and replaced our air conditioner, Brett and John began advising us about the maintenance that we needed to do to prolong the life of our RV and prevent big repair problems. They both own and service RVs, so they had so many great tips about so many aspects of maintenance. They changed out the air conditioner and sent us on our way. I have never been in ANY RV sales or service departments that so thoroughly explained preventative maintenance plans!! I enjoyed the entire 2 hours that we were there. I HIGHLY recommend Brett and John and the Triad RV Repair shop to everyone close enough to drive to Lexington, NC. These guys actually CARE about servicing RVs and the customer!! We will definitely be going back when we need our RV repaired!! In the meantime, we are doing the prescribed maintenance to prolong the life of our RV.THANK YOU, Brett and John!!!!!Service: Air conditioning

We had to take our camper in for some insurance work and we had the pleasure of dealing with Brett. There was never a delay in communication. Brett was very thorough and was able to work with his technicians to make sure our camper was well taken care of. My wife and I would highly recommend Triad RV repair. Ask for Brett and tell him Jason and Kim sent you!

This is the place you're looking for! I've waited a few months since I've had my repairs done to be able to fully evaluate their work and offer an honest review... From the beginning to completion, Jeremy and Brett were nothing less than exceptional. They provided sound advice, quality service/repairs, and an affordable solution for my RV needs. They completed the work in lightning speed and actively maintained communication with me throughout the process. I am very pleased with the results and professional service that Triad RV Repair provided. I highly recommend them!

This is our first year owning a travel trailer and we needed to have it winterized. We contacted Triad RV Repair LLC and scheduled an appointment. They were great! Responded to our request immediately, scheduled the appointment, and on the day of our appointment they offered to back our travel trailer in to place for us and completed the winterizing service in under an hour. They allowed my husband to watch the process and answered his questions. Highly, highly recommend Triad RV Repair for all of your RV repair needs!

Brett and the team are by far the most thorough, most professional and highest quality work of any RV shop I've ever worked with. I brought in my Grand Design Momentum for a grey tank leak and not only did they knock that out, they showed me where exactly the leak was in case I needed to fix in the future. As part of this visit, they performed a (free) roof inspection and found a tear. They advised my insurance would cover and to work with them to file a claim. While my insurance company was a complete pain to work with, Brett & team worked literally around the clock to finish the roof replacement so I could get back on the road. This is the only shop I'll work with moving forward. Thanks for everything!

We needed new lampshades for our trailer-have you ever tried to find small lampshades that aren't clip-on? It's impossible. But they had the PERFECT fit and well-made and attractive. We were on the road and I mistakenly put the wrong shipping address-my home address!! I contacted them and begged them to please change the shipping address. They did and I received them today and they are PERFECT. CLEAN AND NEW AND HIGH QUALITY. We love our trailer and like to keep it like new. This made a difference for me. Many thanks to Triad who came through for me.

I wrecked my 5th wheel heading to North Carolina from Texas. Major damage. Not knowing who to go to for major repairs, I looked up Triad RV and glad I did. Operation manager Mitch Gibson and his crew did a tremendous job on my home away from home. I was very satisfied with the work. Rate the work from1 to 10, I d hands down give them 25. Brett kept me updated on the repairs being done, and always was very helpful. very professional group of guys, Thanks guys.Service: Body & Trim

We had water damage to back rear of our camper and were in need of quick assistance. While other places told us it would be months before they could even look at it to assess damage, Triad RV evaluated the damage and provided us with a quote within 2 days!! Not only were they quick and professional but they went out of their way to fix my break lights on my personal truck after noticing it not working. I highly recommend Triad RV!

I got into an accident with my new RV. I took it to Triad RV Repair. Brett met with me and really made me feel comfortable. He took all my information. warned me that the supply chain issues might cause delays in getting parts for the repairs. He dealt with the insurance company. He communicated with me regularly to keep me updated. If I ever need service or repairs to my RV I will certainly go back to Triad RV Repair.Service: Body & Trim

Best Experience for a RV Repair ever. Our AC was not cutting off as it should. I called Brett and he said I could bring it next day. Come to find out it was something really simple and they had me back on the road in no time at all.I have always heard horror stories about RV repair companies, but these guys are the best. When I came in I was expecting to be told I needed a new A/C, but after a quick test they were honest and got the job done very quick. I have a lot aof friends with RV's and I will tell them all about the team at Triad RV Repair. As I understand they are getting a new location with more room. These guys are gonna need it if they keep up the reputation they have. Don't go anywhere else. Thanks again Brett.Service: Air conditioning

I took my camper to Triad RV Repair to fix a brake problem. The dealer said it would be almost 3 months but Triad got it fixed in less than a week. Brett not only diagnoses and fixes the problem, he also tells you what he does and why. And if there is more than one option, he tells you what they are and about what the cost will be. Great local alternative to the more expensive dealer service departments.Service: Brakes

Outstanding service and communication, these guys are great. Taking my motor-home to Triad saved me hundreds of dollars. Brett spoke with me several times over the phone and was patient as I tried to diagnose and fix an electrical issue myself before bringing it in to them. Extremely quick and thorough, and I won't think about taking my motor-home anywhere else for service. If you're debating using one of the larger shops in the area, I would suggest you reconsider and choose Triad instead.

Brett at Triad RV is the stuff dreams are made of. As an RV owner, maintenance is a never ending battle. Finding a reliable, honest, affordable, legit, and friendly RV maintenance repair facility has been a struggle. That is until I finally had enough with Camping World and gave Triad RV a try. I can t say enough great things about this company and the good folks who work there. They not only fixed two issues that were very minor solutions (flip of a switch and an unplugged wire)... for next to nothing... but they showed me how to fix it myself if it pops up again. They also fixed the air conditioner condensate leak that Camping World said they did... but actually didn t.Listen... don t waste your time, money, or patience with the big repair companies. RV Triad is all you need.

Owning an older class A motor home(2006 Winnebago) , I've had my coach up to Brett a few times. Each time they have done a great job informing me of the problem, and repairing it in a timely manner. They are the most reasonably priced repair shop around by a long shot. I don't know about you, but compared to the big franchise rv dealers and service departments, Brett and Jeremy really stand out. Thanks guys, keep up the good work

The people at RV Repair are knowledgeable and very helpful. We called Brent about getting our fifth wheel in to be winterized and was told to bring it in the next day. When I arrived the technicians were ready and got started right away, I was able to wait on it as it took just over an hour to complete, the price they charged was fair and well worth the few extra miles to get there. I will be using them again as I highly recommend them and their services!
