I drove a hour away to visit Tom's, I have 38X13.50R22LT tires and needed the balanced and rotated. I asked how they balance them with bags because I never used them before. The staff was awesome and came over to chat and made me feel welcome. Now I had some issues with my passenger from tire hub and they fixed it with no extra charge. That a place I can trust my vehicle at, most places charge for everything they do. I recommend this company with 5 stars rating and a Bravo Zulu!

These guys, did beyond my expectations with my Jeep...They are adding new rocks lights and fun front ones, Took time to explain and always for best interest for my needs....Rachael took time to give me all the infos for my futur adds on too..and Chris went beyond too, to make sure everything was working perfectly..Great teams!!! Can't wait to go back for my next step add on...Thanks guys, YOU ARE AWESOME!!!..I sure highly recommend this place. .

Did an excellent job installing a small lift, wheels and tires on my wife s 4-runner. Drop off was easy, friendly staff, vehicle was ready when promised. Pricing was beyond fair. Definitely recommend for any accessories you may need, stop in and check out their showroom!

Took in my 2019 Yukon XL Denali for a lift install. They gave me a good deal on the lift, the over all cost for the lift and install was absolutely fair. The folks were easy, and very pleasant to talk to, and work with. I did have a slight issue that required me to make some adjustments. These issues were of no fault to them, but to some of the parts that were installed onto my truck prior to me owning it lol. They let me know know what I needed to do to make the correction, and so I did just that, and all is well. Now I'm considering doing a regear. I'll be going through Tom's to get that done if they do that sort of thing. Hey! Ya'll do regears? lol I'll call ya. Thx a lot to the folks at Tom's, keep up the great work.

Had a hidden winch mount installed in 2023 Toyota Tundra TRD Off-Road today along with a 32 inch LED light bar. I couldn't be happier! Absolutely professionally done. I'm usually competent enough to do things myself, but this required trimming of my factory bumper, which I was hesitant to do. It was worth the money to see it done right!

I called to get a TransferFlow auxiliary tank quoted and installed on my Denali HD 3500 Dually. Good price, great clarifications when needed the installation was scheduled within a week, and completed quickly. Highly recommended!

They lifted my GX470 and my Tacoma. I usually don t leave reviews but with the outstanding customer service they provide i just had to. If you need something just email Rachael. Quick response and just straight to the point. And they are really quick with the work they do. Quick and quality. Thank you to all the staff there that has helped me.

All I can say is wow what great customer service! My truck blew a tire on my way home to Atlanta. I happened to be only a few miles away from their shop. Rachel totally took care of me. They didn t know me from a hole in the wall ... gave me a loaner jeep to drive for the evening. Great folks! Great customer service experience! I would highly recommend these guys!!

Amazing service and the nicest, most helpful staff anywhere around! The Tom s team did our tires, wheels, lift, and installed a new Bestop on our JK Wrangler and we are forever fans. Cannot recommend them enough.

I was super disappointed. I took time off of work and made an appointment wanting to discuss a lift, wheels, tires, and several other updates for my jeep. Everything was added to a quote without really presenting any options. No questions asked about what I planned to do with the Jeep or anything that would help decide the right options to select. I may not know much but I know not all lift kits are the same and even when I asked about options for the lift I was blown off. In less than 15 mins a quote for $5k worth of build was handed to me. I left so disappointed. I feel like it should take more than 15 mins to discuss that much work. I really wanted someone I could trust to answer questions for me and help me decide on the best options for my needs. Thankfully I found just what I was looking for down the street and the time I took off work didn t end up being wasted.

Awesome place!! I got a 2.5 inch leveling kit installed on my 2017 Ram 1500 and they did a great job. I unfortunately had to wait for it, but they completed the job in such a timely manner that hanging out at their garage was no problem. The staff are great and talking about bear hunting was neat as I m new to hunting bigger game. Thank you, Tom s 4-wheel drive

Had a Ranch Hand grill guard installed on my truck. Employees were friendly and install was professional and finished well under the time promised. There was a misunderstanding in reference to the labor charge, but the co-owner called me later in the day and was sincerely concerned about addressing the issue, which was resolved to our satisfaction. I look forward to having work done at Tom's in the future!

Poor customer service. We purchased a set of tires for our pick up truck. Honestly at first I did not like them. Guess my instincts was trying to tell me something. But after a couple days I decided these are growing on me. They look good. Til they started giving us a lot of problems. During the first week the truck was popping up a light issues with tires. Then the truck had a bad vibration. First we went & had front end aligned. And had things checked out before we was told it was the tires. Before we even went to them. We went to talk to them & she spoke her part about me not liking them at first. I m which has nothing to do with the tires having issues. Besides this the other employee was practically making the 3 of us think he wanted to fight me. I am a woman & yes I explained what was happening as well as my husband. After him putting the tire on the back we leave & our issues are getting way worse. We spent 1371.87 for tires we need to throw in the trash. We have always wondered from the beginning why he had two tires sitting in the floor & had to order two. That pretty much answers our questions. They played dirty with us. Now we are going to have to purchase more tires. My hubby says a business with attitudes as theirs we need to just purchase tires somewheres else cause that s no way to do business. I know they ll never earn our business again. I could never do my customers the way they treated us.

The guys at Tom's 4x4 did and awesome job on our 2014 Grand Cherokee limited. Greg and Travis went above and beyond. They made sure we understood everything we were getting and how much it would cost. More importantly, when I took in my son's 04 Grand Cherokee overland for the same leveling kit they called and informed me they would need to do a lot more work to install the kit on the 04 before doing anything. Super nice company to work with.

Don t come here expecting to be able to just pick something up for your jeep. You re better off looking at quadratec or 4wd hardware. Sure, they can order stuff For you, but I went in expecting to be able to look at products. I m sure they do a fantastic job at putting in lift kits and such. Other than that a complete waste of time

Went in tom s get tires and rim and 50miles later low tire pressure light came on It was not on when I dropped it off One of the guy said my factory rims did not have sensors... And they do have them factory rims will have bands on rims 2007 and Up . So I call tom s again and talked to a guy about putting sensors in rims said he be back in touch two days later still have not heard nothing I figured They don t want to eat the labor cost on this I shouldn t have to pay twice Just buy sensors because sum one should have called and told me that I would have to have new ones they will not get no more of my business or would I recommend them to nobody!!

Best 4x4 service you will ever find!!! From the first phone conversation (Corey) to the technical details (Chris) to the final details (Rachel); this place ROCKS!! My old 2000 Jeep Cherokee needed some TLC, and now she rides like New again. You can trust your ride to Tom's 4x4 !!

Went there to get a tonneau cover for my new 2019 ram 1500, and was very please with the results. Rick made sure i got the one i wanted, because of the new style truck, and made everything easy to come in and have it put on. Everything was done and all I had to do was show up with the truck. The folk's at Tom's 4x4 are there to help you and not just sell you something, they want it to be right. Thanks again to all at Tom's 4x4

The owner of the facility gave me the worst case and best case scenario. Several hours later, he called and told me it was the best case. The price difference was substantial. He could have told me it was the worse case and charged me for it. Fortunately, he is an honest man.

Tom's 4X4 is an awesome place! I got a leveling kit and Toyo tires from them and the price was unbelievable and the staff knows their stuff. Don't look anywhere else for automotive accessories!

If they had a 6th or 7th star I would use them. My mom and I had left King NC and was on Highway 52 Southbound when my tire blew out. Just buying this truck about a month ago, I assumed that it had a jack and a lug wrench. I was wrong. To make a long story short, I call Tom's, they come to my truck, take the tire back to the shop put a used one on brought it back and put it back on. When I asked them if I needed to follow them to the shop to pay, they said and I quote " You have a good thanksgiving and be sure to take good care of your mom". I was flabergasted!! They were going to do all of that for free!! There are still good people in this world. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!! Happy Thanksgiving!!
