Extremely efficient and professional. I'm amazed that an oil, filter and state inspection cost $154 bucks on 2020 automobile so you can then go pay your county taxes of $238 bucks. Just doesn't seem right. This place is competitive so I'm not bitching about them, just the overall prices.

Excellent experience! These guys are thorough and they did not make me uncomfortable by pressuring me to buy extra things and as a female I really appreciate that! They are quick and open 7 days a week which is a plus for working mommas!

These men are very kind and informative. They work quickly but thoroughly. Today I got an oil change and inspection. I was in and out. I am a repeat customer and definitely recommend anyone to come here. I have sent my sister and my daughter here and this is the only place I will go.

Corey at the Lexington location off of Hwy 8 was very helpful and very nice! He helped me explain the oil changing process to my son by showing him what clean oil looked like and always had an air of happiness about him. They did excellent work in changing my oil in a quick and timely manner while also maintaining good quality of work so my car would essentially not die due to a bad oil change. Thanks guys!

Nothing short of AMAZING!!! Stopped by from my usual SB because I was over on my oil change. Greg and Jeff took such great care of me!!! This place is one of the best things to happen to Lexington. I ll be back again

New to the area so first time customer. There was a bit of a wait as they were training a new employee so only one lane was operating. I was immediately greeted and put in line. The wait was surprisingly short. Everything and everybody seemed to be seemed to be running like a well oiled machine . Would definitely go back

Wife took car for inspection. Tech came into waiting room and produced a cabin air filter and stated it needed to be replaced. Wife declined service. Management offered her 4 quarters to go vacuum mess left behind from removing cabin filter. Immediately noticed sound coming from dash area. I have waited a long time to inspect issue but when I inspected cabin air filter it was no where to be found. Called store where wife had inspection done and they cannot pull up info to help identify who did inspection. Store will not do anything about situation.

I went in for an oil change:I was offered a bottle of waterThe air was checked in my tires and I was told how much air was in each and how much was put in each oneThe air filter was checked and changed and i was told how much it would be before it was changedThe oil was changed and I was shown the dip stick after it was doneThey also did a light check to make sure that all my lights were working properlyThey were all very polite and considerate. It is the only place that I get my oil changed!

Quick, down and dirty. They don't try to up sell you on anything, just ask you what you need or want and get it done fast so you can be on your way. Great place for an oil change.

The guys in Lexington NC are fantastic. Super professional, kind and welcoming. At my request, they even checked my brakes and rotors. Also warned me that my coolant was low. Highly recommend.

Quality people and work. Very efficient and knowledgeable. If you're in a hurry and want people who know what they are doing, this is the place! Also you need to just charge $100 for fully synthetic oil change with tax, so a person doesn't have to mess with the change. This place is great! They were kind, courteous and extremely quick! They had everything that my car needed and were honest when it came to what needed to be replaced and what could wait.
