Ben was super helpful and receptive to all our needs and wants. He took our ideas, including YouTube examples, and offered several excellent options. The result was better than expected. Scheduling was easy, and service was amazing, the estimate was accurate and very reasonably priced. Thanks to Scott's Muffler, my son's '08 Tundra has a beautiful dual exhaust and sounds like a proper V8! I strongly recommend, and will come back for any future exhaust work.Service: Exhaust

I brought my Mercedes-Benz SL550 in for exhaust tips installation.. stock exhaust tips to FlowMaster quads. I was able to call ahead and schedule a date, and my car was worked on as scheduled.. no problems. Time for installation was reasonable and my car was worked on almost soon after I brought it here by him. I was treated in a polite manner, which is always important for any business and not as common today with how rude some places can be. This business looked and seemed professional. Several months later, I can tell my exhaust tips were installed in a professional, quality manner, with no issues as far as I can tell, so overall I am pleased. I would come back here for more exhaust work but I moved to South Carolina and I am too far away now. I am giving 4 stars, instead of 5, because I was told a max of $120 dollars on the phone but the price ended up being higher..like $160 due to what I am told was extra labor needed... but that is a very minor gripe compared to what I have experienced at way worse auto shops. Overall, this place I think is excellent for taking a vehicle for exhaust/muffler work and I recommend it to anyone who needs a skilled muffler/exhaust specialist.Service: Exhaust

Absolutely great friendly service, was very impressed after they replaced BOTH catalytic converters under my truck and had me rolling again in LESS THAN ONE HOUR!!! And I hadn't actually made an appointment, I was more or less a "walk in" customer...in today's world of weeks away appointments for everything else I was expecting the same here as well... instead they took my work right on the spot, very impressive in my opinion, I will absolutely recommend Scotts to everyone I know...

Very good folks, great prices! After the exhaust pipe on my wife's brand spanking new car broke off because of bad welds. The dealership wouldn't even return my calls. These guys got me in there the very next morning, they were booked up so he a had me bring it in before they even opened.and repaired it perfectly!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I took my truck to Scott s at my wife s suggestion. She has been going there since she was a teenager. I wanted my truck to sound a bit better but not to loud. They did exactly what I was hoping for and it looks great too. They are all very friendly and that includes the woman who answers the phone. I have taken my truck to a lot of places recently for repairs and paint etc and Scott s was the first place to get my truck back when they said they would. I highly recommend them...Chris Fish

I had to wait for an appointment to have my exhaust system using a cut-out to switch from stock to louder at the push of a button. when I got it back it wasn't the way I wanted. I called them, and they were extremely nice and accommodating and to bring it back anytime and they would re-route it to my satisfaction, no appointment needed. I brought it back and they did what I asked and was very pleasant about it. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wishes to have any exhaust work done.

Was referred by a friend to Scott's Muffler. Let me tell you they do great quality work at a fair price! Highly recommend them. Honest, professional and great customer service. They're a master at stainless steel welding. Thanks for the great job Scott.

My mechanic said I needed a new catalytic converter, and he suggested that I stop by Scott's Muffler. I was very pleased with my experience. The service was fast, the price was reasonable, and the staff was friendly (including Molly the bulldog). I would recommend Scott's to anyone!

Have a 2012 ram 1500. Everyone was pleasant to deal with over the phone, and over the phone. They did an amazing job on my truck, took their time, and did it the right way.. High recommend them, and will definitely use again.

We stopped here on a trip recently! Our muffler broke and we were 10 hours from home. Not only were they the friendliest people, they did a fantastic job at an incredible price. Now we can finally relax on this vacation.

If you need an exhaust done for your car or truck this is the place to come. The guys are super nice and have great prices. The guy working on my car called me over several time just to make sure it was perfect for me and that I liked it before he welded everything together, not many shops/ people would do that. I d rate this place a 20/10 if I could.

Scott s Muffler will always be my go to shop for any exhaust needs! I work 6 & 7 days a week 10 to 12 hours a day so my time is limited to open business hours. I bought a truck an needed the some exhaust work done. One day I was rained out of work at lunch and called them, but they was booked until the next week. When I said I wouldn t be able to come they stretched their scheduled hours and fit me in late and didn t finish until 6:30 pm. If not for that who knows how long it would be before I could get into a shop at business hours! Not to mention they are super nice, great prices, and excellent workmanship! I couldn t be happier with the quality work performed on my truck! Thanks Scott!
