Very happy with my service done here on my car. Got an oil change and both air filters replaced.(they were in desperate need of replacing.) Everyone was nice, and no one tried to up sell me, which is the first place that has ever happened. If you want to be happy with where you take your car you should come here! Thanks

Have been here several times for oil change but can't actually see what's being done therefore I don't know if they're actually changing the oil or not but I'm not a very trusting person. I probably won't be going back I'll just change my oil myself at home.

This is the second time I have gone to this location and so far I have nothing bad to say about it. They are very friendly, honest and will not try to sell you windshield wipers. I truly feel that they are there to take care of you by taking care of your car. Great place and a fast one too.

They are good, they check everything, tires, and fluids which is great, just wish the price was a little bit better, however they do have coupons they send out, and they give a military discount, which I think after all this I think it's a good deal plus they give you a free car wash on top of this oh, awesome.

Their prices are among the best in town! Their customer service was excellent & they treated my daughter really nice as well. The overall experience was great I got good service it was quick affordable and easy.

This place is horrible they broke the blinker fuse right under my dash. I'm 5'2 my foot has never been in that area Then service my car then asked me did I know my blinkers weren't working when they were right before I got there. I got it checked out and the piece was crushed by the big gentleman that pulled my car in then they tell me they won't refund me because they didn't see it on camera like there's a camera inside my car. NEVER AGAINService: Oil change

Getting my oil changed at Sam's Valvoline Express Lube in Lexington is always a great experience. No crazy sales pitches trying to pressure you into getting a service done that doesn't need to be done. Very courteous and explains in detail the service that has been performed.

Independent, valvoline. So they didn't accept my coupon. Not cool, how was i supposed to know? 49.00 oil change would up costing 67.00. Bad customer service.

They told me one of the belts in my car was in terrible shape when , in fact it wasn't. Wont do that side anymore.However, they do a great job washing and cleaning vehicles.

i gave this place a 4 star rating, all the employees who work there are friendly and courteous, all you do is pull up to the bay they come out to your car you tell them what you need, they write it down you get out of the car go inside sit down, free coffee if you like, and in what i think is no time you are ready to go, all the times I have been it's always the same , enjoyable

We took our 2018 Toyota Rav4 in for an oil change back in late October. Earlier this week, the low oil pressure sensor started triggering, so we made an appointment with Toyota since the car is less than 3 years old and still under extended warranty. They informed us the last place to change the oil put the plug back in incorrectly, causing oil to leak and oil under most of the car. Toyota had to replace the oil pan and clean from the leak.Service: Oil change
