Went today for a full interior/ exterior wash of my truck. It was in bad shape, from kids, pets and moving. Elijah and Jack spent 3 hours scrubbing and it turned out beautifully. They did a great job, I will be back.

Went this past Tuesday to get my car cleaned inside and out! I just have to brag on how AMAZING they did! It s been 3 days and my car looks just the same, as if I haven taken it everyday to be cleaned. The young man who did my car went above and beyond, so I made sure to give him a big fat tip! Another reason I am beyond happy with my service is how well they did on all my interior seats. They needed a good shampooing due to drinks being spilt from my toddler. You can t even tell there was ever any stains! One happy momma! I will never go anywhere else for my car washes and any interior cleaning!

I went in on Saturday to get my car cleaned and ended up getting the managers special and added on some additional items totaling about 75.00 for one wash and service. The option given on Saturday was to have a manager overlook the car just in case they missed something but there s no way that could have been done. The third row in my vehicle was not vacuumed at all and still had obvious trash that wasn t removed and also sand still on second row seat. I called and they said to bring it back by. I said ok no problem it ll be Monday. Pulled in and explained everything so the manager says ok they just forgot to do it. No big deal so he takes it back and vacuums. I get to to work and the same trash is still there in the same place and the vacuuming not complete. I typically don t leave reviews but this just blew my mind. Will not return. Customer experience is everything and to explain the issue and it still not be addressed isn t cool in my book.Service: Auto detailing

I purchased the BIG package, Showroom! And let me tell you they are ON IT!!! What a magnificent job. It s worth getting this particular package at least once a year. You won t be sorry. And if you find anything not up to your expectations, let John L or Taylor know. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are 150% satisfied and then some. Sam s Car Was Is A Staple in town. I ve had a standing membership here for 2 years. BUT! My last visit a week ago was the worst of them all.1. I sat in line for several minutes before being acknowledged and I had to get someone s attention no one approached me. 2. As I approached the car wash entrance I had to wait on an attendant again3. As I was exiting the car was I felt a bump on my rear4. Then I felt 2 MORE BIMPS! And realized it was ANOTHER CAR THAT WAS HITTING ME (still no attendant) of course I pulled forward as quickly as possible and approached a manager who seemed very uninterested5. I asked for the owner and was given an email address.6. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Well it's a car wash and from what I have learned over the years about this place is simply it's a damn good car wash. That all I can say. They also have a place you can get an oil change and inspection right next door.

I went there for a job interview when I got there The hiring manager said he just hired five people so I m not sure why he wanted me to come in but at least I got a free car wash out of it and they did a very good job, the cashier was very nice , I would recommend anyone to get their car washed there. I m not sure about the prices because it was free for me but I did see some signs and the prices were kind of high compared to other places but they did a great job.

Went in to get my car washed. I hadn't had the underside blasted since we had the snow with salt on the roads. I figured it was definitely time to get it done. Don't forget there is a 10% military discount at Sam's car wash!

Sam's is the only place I go for my car washing. I always have a good experience and my Jeep looks great! Shad did an immaculate job today and was so kind and professional, having me look over everything to make sure I was satisfied!

I paid $65 for a detailed ceramic wash. Not good at all, I took it back the next day and I still didn't get a good detail done. Poor management

I've always passed this establishment when going through Lexington & it's always busy. I decided to stop bc I was going out of town so I needed a good detail. When I first pulled up I was greeted by a friendly face, Joseph. You can tell that he loves his job & working with his clients. He helped me decide on the best package to meet my needs. I went inside to wait. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant & talkative. The waiting area & bathroom was extremely clean & organized. There were options to purchase items for your car, snacks, and even greeting cards. I waited around 30 minutes or so. When the car was completed they allowed me to inspect to make sure I was pleased. Everything was spectacular. The weather tech mats hadn't been cleaned but when I pointed it out the guys fixed it. They have a rewash policy which they honored days after bc of the rain. When we returned Joseph recalled who I was & remembered that my hubby had been sick. I really appreciated the personal attention.You can tell that all of the staff value their customers and want to provide an excellent experience. Price was reasonable for the package I received.I highly recommend stopping in for all your car cleaning needs. You won't be disappointed.

Great service! I get my cars washed and serviced here. Take advantage of their specials, esp. at Christmas time - they usually have a deal going on. (My friends seem to like getting carwash gift certificates over most any other gifts or gift cards. (They get super excited over them! The staff was very friendly! Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of vacuuming the car. I have black carpet, so it's easy to see areas that were not even attempted. There were spots missed on the interior with the Armor All, but the young man appeared to be working very hard, as fast as he could.

Been taking our vehicles to Sam's for years. Best wash around. Sometimes a little more tire shine than needed but they never mind if you ask for a correction on a reasonable issue. Prepaid plans have value if you really use your vehicle.

Great car wash. Very professional. I have two kids in travel sports, my car gets pretty dirty. Sam's always gets my car clean on the inside and outside. Very pleased with the employee's and how clean they get my car. Will definitely keep going!

Got the 60$ interior special and had to make them reclean it then later on found out they didn't clean the center console or got all the mud out in their exterior car washGranted it was at 5pm which was kinda dark at that point but that's no excuse not to do your job.If you really do not operate when it gets dark then dont.Only reason you get 2 stars is cause it looks better then when I got it but I'm NEVER going back..

A little pricey, posted prices outside the express lube are not the real price! It's ONLY if you get an oil change. I was there for an inspection and a quick wash. They wanted to overcharge me $20.

Took my car there last year for an inspection, passed with flying colors. They failed me this year based on the tint test (they are also the ONLY place that I have ever been to that charges extra for a tint test), even though I have the exact same windshield that I had last year. And then proceeded to charge me for the "labor" portion of the inspection and the tint test ($33) anyway. FOR WHAT?? Anytime I have failed an inspection from another spot, I have never been charged. This place is a scam.

I went Saturday and asked for exterior and interior clean. I also paid extra for amoral dashes and door, rain x widows, the works. My car wasn't real bad just little dusty and some mud on the door frames from my driveway, you know from getting in and out. Outside was okay besides some water spots and tires wasn't detailed like advertised, the two back tire was only half strayed with the tire shine and all 4 still had mud on them. So yes spray the tire shine on top of mud, looked awesome. The widows on the inside had streaks so bad that I had to redo them. Dash wasn't dusted just half wiped down with armor all, spotting AF. There was still small pieces of paper in my floor and the foot rest on the drives side still had mud on it. The interior was half a$$ed I had to go back over it. The cashier and attendant who checked me in were awesome and helpful but that's were it stopped. I am sorry but for $60 that was a waste of money.
