We bought a used camper from a couple. We took our camper in for service and while it in they found that our slide box had severe water damage in the floor. Once they got the slide box out about 75 to 80 percent of the wood had water damage. The whole slide box was completely rebuilt. While it was in I had them go through all the seals and had them caulk everything on the outside. You can tell that a lot of pride goes into what they do. Remember to always check your seals and caulking, because water is the enemy of your RV. I would highly recommend Country Roads RV Parts and Services for all your service needs.

I would like to say that we had gotten great service from Jennifer at Country Roads RV Center. She was great at communicating with things that were going on with our heartland Pioneer. We know this is not a model that they sell but hands down the best service we have ever received. Thank You Everyone that has helped us with our camper at Country Roads RV Center family.Service: Air conditioning

Dropped our travel trailer off for a water leak repair in November 2022 and picked it up in nov 2023. Length of time was not an issue, as our insurance was paying for this repair so we had no problem waiting. The inside was left a mess after repairs were made. Most importantly, at pick up, the power Jack somehow wasn t functioning at all. When dropped off in November it worked perfectly fine. Guy working there said we would need to have it replaced, and immediately tried to start selling one for over $300. Looks like to me what was broke while it was there needs to be fixed. In over two years, we had NEVER had an issue with this prior to being in this repair shop, but now we need to pay to replace it. They got it working enough so we could hook up and get home, and now that we are ready to go on a trip, we are having to manually Jack at hooking up and unhooking. I never leave bad reviews unless it s absolutely necessary, but this is bad business in my opinion. If you broke it, you should fix it, and not at the customers expense.

I recently purchased a used hybrid travel trailer, my first RV. I really wanted someone with knowledge and experience to give it a thorough inspection and once-over before camping season starts to make sure my first season of camping is enjoyable and stress free. I did not want to worry about the safety and functionality of any of the camper's systems so I can just get on with camping and have a safe experience. (I already have enough to learn without having to factor in my lack of knowledge and experience with my camper and all associated systems. After all, it is a tiny house on wheels.) I had already heard good things about Country Roads and decided to start there. And I asked a couple of good friends with lots of experience to tag along and help me better assess and understand what I was hearing. I cannot overstate how happy, satisfied, and comfortable I am with the service and support I received here. I received help from several folks while I was there and they were all wonderful to work with. Specifically, Mitch and Alexis are shining examples of customer service and support at its best. They both went above and beyond my expectations and coached and helped this newbie along in getting comfortable and familiar with my new toy. I feel like we have started what I hope to be a lasting business relationship. With service like this, I will definitely be a return customer.

It was nice for them to refer a different RV repair place that might better suit my needs. I'll give a good recommendation to any business that is honest enough to do that!
