Absolutely hands down the best alignment shop in the piedmont area. Not only do they provide some of the best top notch work around but Ben, Matt, Josh and the whole entire staff are awesome people. I would highly recommend using these guys for repairs and alignments. I am very picky with my vehicles and I would feel confident in leaving my vehicles with them. The place is also spotless. Thanks to the whole crew!

My granddaughter's car had a little accident in Sept. Me, in all my best intentions said "I can fix that". Did my best with very little success. Went to Ford Guy and they recommended Perryman's! Thanks Ford Guy! Anyway, I went to Perryman's and they provided the BEST service at what I feel was a reasonable price. Kept me informed and delivered on time as promised! What else can I say other than Perryman's provides GREAT customer service and reasonable pricing. Oh yeah, if they recommend a business for something Perryman's doesn't do..take the advice and go there.

I am very attached to my 67 Nova, and I only let the BEST folks do work on her ! That s why I picked Perryman s to do a total rebuild on her front end. I am completely delighted with the results of their work! You should also pick Perryman s, if you want the BEST!

Come to Perryman s if you need an alignment. Great people that do great work. Everyone is friendly and eager to help you with your needs. This shop is great. I would highly recommend to anyone.

These guys are awesome. Took my 1990 Ford Festiva in for an alignment after installing a new steering rack. I am a very large person so I asked if they could put some weight in the driver seat to help keep it straight when I am driving. They had 2 of their techs sit in the driver seat while another tech adjusted the tie rods. I consider that above and beyond service. Plus they all got a good laugh which is nice to see. I would recommend Perryman's to anyone! Photos are on the way to Perryman's and on the way from Perryman's.

I had a 8:30am appt but I arrived early. Walked in to let them know I was here. SUPER FRIENDLY and awesome staff! They take care of your vehicle as if its their own. I went to auto store 10 mins down the road. I came back about 30 mins and they already had me parked outside. Hands down awesome people! I've had so many terrible experiences with mechanics this past year.. I was terrified when my breaks went out and I needed to take it to get more work done.. I'm so glad I came here, and plan to come back for any work in the future. They really went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend!

Great service, they treat you like family and are very welcoming. If you have a lowered car and need a alignment GO TO THEM they ll do the alignment no questions asked.

I never leave reviews, but i had to come on here and leave one for this establishment. First off, they made time to get me in for an alignment last min. before leaving to a show out of state. The lady at the front desk was so helpful! Joshua was the professional who did my alignment. He was sooo knowledgeable about my vehicle platform. He corrected my issue in no time. 5 stars!Service: Steering & suspension repair

From the moment I made the phone call setting up an appointment to have an alignment performed on my vehicle I was impressed with the professionalism and consideration given me by the team at Perryman's. Their shop is clean, well organized, and staffed by knowledgeable skilled mechanics. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. Price was fair and the service was performed quickly and accurately. Drove almost 2 hours from Lake Wylie just to take my car to get aligned here just because they are low car friendly, guys were super cool and let me drive it up on the rack. Was in and out in under 20 min.

As a female dealing with a mechanic can be intimidating sometimes. The folks at Perrymans were very polite and not pushy at all. I even witnessed them recomes a customer go to another shop to get a repair for a better price than they could do. That s integrity to me. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and even had some toys if you have littles with you. I went in for an alignment and knew something would be wore in our steering and found out our ball joints were shot. They got it all taken care of in just a few hours. Best customer service that I have ever experienced. Called at 8:30 and was in the shop having my vehicle worked on at 9:00 then was out the door by 9:45. They kept me up to date on the entire process while I was there and consulted me before doing anything. My vehicle rides like it s brand new again. I will never take my car anywhere else. I m very particular when it comes to my car, so much in fact, I drove an hour away from home to find a business that specializes in lowered cars. What I found was not only knowledgeable professionals, but friendly knowledgeable professionals. For that reason alone I would have came back. BUT, the job they did was nothing short of exceptional. I really don t understand what they did, seems like magic lol. I used to get some rubbing on my rear tires due to their size not anymore. My car simply drives like a normal car again. Simply amazing! I was having trouble finding a shop that could do alignments on my lowered vw cc until i found perrymans alignment and auto.Hands down the best alignmemt shop around. I was having suspension noises and pulling do to having the front end replace.. Car rides smooth and straight without a single noise to be heard. I highly recommend them for any of your alignmet or suspension needs.Service: Wheel alignment

This is one of the best places to go for suspension or alignment work. Incredibly friendly staff. Very, very knowledgeable and very good at explaining any concerns they may have about you suspension. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great Work!!! Honest!!! I have no worries when they work on my car,I wish I had known about them when my Ford had an oil leak, would have saved me a lot of money & grief!
