Well rayan the manager is rude and I have never had a problem their before till now. And you can tell by people's actions instead of handing me my change he drops it in my hand and my chances goes all over the counter but I have spent a lot of money in this store but I will go elsewhere now as long as rayan is their i will go to another place to spend my money.

Came in with a burned out headlight bulb. The fella not only helped me figure out what I needed he went ABOVE and BEYOND be changing it out. Not enough stars for this store or the RCR that night. Truly a damn rock star as well as a Veteran!!!Thanks for helping out a disabled old guy from out of town!!

I would assume that a air filter is a popular item that should be kept in store. Not only did the store not have a engine air filter in store but they had to order it. I agreed with No problem it would arrive tomorrow. So, tomorrow came and I didn't have time to stop in because of being called into work so, I called the store and explained and apologized for not being able to pick it up. The guy on the phone said it was no problem that he would make sure it didn't get sold. I go into the store to get the air filter and the guy tells me that no orders came in today so, I explained that I had ordered it on a previous day and was told it would be held for me. He goes and checks and it's gone no where to be found but he can order me another one and it would be here tomorrow. I said no thank you and I left and went next door to their competitors and they had one in stock so I bought it and installed it in the parking lot. I'm sorry, oreilys has been my auto go to for years but something has changed and it's not for the good.

I went into this location and bought an alternator and a new battery. I had to swap out the fly wheel on the alternator and Luis helped me do so. He was extremely helpful and patient during the process. He is a top notch employee. He is a keeper for sure.

I typically like this auto parts store for the low prices, the good parts, and the access to a business account which gives us some serious and awesome not to mention significant discount and money off the total bill. With that being said, you think that with all the business and the business account which has been open with them for years, you would think they would be nice, helpful, persistent, and detailed but nope, actually most are lazy, incompetent, rude, inpatient, and/or very unprofessional! I hope the boss sees this review and implements some changes so I am able to give a four and maybe even a five star rating next time I visit the auto parts store.

Only parts shop that sells Wex filters, always gets my business.Friendly staff helped me out with schematics for my repair printed right at the store.

The gentleman who assisted me was a huge help but they didn't have the part I needed in regular stock. I figured being its a intake gasket for a late 90 model they would keep it in stock. But the customer service was great

They were very nice, except the kid didn't know how to put a battery in the car.. By girlfriend had to do it.. But the other staff were good. Very polite and helpful

I needed new wiper blades for all our rain,I was worried as I have no idea how to change them or which ones I needed. The young man who helped me was amazing! He helped me pick the appropriate ones without spending a fortune and in just a jiffy had them installed (yes,in the rain!) and me safely back on my way! So refreshing to be treated with respect and no eye rolls or negative comments about not knowing auto parts! I hope your experience is as enjoyable as mine was!

Would not recommend this place! Talk to you like you are nothing! I would recommend going to advance auto they really care their! The white man with glass and Craters in his face was rude and spoke to me like I was a child. Last time I checked I was grown even though I m blessed to look young! Keeping it 100!

Went in looking for an oil plug for my moped. Although I didn't find it nor was I asked if I needed help finding what I was looking for until check out I was ok with my visit. I was able to get a small part i have been needing for a while. An employee let me use his pocket knife so I could quickly install the small vacuum tee I had bought and I was in my way happier than I was when I arrived. If I am happier after I visit a spot than before I went I consider that a good experience.

I tried my local auto zone but apparently they aren't trained to find parts or to sell.They don't seem to have a good working knowledge of automobiles.I checked on line with O'Reilly and found what I needed, called and was greeted by a young man who made my order easy and fast, and it was ready when I stopped in to pick it up, the man at the counter was happy to wait on me and promptly brought it to me.O'Reilly is my new go to place for auto parts!

Clean, neat store. Mark and Austin are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You can tell that they enjoy helping people. They are willing to take the time to do whatever it takes to resolve the problem.

I had a brake light out and went to O'Reillys to buy one and asked them to put it in for me. For liability reason the salesman said he couldn't do it, but he could assist. There were 2 young guys working on their car and the salesman knew them. He asked could they help me and he would assist. They came over and were actually able to take the light cover off and put the new light bulb in. The guys from the parking lot would not take any money but I thank them for helping me. It does show that we still have some respectful teenager around. I wish I would have gotten their name but I didn't, but God knows who they are and I pray they will have a blessed day for their act of kindness

O'Reilly's is ok if the right people are working. Some of them just work there just for a check and a few actually try to help you.but it's a good store just no what u need and don't ask for help.go in and get out.

Went to highway 8 store. Told them I needed a thermostat for a Cummins ISL 400 diesel. 05 Holiday Rambler. Told them it had to fit I was going on a trip. Because of thier incompetence they sold me the wrong part. To get one will take a week. Been a regular customer as my son has as well. Glag you have compition in Lexington N.C.. With attitudes

Always a good experience always great deals my number one auto parts store AutoZone and advance Auto parts are right next door and I still choose to bypass both of them and go to O'Reilly's to get my parts
