I used their service for the first time yesterday. Had timing belt, water pump, belt tensioner and engine mount replace in our 2012 Honda Odyssey. They did excellent work for a fair price. Don t think the they were the cheapest or the most expensive. Communication was good. Staff is friendly. I will more likely use them again.

I've been using North Davidson Automotive (NDA) for many years and these guys have always provided me prompt, professional and reliable service. Just recently, I had a water pump go bad on my Suburban, so I called up NDA and they said even though they were extremely busy, they would take a look at it as quick as they could. I was expecting several days to get the repair done because of their workload. A day later...all done! I'm a retired combat veteran and school teacher at North Davidson High, and I'm telling you I have used many mechanics throughout my 60+ years, but these guys are the absolute best! Trust them with your automotive needs, and then get out of their way, or they'll run you over to get the job done! Oh...and a huge thanks to Ben for always keeping me up to date on costs and repair progress...you're the best!

Great people and very fair prices. Ben has really helped out with all my major repairs. I highly recommend them from a simple inspection all the way to a timing chain replacement. Quality work and will continue to use them for all my major vehicle repairs.

I was having issues with my car and cannot figure out what was going on took it into North Davison automotive were they quickly diagnosed my major problem and gave me couple solutions after deciding on what route to take I back in my car in just a couple days! Great work and amazing staff!

Called to ask a question, and they were super helpful. Did not push to have them look at just answered my question and said if they couldnhelpnin any other way, they would. Great phone manner, I would definitely use them in the future.

I recently had an issue with my vehicle that needed immediate attention! My lifelong mechanic is in Winston Salem. It was to far to travel at the time. I stopped into North Davidson Automotive and received super quick service. The gentleman did not have to fit me in but given my circumstances, he did. I was and am very grateful that good mechanics still exist and happy to know one is here in our own backyard! I was very pleased with the service I received and the price point was very generous. I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs! Office staff was very polite, prompt and so helpful as well. No time was wasted during my visit there! Thank you ND Automotive! I sincerely appreciate your willingness to help a female/ mom in need and not take advantage of her circumstances! 10/10 recommend!

I take all my vehicles here for the big stuff I don t have the tools to do great pricing and always quality work done wouldn t take my trucks or cars anywhere else, office people are wonderful to deal with even the mechanic s, great atmosphere for a auto shop

This is the second time I have needed to use this business in an "emergency" situation. The 1st a year ago when I had a tire that needed patched at the last minute before leaving out of state that night.This time, I had an issue with my vehicle overheating. I called them first thing on a Monday morning, explained the issue, and hoped they could get me fixed without the need for a rental or to lose too much work time.They had me bring in my vehicle, had it diagnosed and repaired in a VERY timely fashion. Any time in the future that I am in Davidson County and need my vehicle worked on, they will have my business.Thank you!!

I needed to have my brakes fixed & I had my car towed up there on a Monday, scheduled the repair for the next day (Tuesday) and it was ready on Wednesday. Great service, everyone is super nice. They explained what needed to be done and prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be going to them again for some other things that I need to get done. This was my first time using North Davidson Automotive. I needed a check engine diagnostic as well as an oil cooler repair. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I made an appointment and dropped my car off. I was expecting it to take several days, especially since I added a couple things I wanted done. They had my car ready within 48 hours. I wasn't made to feel dumb because I was a female (as other shops have made me feel). They listened to my concerns. Their prices were reasonable (because I did comparisons before taking my car). The business is well maintained. Very friendly staff.. Thank you Michael and Jason. Ever since I moved to Lexington, they became my guys. They have never disappointed! Less than a month ago, my car had to be towed as it stopped working at a gas station. I was so relieved when I contacted them via Facebook messenger and even though it was way past their closing time, the owner waited for me. I m very grateful! I repeatedly tell them I know nothing about cars and I rely on them. They fix everything in a timely manner and are very kind and patient to answer any questions. I highly recommend them! Thank you!!!!

I came here after looking for second opinion for a $5000 job the dealership quoted. Wasn't sure if the dealership even knew what they were talking about. Well glad I did, they found the issue and gave me a detailed analysis why they thought that was the issue. Glad I did bc the part and labor was only $150 vs $5000 dealership thought. I've gone back several times and they have been very thorough and detailed on repairs. Nice staff as well. Definitely recommend trying them out

The customer service was great and service was fast. Claudia was extremely polite and friendly. I went in for a simple oil change and that is all that was addressed. DO NOT take your vehicle to a dealership around here. They're junk, North Davidson was beyond helpful. They came highly recommended from a good friend of mine. 2 of my lifters went rogue and tore apart the cylinder walls of my engine and these guys were very courteous. They treated me right and put a jasper with a warranty in my ram. Mostly spoke with Ben, Sabrina, and Jason. I'm looking to them for the engine and trans install on my project truck as well when it's ready for the swap. You guys are fanominal.

I went in for what I expected to be an expensive couple of fixes. Turns out the main issue was because I'm an idiot! They took care of all 3 issues in no time and it the door I went. First time here, needed an alignment done on my truck. They were very friendly and helpful. Scheduled and appointment and was here about 15min early and they took my truck right in. Shops very clean and well maintained inside. Will definitely keep coming here. Good to finally have found it nice friendly shop around here been looking for a few months since I moved out here. FOUND IT!! Thanks North Davidson Automotive.

First time using this place. I ve used others in the area but always left with a sour taste. North Davidson auto got me in quick, done sooner than I told them I needed it by, and very reasonably priced. Very good service and good work on my SUV. Let me know what was wrong with it before they done anything to it and quoted me a price to fix it. Everybody I talked with was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Came in to have my AC vacuumed and add freon after replacing parts. They found a hole in my hi line soooo after replacing it I went back in and they did the vacuum and added freon.Price was very reasonable and now I have cold AC again, just in time for the summer heat.
