Just wanted to give this place a review, first of all my husband knows how to put batteries in his truck, but they let him know real quick we are not putting them in or help!! Which is fine he can but when I said what if a disabled person or a person come that can t what would happen, he told me sorry can t help!!! Well my husband or me will not be back to Napa, , there are several other places in Lexington that will be glad to help you when you spend money at their place, an they don t even deserve one star! I gave them!!!

Needed an alternator for my 1954 tractors, they had no problem in finding one, Dwayne and them counter guy's always been very friendly and helpful, they don't mind taking the extra steps to help you get what you need.

Reserved 4 gallons of coolant online. Showed up to the store and the gentleman advised me they did not have it. He offered to let me get a case of 6 from charlotte by next day. I didn't need 6. I needed 4. I offered to get the 6 and return the 2 I did not need. He said, "he had to draw a hard line and couldn't return the 2." I inquired about another store that had it. He told me thomasville had 4 and they 13 miles away. I quick called O' Reilly's in town. They had the same coolant and were more than happy to price match. It was my first AND last time attempting to shop at Napa. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
