I had to stop by here due to Walmart messing up my wheel. I was welcomed with a smile. They are all so sweet and helpful and started right away trying to fix the problem. They did a wonderful job and did it in a quick manner! Got here 45 minutes to close and they fit me in. Chris even spoke with the previous mechanic at Walmart for me, explaining the issue. Wonderful guys out here! Definitely will be coming back. Made my day!

We had a trailer tire blowout on the side of 85 on Friday afternoon. We called ahead and the guys at Mock had us in and out in less than 5 minutes! The pricing was very reasonable too. They could have taken advantage of our situation and didn't. Best tire experience ever!

These guys are the best. I appreciate there honesty and being able to get my automobile needs done in a timely manner. It's good knowing me and mother will have safe travels.

My husband took my car to have tires switch to different wheels I had gotten, & got them back SCRATCHED, EVERY SINGLE ONE! When asked about it they said they can t do nothing about that bc they tried to get weight glue off. Sir, did you try to use a screw driver to remove the glue???Poor business to ruin clients items & then shrug it off. Especially if you see you ruined one, why continue on the other 3? Makes no sense. The inside is just as bad as the outer.Must add, we ve used them numerous times over the last year; paint chipping happened with the last set we brought but let it go. This time, no; never again will we use Mock tire.

In a way I hate to leave a review because this gem I would like only a few to know about. The best and quickest oil change in our area. Nice and honest men work there. I have had them service our cars for a couple of years. Rates are really good. I will be back in December.

Not very friendly to people of color. I was not even greeted with a good morning. The guy at the counter lacks basic etiquette and customer service skills. Another lady not of color walks in & she's smiled at and greeted with everything he had. I will definitely spread the word to friends and family.

Tire popped on the interstate, was directed here by a nice competitor that didn t have any tires. They were able to put two on for me in about 30 minutes, and didn t charge any labor. Good place.

We were traveling on our way to Raleigh and had car trouble. These guys helped us out tremendously and we were back on the road in about an hour. They were so kind and helpful. They truly saved the day for us!! I can't thank them enough.

Always great service. Chris and Joe make sure you have all the information you need if you are in need of tires or car repair.I have been coming there for years. It was sad to see Steve retire but Joe has fit in very well.I trust these guys to me they are the best.Thank you,Bobbie Dunlap

These clowns really tried to charge me $510 to replace some worn out front shocks on a 2012 Nissan Juke. Its not $510 level complicated ya bozos. Imagine the people they've ripped off.

Very nice and friendly staff . But please do not trust them to do front end work on your vehicle. They did not do half of the work they were supposed to do and charged way to much never will I ever go back to them .

The team did a good job and had the car ready the following day as stated. Having to wait on the arrival of parts was the delay that kept it from being done same day. I would return in the future with any needs.

All of my needs were handled quickly and for a reasonable price. They fixed a tire, changed the oil and did my inspection. Great to get that all done in one stop.

These folks checked out the alternator on our 2011 Avalon, after the new battery would not start engine. Found the alternator good and offered a credible explanation for how the battery ran down. NO CHARGE. They have won my confidence for future repairs. Period. The End.

Had a trailer tire that needed a valve core replaced. Went inside and was greeted by two real nice guys and was asked if they could help me. I told them what I needed and immediately one of the guys went and got the wheel off the bed of my truck and I stepped outside to talk to a friend and the guy was loading my wheel back on my truck and said he had fixed it. They have gained a new customer and I appreciate their help. God bless you guys.

It was easy and pleasant. I got an inspect and they replaced the taillight. I dropped it off and it was ready when I got off work.

I have been doing business with you for a while now. I will not go anywhere else. I moved to Kingsport TN over a year ago and I still cross Tennessee, Virginia and about an hour to get to lexington N.C. I do that to have both my vehicles serviced with you. Chris is great and so is joey. They know what they are doing and are fantastic with the customers. I have 4 other family members that also have been going there for years and they are very satisfied with them too.

Mock Tire is the only place that I go for all of my car needs. I ve been coming here for years and since the first visit I knew that I would be returning. The staff is friendly and the prices are affordable. Every time I have a question they are quick to answer.

Guys were great, like always. I picked up a piece of debris in the sidewall of a tire. They diagnosed the issue and suggested a new tire. Got it mounted and balanced and I was on my way. They did this right before they closed on Saturday.

Got front wheel bearings done 3 months ago on my Ram 2500. Today coming home from work the tire just about popped off the truck. The drivers side bearing has totally failed. Called to get answers, I was told if I towed it back they would go to O'Reillys and reimburse me for the part not labor. I'm 3 hours away out of town for work. This place is a joke. Do not take your vehicle here. They charged me $800 for the cheapest parts you could buy.

Excellent business. Customer satisfaction is number one with them. If you are looking for a mechanic that won't overcharge you this is it. I have never had a bad experience with Mock Tire. I highly recommend them!
