What can I say about this place in absolutely amazing from the customer service to the people at the counters to the technicians and mainly Annette what a wonderful breath of fresh air! They have honest knowledgeable people to inform you about your vehicle needs and don't recommend anything you don't need. I called Mavis on Friday and spoke to a pleasant lady named Annette and reference to having my brakes looked and my tires looked at too. She told me she could get me in the next day anytime between 11:00 and 5:00 and I asked her if she had a cancellation if she could call me sooner and let me know and she said she would. So on Saturday morning shortly after 9:00 a.m. I got a call from Annette telling me that I could go ahead and bring my car in now. So as I was pulling into the parking lot I noticed it was a nice brand new building it was clean it was neat and appearance and just made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. And as soon as I walk in and go up to the counter and that looks at me and says Jeffrey I said yes that is me. So Annette got me in got my car into the shop looked at everything and within 10 minutes came back out told me everything that I needed and what the cost would be. I know I need a new brakes all the way around I knew I needed new tires all the way around so everything that she told me I needed I already knew I needed and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. So it came to a lot of money so Annette talk to me about flexshopper she helped me get all the correct information in there what needed to be done help me send it over to flexshopper help me get approved for the allotted amount I needed to get my car fixed and basically did everything for me. What can I say about this lady that other than she went over and beyond the call of duty to help me out and make sure that I left with their proper equipment on my car amazing job. So if you're looking for honest knowledgeable friendly customer service oriented car shop you must come to this Mavis they are hands down the best shop I've ever been too and the most helpful one too. I just want to say thank you to all the team members at Mavis in Lexington North Carolina what an excellent job you guys are doing keep up the good work and you got a customer for life. So if you're in the area I highly recommend that you bring your car to this location and I will definitely be back.

Amazing experience from Annette and the amazing workers at Mavis. I came in to get my tires changed out during a busy period. She handled it with grace and professionalism and was able to get my car in at a very faster time than I was expecting. Outstanding workers here, will definitely come back.

Annette was very friendly and helpful in finding me the right fit of tires within my budget. I had 5 different options to choose from which all ranged in pricing which was nice. The guys in back were quick and thorough. 5 stars, very happy customer!

I needed a tire on Sunday to get my husband to work and although my tire size is difficult [185/60 r15] they had it in stock. I got my tire done with time to spare for work. This shop has a very clean store front with a play area suitable for small kids. The bays look well maintained and the staff is friendly. What more can you ask for?

Service with Annette was great had to get tires done and they even went to get them because they didn't have them to make sure I was to still get my rebates and discounts. Thank you for your help.Love the kids area definitely helps if you have a child with you, and they have have a changing table in women's bathroom

Service was exceptional for sure. Annette was very helpful and customer friendly. Also, you can tell right away that the technicians/mechanics know what they are doing and take pride in their work!! I recommend Mavis tires and brakes in Lexington 100 percent if you're looking for a good deal and quality service, go to Mavis and speak with Annette, you won't be disappointed!!

My first Experience of Mavis tire was exceptional and very pleased with the service they performed on my car. All the staff was helpful, nice and courteous. Next time I need new tires or something happens with my brakes definitely going back.

Went to Mavis Tire to get my oil changed being from out of state I wasn t sure who to trust. Mavis Tire and Brakes was very respectful and helpful when it came to my oil change and explaining why my battery needed to be changed! I will definitely be returning.

Went to Mavis this morning for a oil change and tire rotation, Annette got me right in. She found my battery was low charging so the recommended it be replaced. Great service, friendly professional staff.

I brought my car into Mavis for a much needed brake repair job and service.They got right on my car, showed me everything that needed to be done to get my vehicle back safely on the road. Safety is top priority as my grand daughter uses this vehicle for college and I want to insure that it s ready to go.The personnel at Mavis are friendly, helpful and make you feel good about their work.I appreciate getting my car repaired on the same day that I called.

First time using Mavis, what a positive experience! The one in Lexington is the best. Didn't have a scheduled appointment and they made time for my truck The staff was absolutely amazing. Was able to get everything completed quickly and at a much lower cost then I expected. Will definitely be using this Mavis for all my services in the future.

Thank you to Annette and Brandon for helping me get my truck fixed and running smooth again. Annette helped my pockets and they both worked with me on choosing what was the best parts to put onto my truck. I will definitely be back and I hope to see these two lovely people again. Very loving and funny people.

Went here for the first time to have them check our tire sensors and they were awesome. Everyone that we came in contact with was super nice, helpful, and professional. Annette at the front counter was amazing and really worked with us on several things! We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to all of our family and friends!

I ve never been here before, but I m so glad I did! I needed my brake pads replaced, all 4, and a nearby shop said it would be $500. Mavis had a special going and I paid $300 for all 4 instead. The staff was very friendly & I even bonded with a very nice gentlemen talking about our dogs. They have a safety policy where if they take your tires off, you have to come back in 25 miles to re-tighten the lug nuts so they don t come loose. Very nice!! I will be back!!

I have always had positive experiences at Mavis, but the ones inn Lexington has been my best experience yet. It was easy to schedule my appointment and the staff was absolutely amazing. Was able to get everything completed quickly and at a much lower cost then I expected. Will definitely be using this Mavis for all my services in the future.

I don't know what happened to my tire but road side assistance couldn't get a lug nut off. Mavis has been working on it nonstop for 4 hours and are trying everything in the shop to fix the issue. Very impressed by their diligence when it would have been easier for them to tell me they couldn't do it and shipped me somewhere else.

I can not express how grateful I am for this shop. On my trip from Virginia to NC I suffered a blown tire with 300 miles left on the trip. With 10 min left until closing this shop tried everything they could to get the wheel off and even stayed over the time to help. When we realized there what a lock on the wheel that I didn t have the key for, we decided to start fresh in the morning. An employee offered to drop me off to a nearby hotel because of me not being able to get an Uber being it was late and harder to get in small towns. In the am they continue to work on the wheel and even when to another shop to borrow a tool so I didn t have to tow my car 50 miles to bmw to get the lock off. They gave me great Service and did not give up until the lock was broken and able to get the new tire on all while keeping it at a supper affordable price. You guys are awesome and saved me from a disaster situation. Thank you guys the most!

Took my car to get the brakes changed and had a wonderful experience! Everyone was super nice and honest, especially Annette. I will definitely be back in the future and would recommend Mavis to anyone!

This place is amazing! I brought my car in for a new tire because I kept losing air in one of them, come to find out the lady working up front found a nail in it! They only charged me to fix the nail, I didn t even need to buy a new tire! So sweet, made my day.

Came in, didn't know exactly what the problem was since I bought the vehicle pre-owned last year, figured it was brake pad problem. The staff got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time for a walk-in. They helped me understand the problem by physically showing me the brake drum and walked me through sensible pricing options. Annette was a pleasure to speak with, I'll be coming back =)

What can I say about this place. This has been by far the most phenomenal experience I have had in a long time. Allen was the nicest person. He helped direct me to the best oil change and was very friendly! He even kept me busy while I was waiting. Told me some really nice restaurants near by!

Very courteous & professional! Had an engine alert; they were honest about it being a sensor instead of trying to take advantage of situation (woman traveling) for the sake of making a buck. Comfortable lobby where I was able to get some work done while waiting

What could I say other than amazing. Been to multiple different shops that couldn't tell me my issue with in 10 mins the men at Mavis found the problem and had it fixed in know time. The techs that helped me was very knowledgeable about vehicles and seemed to enjoy there jobs. The head manager is doing a great job at Walmart she does

Made appointment and arrived on time. Left car for service. Returned for pick up an hour later to be told that the tires had not been delivered. Picked up car and returned home. Called by shop later in afternoon that ties had arrived. Told shop we'd bring back in the morning for installation. Arrive next morning soon after opening and issues arise "finding" the reservation. Had to show email confirmation for original appointment. Was told that balance and alignment was an extra charge. Then told they weren't able to align our car. Spent $2018 to have to go somewhere else to complete the service.

The customer service was excellent. They were so helpful. The vehicle belong to my parents who are on a fixed income and they were able to find a tire that did not break the bank.
