Easy and quick service, overall good experience. I called about my amplifier. The owner said come in ad they will check it out. His son immediately saw the issue and got me a new one and installed it. I may of overpaid 40-50 bucks but it was worth it because now my system sounds significantly better. Probably will return soon and Get a speaker install

One of the best places here in North Carolina to get your system installed. His customer service was amazing and my jeep sounds great . His prices were reasonable and he definitely hooked me up. And they way he installed everything was clean. I will be recommending others

George the owner is a Great Guy! He helped me with my CD PLAYER and AUDIO SYSTEM! I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO GET A NEW SYSTEM.GEORGE FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND IT WAS JUST A FUSE.THE HONDA PLACE IN WINSTON SAID I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE MY CD PLAYER BUT GEORGE FOUND THE PROBLEM IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES AND SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY!I WOULD RECOMMEND ALL MY FRIENDS TO COME ON OVER AND GIVE GEORGE AND HIS STAFF A TRY!THANK YOU GEORGE FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND GENEROSITY AND MOST OF ALL I AM NO LONGER WITHOUT MUSIC PLAYING IN MY CAR! I have a Ford 2011 F150 and wanted to get a new radio stereo, and I have to say, I left happy because they installed my radio very quick. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. The atmosphere is very chill and comfortable and the owner is very nice.

came in looking to get my speakers done and came out with a tint and a amazing sounding car. people there are so nice and easy to talk to. did take long that told but for the sound you can t beat it

George did me better than right and I appreciate that. He's a good dude and does exceptional work. My stereo sounds great and it is immaculate. No wires that you can see ,clean , and did a hell of a job. Give magic audio a try if you want good quality work at a good price I'm happy as hell......

Owner was more interested in thumping his rides speakers than customers, charged $250.00 to replace jbl system with new touchscreen system after i took apart dash, took it elsewhere to complete install. Way over charges.

ONE WORD AWESOME!!!! I've been here multiple times to have a reverse camera put in and speakers (separate visits). Definitely the best price and top notch service. Very knowledgeable and awesome communication. I didn't want to spend crazy money on my reverse camera and he never tried to upsell me. I wanted to replace my door speakers from my wife listening to Lizzo which rattled and told him what I wanted he talked me out of the cheap speakers I wanted to put in and showed me exactly what I needed. I researched for over an hour on the speakers he suggested and thanked him 100 times after. Like I said ONE WORD AWESOME!!!! They have my business for as long as they are open.

Horrible install.. camera doesn't work. Radio doesn't cut off with car..didnt ues proper harness.. had to pay another company 350 dollars to have it done right... bunch of hacks.. never take your car there if u want it done right.. just horrible business

Normally I would install my own stereo and speakers, but I had just purchased a classic Dodge Ram and wanted a professional install. I've seen Magic Audio's shop going back and forth in town and thought I'd stop by. Jorge and his team were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond anything I expected or thought possible for my truck. To be honest, nothing else sounds quite right after hearing the sound system they installed for me. The funny thing is that I was completely content with the sound system in my other vehicles until I found out what I'd been missing, lol. All I can say is, be prepared to be literally blown away with the quality of work Jorge and his team will do for you. I forgot to mention that they built a custom box (way better quality than the prefab boxes you normally see) for me the SAME DAY! Anyhow, I just thought someone else needed to know we have a TOP NOTCH car audio shop in Lexington. Thanks Jorge!

These guys do not do motorcycle audio! Don t waste your time. They will get you in touch with a guy named Aaron he is a bootleg broker. Had me drone to another location to a dirty warehouse. Bad business set up.

I just had Jorge replace the door speakers in my daughter s car. Not only did he do an incredible job for a super reasonable price, he finished in two hours. I ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

Technician jumped right on my problem, made recommendations, and proceeded to install replacement equipment for malfunctioning system component(s).Very detailed and precise installation with attention to both operations and appearance.Have another repair coming and will us this business. Very cost competitive as well.

Let me start by saying, if your looking for someone who can do your installation, but you work alot. This guy is your man. Called different places for weeks and never got so much as a answer from anyone. Dialed George's number 1 time and he picked up. This guy has ran new wiring from battery to amp, professionally hid all the wires so nothing's visible. All while doing this at a great deal and speed. I will be returning for any AND ALL audio needs. If I could review for higher than 5 stars then I would
