My experience here was amazing they got back to me immediately and helped me get another car while trading in my old car at the same time so grateful to have found them. If you live in or around the Lexington NC area I recommend you come here they have all kinds of used cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. You can now have your car repaired here too which is very convenient.

At first sales staff was great. However about a month after we bought a car from them we took it to get the oil changed and found out that not only was the wrong type of oil used but the wrong oil filter which was causing an oil leak. So we paid to fix everything correctly. After 4 months of having the vehicle the check engine light came on and started flashing. We took the vehicle to our mechanic and got a quote to complete repairs ($1500). We have used this mechanic for years and trust them. So being that we only had the vehicle for 4 months we contacted Lexington auto sales to see if they were willing to do anything to complete the repairs. The new service manager stated that he wanted to have the vehicle towed to their mechanic and see if they could repair it any cheaper. We agreed and they came and picked up the vehicle at 1130 that night. 2 days later they contacted us and stated the repairs were gonna be 2k of course we denied. The vehicle was supposed to be towed back that night at our expense. We didn t hear a word back that day or the next. We had to go to the office on main st to even get anyone to speak to us finally the following day the car was returned and now is having issues it did not have when it left. Along with trash that was not in the vehicle now present including ketchup packages smashed into the floor boards. We have learned over the years to document EVERYTHING and have videos with time stamps and pictures of the issues before and after as well as the condition of the interior before it left and after it returned. This is the first vehicle I have bought from this company and will be the last. The sales staff is great but of course they are that s there job. The service team is a joke. And the mechanic they have servicing the vehicles is also a joke. I def would not recommend buying anything from these crooks

When I got the car staff was great once. Two days after purchase I had to replace the breaks. And rosters. When I was told all had already been changed. Secondly the rear lights have a shortage. And I ve replaced bulbs 5 times each side. Thirdly I ve had to fix an oil leak that they knew about and failed to fix then had to put not one. serpentin belt but 3 on this car and now that I m trying to get in contact with them. No one will answer

Very nice people! Bought my car two years ago. They try to make it all work well for you!The only downside don t expect they fix problems after the car is sold, so make sure that inspect carefully before buy.

After reading my contract I found out they put 2000 as my down payment instead of the 2500 I actually put down. I had to replace an engine in 5 months, and in those 5 months I never received my tag. I had to keep getting a 30 day tag. Delton was the most unprofessional person I ve ever dealt with he even went as far as having another employee lie and say he didn t work there anymore. Would not recommend this car place to anyone. These people are janky and do terrible business

I went in this morning even though I was early they let me test drive this beautiful Ford Taurus they had on the lot with no problem.They offered to pay for Lyft which was very thoughtful.Everyone there was so genuine and willing to help and answer any questions I had.I spoke to Teresa on the phone and she was so sweet but MARY WAS A HUGE HELP I LOVE MARY SHE WILL MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE BUYING CAR VERY SPECIAL they treat you like a family in there and wouldn t sell you just anything I drove off the lot with my dream car and I m so excited I highly recommend buying from here you can t another experience like this their one of a kind if I need another car I would go back and honestly giving them 5 stars just isn t enough for their hospitality shown.

We went there looking to purchase a reliable car for my son. We had seen the car on their website, and it was worth the drive. The car was as pictured, and the staff bent over backwards to make sure it met all of our needs. I was very impressed at how much they care about their customers and never stop working to make sure that they are completely satisfied with a purchase. I have told everyone about my wonderful experience with Lexington Auto Sales.

I bought 2 cars from there. They started out good but didn't end that way. They don't stick by their word on their service. I made all my payments on time I feel that in itself entitles me to good customer service. I'm not telling you not to buy here but if you got a choice go somewhere else.

The 1997 Chevy Silverado truck I bought was in bad shape as for as the motor I had to replace the oil pump it needs a distributor

Bought my teenager a used chev 1500 last week. Was told they wouldn't put a kid in a bad car . Truck broke down 2 days later. They did tow it. I've called daily except yesterday. They said it was the transmission and working to get it fixed. We are out $6000 and a truck. If we get the truck back next week and it's fixed , I'll change my review to a 5. Yes was happy when we left but not happy when my son broke down. My son's dad did the transaction and on the title.

The Best Car lot in North Carolina!! Great customer service. I felt right at home dealing with them...especially Toni..she's a Libra as I am..i enjoyed laughing with her as I finished my paperwork!! Good people!! I advise anyone looking for a car to stop by...you won't be disappointed!!!

I took a close friend to find a car and this was the first place we stopped. So glad we did!! Mary was AMAZING! She let us test drive to the 2nd location and back, and was super upfront and honest. She made sure we got my friend a great car for a great price! She even helped us get insurance at a price we couldn t believe!! Everyone was so friendly and down to earth! Thank you guys so much!! I know where to go for my next car!!

My daughter and I went here to purchase a vehicle for her. Everyone we met there was amazing; helpful, caring and friendly. They made it possible to buy her car and get the paperwork processed even though it was a holiday weekend and the bank was not open - they had to work with folks via phone and email. The entire process was one in which they made it clear that we needed to be happy with the car and we never felt rushed or pressured. They even looked at my daughter's car and made us a very fair offer for it. We have had the car now for a couple of weeks and have even driven it to Atlanta. It is a great car, low mileage, clean, and runs like new. We give Lexington Auto Sales the highest recommendation we can and we will definitely look to them for our future car purchases.

A change in our review here. After what initially seemed like a great experience buying a car for our youngest daughter, things went downhill a few weeks later when we come out to find the floorboard with puddles of water after a rainstorm. After being assured multiple times there had been no accidents, damages, or issues with the car, we asked for a report. We received a report (not a Carfax) that was clean. Turns out the car report we were provided was inaccurate. After finding the soaked floorboard I purchased a Carfax and there had been an accident with moderate damage. Learning lesson for my daughter and I for sure. Very disappointed. We bought a lemon.Update. After under 2000 miles of driving this car that we paid roughly $11000 and over $2000 to fix the water damage, the transmission went out. Would be over $7000 to fix. I am going to sell the car for salvage for a few hundred dollars. About the worst possible purchase for my daughter I can imagine. Just a complete lemon sold to us by Lexington Auto Sales. Learning lesson for sure. Would never recommend buying anything from this business to anyone. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Just pathetic.

I went through ms Toni. Ms Mary was there for assistance. I love the atmosphere these two provided for me. I got my vehicle the one I wanted wasn't tricked or bamboozled they are the real deal and I HIGHLY...yep all caps HIGHLY recommend them. Made my day!!

I took my mom to purchase a car here. It was a wonderful no hassle experience! We did purchase the car at a great low price. Financing is available and the finance rates weren t high! Theresa and her husband were at the lot located off HWY 52, very helpful and made the purchase feel more personal instead of business. I will recommend this lot and anyone in need to Theresa!

Theresa at the 2nd location on hwy 52 is phenomenal!! She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. She made the car buying experience so easy. She goes far beyond to ensure we were happy not only with the low down payment but also low payme ts in general. I highly recommend Lexington auto sales if youre shopping for a car. Whatever they pay Theresa she deserves double !! She is so much more pleasant than the main st location. So stop by and tell Theresa this comment sent you!!

My daughter bought her very 1st car from Lexington Auto Sales today and we couldn't be happier. What a pleasant staff and the owner is absolutely amazing! We have 3 more kids that will be driving soon and we'll definitely be back to purchase their cars as well.

My husband and I went here to purchase a vehicle when we REALLY needed it as our only car had been totaled. Teresa and Tony were super helpful since I didn't know what I was doing or what I wanted. We went over the different vehicles available in order to find a good fit. They walked me through the process, and did everything they could to get me in very nice van within about a week of coming in. Teresa even helped me find an insurance company at the last minute. That being said, there was never a time when I felted rushed or pressured to purchase a car there. They seemed to be very kind and honest people and not your average pushy, shady, used car salesmen. I definitely recommend Lexington Auto Sales and will be going to them for future car shopping!

I have a son there in Lexington who needed a vehicle. After speaking with the helpful staff, we found a vehicle that fit our expectations and budget. They were kind and courteous. The car is now several months after sale and still running fine without issue. I believe this business can be trusted.

Staff perfect, cars better than the usual lot, price reasonable. But their mechanic side Is where is hurts. First off I'm not blaming them for the car breaking, simply the fact that the car was overheating it's a thermostat, it's 2 - 4 bolts and a plug in. It shouldn't take 2 days to tow it then 5 to fix it. Maybe more because I'm sitting here losing money that's going right back in their lazy pockets. I could fix it if I had the money but I can't because I'm a delivery driver. Oh wait no I'm not I'm about to be unemployed because they won't hustle. Last car I'm buying from them because I can't trust their word on anything.

Bought my car today and couldn't be happier with the car or the service I received. My car was reduced in price so it would fit into my loan and they even gave me cash for my older car EVEN THOUGH IT WOULDN'T BE SOLD. The car I bought is 8yrs old and it drives like it's brand new. Pulls a bit to the right so I'm going too get a front end alignment but outside of that I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone......even my worst enemy. Thank you all for your wonderful service, the great deal and awesome car!!!
