If it was possible, I would put negative stars. Picked truck up from routine oil change and tire rotation, 1/4 of a mile down the road, tire and rim fell off and my truck slammed into the road. I had a friend ride to Firestone for me immediately as I was stranded on the side of the road. They said they could not help right now and gave me a number to a tow truck on a sticky note. No other information or actionable steps were talked about. As I sat in the middle of the road stopping traffic, police and fire department had to assist. I had to file insurance claim and get truck towed to the dealership with a tow truck that the fire department provided. 10/10 for Lexington Fire Department.

Called to ask about getting my transmission fluid checked and was told that they "don't actually work on transmissions" although it clearly says on their site that they do, and all I wanted was my fluids checked. I was also told that if they put more fluid in it, it might make it worse. Ok. I know being greeted by a woman's voice, they probably thought I don't know anything about cars. It's not uncommon, but it was surprising coming from this place that has previously served my family well. Will be gladly taking my business elsewhere. Already made an appointment at another shop that I know I can trust to do the quick job of unlocking my dip stick, checking the fluid, and most likely just adding more.

I have used their services on three separate occasions and I can say they are consistent with their service. I m always skeptical to bring my car in for service anywhere! So, I write this review fully confident with my experiences at this location from brakes to oil changes, inspections, and tires! It also helps that the staff is friendly.

I don't know about other Firestone businesses but the people work at the one in Lexington, NC. are amazing people. They take care of you on a professional and almost friend like way, or so I say family way! They are on the jobs that they do with a quickness in a professional manner. You know some garages you go to the employees seem annoyed about you sticking around while they work on your vehicle. Zack, Marlin, Dustin, and Charlie are great with customers and service. They all keep you updated on the service they are doing for you. They don't do anything without your approval. I have experience where some places will do work add parts then you have this big bill that comes at ya. Not these guys!! Also when you qualify for the Firestone card you get great saving on repairs and parts. They do you right at this Firestone Auto center that is the bottom line!!!

Spent $1500 for tires on both my vehicles. I constantly have to put air just like my old tires on 1 of them. No valve stems was replaced even tho you get charged for it. No TPMS so no excuse. Then I replaced all parts up front on other vehicle, and go in for an alignment. Got the lifetime option. Something started clanking so I looked underneath. They didn't put my boots back on the tie rod to rack. So now I wonder if everything is tight! From the other recent reviews, I'm a little worried... I'll take my loss and do it myself so I can double check everything. I'm so frustrated with the whole situation

Great work, Phenomenal service. On my way home from visiting family for the holidays, my check engine light comes on and the car starts riding rough. I m 100+ miles from home or any family and it s 30min before these guys close. Not only do they offer to stay open a little later to get me fix, but they do it with a smile. They got me up and running in no time. Fast, efficient, and super friendly. Couldn t have asked for better service.

The score was perfect because the experience was perfect. The counter person listened to what I wanted, and made it happen ever so smoothly. So much so that, in addition to the tires, I added two requests, an alignment and new wiper blades.

This place treat you like human beings. Dustin is a class act manager. And if he s not the manager, he should be! Dude took care of me and my family the way that southern gentlemen are ought to. Class act at this establishment. 10 out of 10 on Communication and fair prices. Would go again!

It all comes down to customer service. I'LL LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD.When I walked in, I saw the guy at the service desk. He looked like he was busy getting paper worked together, so I didn't approach. However, I was not greeted until a whole minute later standing in front of him. Like why couldn't he at least acknowledge a customer coming into an establishment at 7am in the morning at that. I was all too patient then he mentioned I would have to wait 45mins for my oil change because he only has one guy in and they already have someone in front of me. So when he asked for my keys I told him I would be back since it would take 45mins. I was coming back within 20mins actually. That's when I was told that I would lose my spot if someone else comes in for service. However that was not my problem. I understand the business, it was all in his delivery and the way he spoke to me. Like sir there are so many other places I could get my car serviced on the same street. RESPECTFULLY FU

After the location at Hanes Mall did not complete the services I requested, I decided to try this location when I recently moved back to my home town. Sherri was extremely pleasant on the phone. I could almost see her smiling from her voice. I was met by Zack when I dropped my fleet vehicle off. He was very helpful and assured me that I would not have the same issues here as I did at the Hanes Mall location. They completed my service in half the amount of time it normally takes at the Mall. Zack was correct and I would recommend this location to others. If you've had issues at other Firestone locations, give Lexington NC a try.

I book online but in Firestone off s.main st Lexington service agent Marlin and Sheri provided excellent customer service and quality work compared to my bad experience at Walmart did not even know how to change a cabin filter but at Firestone I felt extremely satisfied with the service and peace of mind they are much better knowledgeable and does more for the customer. I diffinitely would recommend anybody needing work done to come to Firestone complete auto care 402 S.Main st Lexington NC 27292

Outstanding place. The people, the crew, everyone was nice and well mannered. Everyone wanted to help. Got the work done, little to no time. And they even helped me out in some places. Kept me updated with my truck issues all the way through.10 out of 10 I will be coming back there

Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable at the Lexington location. Work was completed in a timely fashion. We live in salisbury but will return to the lexington store.

I've been in the waiting room for an hour and a half for a state inspection only to be told it isn't due until October. Would have appreciated someone telling me it wasn't necessary before sitting here wasting my time. At least they didn't charge me.

Update: found out that coolant got in my engine from changing the spark plugs when the head gasket was cracked. Had they changed the head gasket before they did the spark plugs (instead of after- they told me they dont do head gaskets and had to take it to ford to fix it who informed me coplant was in the engine due to them changing the spark plugs before having the head gasket fixed) my engine would have been fine. Had to spend $8000.00 on a brand new engine because of their mistake and the best they could do was a partial refund on the their servicesDo not take your car here.Update:after they messed with my car It had completely different symptoms that it did not have prior to going to this shop, and now I need a new engine on 2017 car that I maintained very well. I do not recommend going here. You can't convince that they didn't do this to my car and leave me to deal with it because they don't want to pay for such an expensive mistake I had some work done on my car and the next day it was still having issues so I had to take it back to the store to get worked on again it's the next day and still have problems once again and I'll have to take it back a 3rd time. They seem to have no urgency or concern on making this right. I'll never go back here again. After spending 1100.00 I'd think they'd at least care enough to try make it a priority instead of being told I don't know when we can get to it.

these folks are GREAT! i took my car in to these guys for the first time this past weekend for some simple things. i got a call from them a few hours later as they had a question for me. a little while after that call, they called me again to ask another question about moving forward with new parts. they apologized for forgetting to mention it on the first call and i thought nothing of it as it wasn t really a problem, everyone forgets things now and then. when i arrived to pick up my car, they told me they had given me a discount for the communication issue and that they really valued their customers and wanted to continue to have me as a customer. they had zero hesitation in making the experience as smooth and clear as possible, and for someone that has terrible anxiety when it comes to getting things done on their vehicle, i REALLY appreciated their customer service! they were very busy on that day and they got the job done fast and well! everyone i interacted with was super nice and i will definitely be taking my car back here. (shout out to Phil, your customer service is top notch!)

I arrived at 130 pm for an oil change and to change one tire on my work van as it was worn bad on the inside. Only tire to be like this. Tires are a year old. The other three look perfectly fine. So I sat there till 330 pm and my van finally made it inside the bay. Then I noticed all four tires were then taken off the vehicle and it sat on the lift till 445 and then finally came in to tell me they were going to change the tire because of wear on it. I originally told them about this when I arrived at 130. So almost 4 hours later my vehicle is finally done and I can leave. Absolutely no reason an oil change and one tire to be change needed to take this long. I would highly recommend avoiding the Firestone in downtown Lexington. Just to be notedI was told an hour to have it fixed. I expected a touch longer but 4 hours later I m back to work. Rant over.Services: Tires, Oil change
