I ve been dealing with these guys for 10+years Chad and his staff are friendly honest and they treat you like family. They go above and beyond to fix your issues and yes they stay busy but if a place always stay busy that should tell you they re Good at what they do! I wouldn t Trust anyone else with me or family vehicles they deserve 10 stars

The worst place ever. Called in the morning about 9am to get a tire change and they said they would take me in right away. So I brought my car in and they didn t tell me that they couldn t work on my car until 3 hours later. Didn t have the decency to tell me anything but that they couldn t work on my car until the weather calm down and that s fine but to tell me that they would get me in right away and it shouldn t take long is ridiculous. I waited 4 hours and not one person said anything. There were people who came in after me and needed way more things done to their car but got done before I did. Just one tire should have not taken 4 hours. They were definitely not backed up because I ve seen multiple people in the shop stand around. I would definitely not recommend this place at all.

Stopped in to get our truck inspection. It might have taken 20-25 minutes tops. Very quick in and out. Nice, fast job. Well done. Highly recommend.

Chad, Amy, and their guys are amazing!!! We brought my car in early in the morning today. Told us what was wrong and that they can fix it and I will have my car the next day. The cost was a lot lower than I prepared myself to spend. I am so thankful I drove 3.5 hrs just so they can fix my car. My husband use to work there years ago. I will gladly drive hours away just so Chad and his crew can do the best job. Wrangler is the place to go in Lexington and the surrounding area. I get there at 7:55 am and ask for an oil change and 4 tires to be put on (I have the tires) and was told I would have to leave it because they get busy on Fridays. Ridiculous considering I was the ONLY customer or car there. So I took my business elsewhere. Maybe the guy wanted breakfast before he wanted to work!!

Anthony the mechanic there doesn t know how to do his job or is just lazy, could be both. Dropped my truck off for him to do 3 simple things check the timing, check the compression and test drive the truck. I get there and they charged me $112 just to move around spark plug wires that had nothing wrong with them and didn t do the 3 simple things I asked for. Worthless work. I d rather walk than take my vehicle back there. Not to mention the truck cut off 3 times trying to pull out the parking lot almost getting hit by another car.

I love going here, they are super nice and if your a women who doesn t know much about a vechile, they will not take advantage of you unlike some of these other places that says oh, you need this or that they will look at it first and they will tell you, hey, we just looked at it and whoever told you that you needed it you don t you are good.

Staff is super friendly and makes you feel like you've been a lifelong customer, and the service is fast and efficient! And if they can't fix your problem, they point you to another good place that will! I will definitely be bringing my car here again!

I've been here in Lexington for about 3 years and I've always taken my vehicles here for light work. They are very reasonable on pricing and do very good work! I would highly recommend.

I really want to thank these guys. I know nothing about cars and I constantly pester them with questions about my car and problems I've had and not a single time have any of them given me attitude. These guys are polite and happy to help. They also don't charge insane amounts for their work. Honestly I think they deserve more money for what they do but for those who are on a budget I think they will be glad to help you out. Thanks Erlanger, if my car gives me trouble again I know right where to go!

My husband works here and I have had an oil change and new tires purchased from here as well. They are very friendly employees who work here, and they provide some of the best service. My air conditioner had some wiring issues, but they did all they could to try and make it to where I had some air coming through and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Definitely should give this place a try!

Pretty good place for general maintenance. I've gone several times: brakes, oil changes, etc. for two cars. If something is beyond their ability, they will say, but for most stuff, they can handle it. Very fair pricing.Update: a few years later, I have nothing but good things to say. Chad is a solid guy, won't recommend repairs you don't need. Even my brand new truck gets service from them.

Initially tried this place because it was closest to where my car broke down, and haven't looked back. Prices are reasonable, work is excellent. I know a little more about cars than a lot of women (just a little, mind you...my dad taught me basics in case I ever got stranded) so I know they've had opportunity to sell me on things that didn't need to be done; they have always been honest. Highly recommended.

Above all else at this little shop is quality. It s the best. My dad started me going there and it s the only place I go now. Great services great people, great prices. Glenn will work with you on just about anything and discuss your options and let you pick what s best for you. No forcing services. I love this place. Brought my truck in this morning for oil change people were so above board honest that they brought me my cash out of cup holders cause they didn't feel comfortable with it in the truck. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here. Much better than Snappy Lube that charged me $73.00 for an oil change in my car...

So, this place......WELL, I recommend going here and nowhere else. There's not anywhere, in Lexington, in the auto field , that is like this.My Gradpa, James Hull was the best man I've ever known,(God rest his sole). So when he talked people listened. Well he loved this place. If he had a minor problem with his vehicle, he would come here. He would also make a day out of it. He always tipped his worker. No.matter the cost. No matter the service. You was getting tipped.But look. Long story short. If my paw-paw recommends this place. Then you guys have a diamond. So yes we all need to bring our vehicles to them and please , give a tip on James Hull.

Jamie, the front desk guy, is awesome. He is so friendly and always helps to explain the problem that my car has had or explain the plan. Where I take my families vehicles when needing inspections and repairs. Guy named Chad own and operates this business. He is nice guy and has good and nice employees. And charges fair prices.

My first time there to buy new tires. Had new tires put on and received free upgrade because supplier didn't have the right ones in stock. Very helpful staff. I definitely would return.

Brought my car there and it had more problems added to it when I left then it did when I dropped it off. I called Bobby about it and he proceeded to go off on my wife and curse at her. They can t take responsibility for their wrong doings. If you care about customer service then this is not the place for you. So unprofessionalService: Engine repairService: Engine repair
