Eagle Auto Body did a great job repainting my car. They were very thorough in giving me a detailed quote & actually finished the job quicker than their original estimated time. Prices seemed fair. Thank you! I'll definitely be recommending others to this shop!

Had to get my passenger door fixed on my car. Heard about Eagle and went there to get an estimate. The owners are simply amazing and kept me updated on everything!! I ve never had to use my insurance so I was a bit nervous on what all it entailed. However, other than having to call the insurance company to file the claim, they handled everything! I hope I don t need them often but I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them tp anyone!!Service: Painting

Great experience! Shelia was very friendly and kept me updated throughout repair process. Results looked great. They even cleaned my car inside and out when they were finished. Highly recommend.

Traveling here for work for a couple of months and needed to have our truck repaired after an accident. Chose Eagle because of the reviews, and after meeting Rusty felt he was the best choice to fix our truck for us...he did not disappoint, truck was repaired good as new. Great job, great communication and we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Rusty and his crew to anyone who has high expectations and can appreciate a job well done. Thanks so much!! Rusty and the gang did a great job. I got a quote via email the next day after showing them the vehicle. I was able to schedule the repair quickly and while I was away on a trip. I was able to work with them and took off the cap myself to save a some money. I personally paid for this since it was not worth to turn into insurance and avoided increased rates. I highly recommend them. They are friendly and super easy to work with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I read the reviews online and decided to have repairs from accident done here. I was told to bring my car in for the needed repairs. My husband and I dropped my vehicle off. My husband received a call later that day saying we had to pay at least half of repair cost so they could order parts. My husband took complete payment in. BIG MISTAKE! We were told we would have my car back in 3 to 5 days. We are now on week 3 with no date in site for repairs to be completed. We were told we would receive updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But anytime I have been updated I had to call them. This is the worst customer service I've ever received other than from Carolina Hyundai in High Point who kept my car for 4 months to replace engine!I have read your reply and the 4 times I was updated was because I called to inquire. I have had no problems with cell service and I work in town. My husband was out of town and may have had no service but you have my number. And yes I brought my car in 07/13/23 it is now 19 days later.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
