I am a stay at home mom without a vehicle due to being rear ended putting me at a total loss. I found a vehicle i was very interested in at this dealership. Test drove it, check engine light was on, was told part will come in the next day, i called next day, it never came in, was told it was coming in on another certain day, i called, it never did, was told they will call me on another certain day when its expected to arrive. I didn't hear anything. I also informed them on the days the part was supposed to come in that i was loan approved with purchased insurance for the vehicle. I was scheduled to go sign paperwork and get check tomorrow and head to get the vehicle which they also knew about. I called twice for an update again and nobody picked up. Then i received a text saying it got sold. Pretty dirty. I am disgusted with them.

Went there a couple weeks ago to try and get financed a car and the financing company they work with was already closed and so I was going to have to wait until the next day and then I still got denied ... I have not established credit but I've be3n working on mu credit score making it higher and I still don't have credit established and can't get anyone to lend me any credit. So idk how I'm getting a car without paying outright cash and I don't have it like that.

I bought a 2000 grand marquis in November of 2021. Explained to the sales person Remiro that I was having issues with my car at the time and didn t want a car that I had to work on because I could not afford it. He assured me that the car was a good car with no problems. I drove it and noticed that the steering wasn t right. He said he would put two tires on the front because the wires were showing. Got that done and steering still wasn t right. Waited for them to do a front end alignment. Drove it home which was an hour away and by the time I almost got home I almost had an accident because I went to get over in the next lane and as I was doing so the steering wheel went all over the place and was hard to control. Called on that Monday to let them know that the car was still giving me issues and that the alignment wasn t the issue. Took it to mechanics in Monroe nc and was told by two different mechanics that there were multiple issues. Remiro came and picked the car up because I told him I didn t feel safe driving it. They said they fixed the issue but still not driving correctly. Zack Told me to send them the estimate that I had for the second time and they would work something out. This was back in February and I still have not heard back from them. I don t recommend their service. They don t keep their word and sold me a car that was worse than the one I had. I was trying to settle this without legal representation but I am going to have to figure it out! I don t like people who take advantage of others and whom don t stand by their word. I was told that they were spending a lot of money on the car which lets me know that they knew the car was not right and the mechanics at blacks tires asked me how they even passed inspection because they would not pass the car. Now I am stuck with a car that I can t drive because it s unsafe and if it s the steering column or rack and pinion I am going to be put in another financial bind! DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!

I brought a Nissan here five years ago with a great price, and it still works perfectly good. Only issue has been the tires, but I have driven the car for eight hours in a day and it hasn t had any motor or sensor issues.

Got there at 3:30 on a Saturday after looking everywhere else for a car. We test drove 5 different cars before choosing one.0 pressure, 0 poor attitude and they made a great deal on 2, made it hard to choose but we found a good one here!

I purchased a 2007 Ford Expedition Sport in January. I LOVE my truck. They were very accommodating. I drove 2 hours to get to them and I was not disappointed!

We bought a car from here and was told that there was no problems or crashes that were related to the car. The same day we were driving the car home, we stopped to get gas and the battery almost died. We've spent over $1000 trying to fix the mechanical and aesthetic problems wrong with the car we bought. Do not purchase cars from here! Very shady place!

Bought a car from them and the next day the service engine light came on now I have to find out what's going on and how much it's going to cost to fix it....be careful buying from this car lot they just want your money and will sale you anything to get it

Owner does not tell you if anything is wrong with the cars at all. BRING A MECHANIC OR TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC IF YOUR BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. The owner never told me when I bought the car that it was in an accident even after asking if it was or not. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN, TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Well...I purchased a 2005 Jeep LAST WEEK...It's been in the shop for the last 2 days ...it needs new wheel bearings...brakes...roters...brake pads...had a transmission leak and a power steering leak...and got oil change a(which was the main thing I took it in for because I didn't know when it had been changed last) also (this I did not notice when I did the test drive) but the drivers side mirror was broke-electrical works but mirror falls...I DID ask the sales guy if there were any leaks several times! And I think what bothers me the most is that I stated several times that my granddaughter would be in the Jeep and that I have to make a trip to the coast to see my sick dad and didn't want to have to worry about being stuck on the side of the road. I mean...I understand a small thing or two but now I have to put another $1400 into this Jeep on top of what I have already paid. I know it says "as is" but I do feel like the guys had to know at least about the leaks...and like I said...asked several times if there were any leaks! I guess that's what I get for just believing someone without having it checked before I purchased! Well got Jeep bacoday but now it's over heatings lol and all I can do is cry!! Taking back to have it checked again!!! Sorry for the misspellings just a little upset

I had the worse experience. These cars are NOTHING BUT LEMONS GOT A 2006 CHEVROLET EQUINOX IT LOOKED GREAT EVEN DROVE PERFECTLY ...AFTER HAVING IT FOR 4 MONTHS THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT...THEY ALL ABOUT THEIR MONEY AND WILL NOT OFFER ANY TYPE OF RESOLUTION. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THOSE CROOKED PEOPLE AND I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO WASTE THEIR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM..HELL I WON'T EVEN SHOP AT THE CONVENTION STORE THEY OWN ACROSS THE STREET CAUSE THEY GOT OFF WITH 4000.00 OF MY HARD EARNED COINS SO THEY WON'T GET ANOTHER DIMENSION FROM ME OH BY THE WAY DID I MENTION THE FIRST CAR I GOT THEIR IN THE SAME WEEK I PURCHASED THE EQUINOX I PURCHASED A CAR TOOK IT HOME NEXT DAY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THEY LET ME TRADE THAT ONE FOR THE CHEVROLET EQUINOX LS ONLY BECAUSE THEY WASN'T TRYING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Just think about it 300,000 miles on a car and they are asking almost 10,000 . Go to your on bank and see if you can finance car with that kind of miles and what they are asking for it. Please be smart before you buy. Just saying.

Here at shop..so far have spent a1000 dollars trying to get my truck inspected....it was ssupposed to have been inspected before I bought it...said it was.....hell NO.....Catalic converter gone...tires on inside cut....o2 sensor gone.....ain't even had the truck a month. ..I will find out their so called inspection station. ...!

This dealership is horrible i bought a car and the transmission went out on me a day after having it, they took it back say that they fixed but lies because it went again a day later after i got it back and now im stuck this is a terrible dealership u will waste your time going up there.They are the worst dealership i ever dealt with

This place is crooked I bought a Chevrolet suburban from them a 2010 it ran for a little while I kept up the maintenance on it and then the stabilizing track control system came on so did the engine light the mechanic said it was a misfire now I have to replace the whole engine or get rid of the vehicle what a waste of time and money

Never ever buy a car from here please a waste of money and time I bought 2 cars first car was an Audi with a bad motor then I bought a Honda with a bad transmission and never received my title so I have a bad car and have no title

You have to make 1500 a month to get financing Anyone on disability are out of luck getting a vehicle from here
