Constantly changing quotes and eventually charged $120 for what they do at chain part stores do for free. It was my sister in law who isn't car-savy so they definitely took advantage over her for that. Please stay away from this dishonest people.

Very good service. I dropped off a starter from 1940 and their wasn't even a problem. Should get it back in a week and I'm sure it will work great .

Bivins is without a doubt, THE gold standard is alternators and starters. If they can't fix it, or get you a new one then you didn't need it. I only gave 5 stars because there isn't an option for 7

Told Me $75 When I Dropped Alternator Off At The Shop And Then Told Me $100 At Time Of Pick Up which Is Fine Because They Said Ot Needed More Work Done But The Didn t Repair Any Thing I Was Bamboozled!!!

If you need work done on an alternator look no further! Much cheaper to let these folks do it than going to a dealership!
